1 Los hijos de Leví: Gersón, Coat y Merari.

The sons of Levi, Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

2 Y los hijos de Coat: Amram, Izhar, Hebrón y Uziel.

And, the sons of Kohath, Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

3 Y los hijos de Amram: Aarón, Moisés y María. Y los hijos de Aarón: Nadab, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar.

And, the children of Amram, Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam, —and, the sons of Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

4 Eleazar fue el padre de Finees; Finees fue el padre de Abisua;

Eleazar, begat Phinehas, Phinehas, begat Abishua;

5 Y Abisúa fue el padre de Buqui, y Buqui fue el padre de Uzi,

and, Abishua, begat Bukki, and, Bukki, begat Uzzi;

6 Y Uzi fue el padre de Zeraias, y Zeraias fue el padre de Meraiot;

and, Uzzi, begat Zerahiah, and, Zerahiah, begat Meraioth;

7 Meraiot fue el padre de Amarías, y Amarías fue el padre de Ahitob,

Meraioth, begat Amariah, and, Amariah, begat Ahitub;

8 Y Ahitob fue el padre de Sadoc, y Sadoc fue el padre de Ahimaas,

and, Ahitub, begat Zadok, and, Zadok, begat Ahimaaz;

9 Y Ahimaas fue el padre de Azarías, y Azarías fue el padre de Johanán.

and, Ahimaaz, begat Azariah, and, Azariah, begat Johanan,

10 Y Johanan fue el padre de Azarías, fue sacerdote en él templo que Salomón construyó en Jerusalén:

and, Johanan, begat Azariah, —he, it was who ministered as priest, in the house which Solomon built in Jerusalem;

and, Shallum, begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah, begat Azariah;

14 Y Azarías fue el padre de Seraías, y Seraías fue el padre de Josadac;

and, Azariah, begat Seraiah, and, Seraiah, begat Jehozadak;

15 Y Josadac fue llevado cautivo se puso cuando el Señor se desterró a Judá y a Jerusalén de la mano de Nabucodonosor.

and, Jehozadak, departed, when Yahweh carried away Judah and Jerusalem into captivity, —by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

16 Los hijos de Leví. Gerson, Coat y Merari.

The sons of Levi, Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.

17 Y estos son los nombres de los hijos de Gersón: Libni y Simei.

And, these, are the names of the sons of Gershom, Libni and Shimei.

18 Y los hijos de Coat fueron Amram, Izhar, Hebrón y Uziel.

And, the sons of Kohath, were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

19 Los hijos de Merari: Mahli y Musi. Y estas son las familias de los levitas enumerados por los nombres de sus padres.

The sons of Merari, Mahli and Mushi. And, these, are the families of Levi by their fathers:

20 De Gersón: Libni su hijo, Jahath su hijo, Zima su hijo,

To Gershom, pertained Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

The sons of Kohath, Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son;

23 Elcana su hijo, Ebiasaf su hijo, Asir su hijo,

Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son;

24 Tahat su hijo, Uriel su hijo, Uzías su hijo, Saúl su hijo.

Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

25 Y los hijos de Elcana: Amasai y Ahimot.

And, the sons of Elkanah, Amasai, and Ahimoth.

26 Elcana su hijo: Zofai su hijo, Nahat su hijo,

As for Elkanah, the sons of Elkanah, Zophai his son, and Nahath his son;

27 Eliab su hijo, Jeroham su hijo, Elcana su hijo, Samuel su hijo.

Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.

28 Y los hijos de Samuel: Joel, el mayor, y el segundo Abías.

And, the sons of Samuel, the firstborn, [Joel], and, the second, Abiah.

29 Los hijos de Merari: Mahli, Libni su hijo, Simei su hijo, Uza su hijo,

the sons of Merari, Mahli, —Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son;

30 Simea su hijo, Haguia su hijo, Asaias su hijo.

Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.

31 Y estos son los que David hizo responsables de la música en el templo del Señor, después de que se colocó allí el cofre del pacto.

And, these, are they whom David caused to stand, as the servants of song, in the house of Yahweh, when he had given rest unto the ark;

32 Ellos adoraron con cantos ante él templo del tabernáculo de reunión, hasta que Salomón levantó el templo del Señor en Jerusalén; y tomaron sus lugares para su trabajo conforme a su costumbre.

so they became attendants before the habitation of the tent of meeting, with song, until Solomon built the house of Yahweh, in Jerusalem, —and they took their stand according to their prescribed manner over their work.

son of Tahath, son of Assir, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah; —

38 El hijo de Izhar, el hijo de Coat, el hijo de Leví, el hijo de Israel.

son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, son of Israel.

