1 Corintios 16

1 Ahora, acerca de la ofrenda para los santos, así como yo di órdenes a las iglesias de Galacia, ustedes también.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the Assemblies of Galatia, even so do ye.

2 El primer día de la semana, cada uno de ustedes debe apartar algo, según lo que haya ganado y prosperado, de modo que no sea necesario juntar dinero cuando yo llegue.

Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

3 Y cuando yo venga, enviaré a los hombres de su elección cartas para que les lleven el dinero que han juntado a Jerusalén.

And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by your letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.

4 Y si me es posible ir allí, irán conmigo.

And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me.

5 Pero iré a ustedes después de que haya pasado por Macedonia; y después de Macedonia pasaré a Corinto;

Now I will come unto you, when I shall pass through Macedonia: for I do pass through Macedonia.

6 Puede ser que me quede con ustedes por un tiempo, o incluso por el invierno; entonces ustedes podrán ayudarme en mi viaje a donde tenga que ir después.

And it may be that I will abide, yea, and winter with you, that ye may bring me on my journey whithersoever I go.

7 Porque no es mi deseo verlos ahora, de paso; porque es mi esperanza estar con ustedes un tiempo, si lo permite él Señor.

For I will not see you now by the way; but I trust to tarry a while with you, if the Lord permit.

8 Pero estaré en Efeso hasta Pentecostés;

But I will tarry at Ephesus until Pentecost.

9 Porque una gran e importante puerta está abierta para mí, y muchos son los adversarios.

For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.

10 Ahora bien, si Timoteo viene, cuida de que él esté contigo sin temor; porque él está haciendo la obra del Señor, así como yo.

Now if Timothy come, see that he may be with you without fear: for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.

11 Así que ningunos ustedes lo desprecié: sino, al contrario ayúdenlo a seguir su viaje en paz, para que venga a mí, porque lo estoy esperando con los otros hermanos.

Let no man therefore despise him: but conduct him forth in peace, that he may come unto me: for I look for him with the brethren.

12 Pero en cuanto a Apolos, el hermano, le rogué mucho que fuera con los hermanos a visitarlos a ustedes, pero por ahora no quiso ir; pero él vendrá cuando tenga una oportunidad.

As touching our brother Apollos, I greatly desired him to come unto you with the brethren: but his will was not at all to come at this time; but he will come when he shall have convenient time.

13 Manténganse alertas, y firmes en la fe, sé fuerte y valientes como los hombres.

Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.

14 Deja que todo lo que hagan lo hagan con amor.

Let all your things be done with charity.

15 Ahora les ruego a ustedes, mis hermanos, porque saben que la casa de Estéfanas es primicia de Acaya, y que se han hecho siervos de los santos,

I beseech you, brethren, ( ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and that they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints, )

16 Para que se pongan debajo de ellos, y debajo de todos los que están ayudando al trabajo del Señor.

That ye submit yourselves unto such, and to every one that helpeth with us, and laboureth.

17 Y me alegro de la llegada de Estéfanas, Fortunato y Acaico, porque han hecho lo necesario para completar su trabajo.

I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for that which was lacking on your part they have supplied.

18 Porque dieron consuelo a mi espíritu y a los tuyos, por lo cual darles respeto a tales personas.

For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

19 Las iglesias de Asia los saludan. Lo mismo hacen Aquila y Prisca, con la iglesia que está en su casa.

The Assemblies of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the Assembly that is in their house.

20 Todos los hermanos les envían saludos. Saludense unos a otros con un beso santo.

All the brethren greet you. Greet ye one another with an holy kiss.

21 Yo, Pablo, les envío estos saludos con mi puño y letra.

The salutation of me Paul with mine own hand.

22 Si alguno no ama al Señor, sea maldito. Maranatha (nuestro Señor viene).

If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be anathema. Maranatha.

23 La gracia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo sea con ustedes.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

24 Mi amor sea con todos ustedes en Cristo Jesús. Amén.

My love be with you all in Christ Jesus. Amen. The first epistle to the Corinthians was written from Philippi by Stephanas, and Fortunatus, and Achaicus, and Timothy.