39 Y su hermano Asaf, cuyo lugar estaba a su derecha, Asaf, hijo de Berequías, hijo de Simea,

And, his brother Asaph who stood on his right hand, Asaph son of Berechiah, son of Shimea, —

40 El hijo de Micael, el hijo de Baasías, el hijo de Malquías,

son of Michael, son of Baaseiah, son of Malchijah, —

41 El hijo de Etni, el hijo de Zera, el hijo de Adaía,

And, the sons of Merari, their brethren, on the left hand, Ethan son of Kishi, son of Abdi, son of Malluch; —

45 El hijo de Hasabías, el hijo de Amasías, el hijo de Hilcías,

son of Hashabiah, son of Amaziah, son of Hilkiah, —

46 El hijo de Amsi, el hijo de Bani, el hijo de Semer,

son of Amzi, son of Bani, son of Shemer; —

47 El hijo de Mahli, el hijo de Musi, el hijo de Merari, el hijo de Leví.

son of Mahli, son of Mushi, son of Merari, son of Levi.

48 Y sus hermanos, los levitas, fueron responsables de todo el servicio del templo de Dios.

Howbeit, their brethren, the Levites, were given, for all the work of the habitation, of the house of God.

But, Aaron and his sons, were to make perfume upon the altar of ascending-sacrifice, and upon the altar of incense, according to all the service of the holy of holies, —even for putting a propitiatory-covering over Israel, according go all that, Moses, the servant of God, commanded.

50 Y estos son los hijos de Aarón: Eleazar su hijo, Finees, Abisua,

And, these, are the sons of Aaron, —Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son, —

51 Buqui, Uzi, Zeraias,

Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son, —

52 Meraiot su hijo, Amarías su hijo, Ahitob su hijo,

Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son, —

53 Sadoc su hijo, Ahimaas su hijo.

Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.

54 Ahora, estos son sus lugares de residencia, los límites dentro de los cuales debían levantar sus tiendas: a los hijos de Aarón, de las familias de los coatitas, porque tenían la primera selección,

And, these, are their dwelling-places, according to their encampments, in their boundary, —pertaining to the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites, for, theirs, was the lot:

so they gave them Hebron, in the land of Judah, and the pasture lands thereof, round about it;

but, the field-land of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they to Caleb son of Jephunneh.

57 Y a los hijos de Aarón dieron a Hebrón, la ciudad de refugio, y Libna con sus alrededores, y Jatir, y Estemoa con sus alrededores.

And, to the sons of Aaron, gave they, the cities of refuge—Hebron, and Libnah, with her pasture lands, —and Jattir and Eshtemoa, with her pasture lands;

58 E Hilen con sus alrededores, Debir con sus alrededores,

and Hilen with her pasture lands, Debir, with her pasture lands;

59 Y Asán con sus alrededores, y Bet-semes con sus alrededores;

and Ashan, with her pasture lands, and Bethshemesh, with her pasture lands;

60 Y de la tribu de Benjamín: Geba con sus alrededores, y Alemet con sus alrededores, y Anatot con sus alrededores. Todos sus pueblos entre sus familias eran trece pueblos.

and, out of the tribe of Benjamin, Geba, with her pasture lands, and Allemeth, with her pasture lands, —and Anathoth, with her pasture lands; —all their cities, were thirteen cities, throughout their families.

61 Y al resto de los hijos de Coat, fueron dados por decisión del Señor diez pueblos de las familias de la tribu de Efraín y de la tribu de Dan y de la media tribu de Manasés.

And, unto the rest of the sons of Kohath—of the families of the tribe of Ephraim and of the tribe of Dan, and of the half-tribe of Manasseh, by lot ten cities.

62 Y a los hijos de Gersón, por sus familias, de la tribu de Isacar, y de la tribu de Aser, y de la tribu de Neftalí, y de la tribu de Manasés en Basán, trece pueblos.

And, to the sons of Gershom, by their families—out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

63 Y a los hijos de Merari, por sus familias, doce pueblos fueron dados por decisión del Señor, de la tribu de Rubén, y de la tribu de Gad, y de la tribu de Zabulón.

And, unto sons of Merari, by their families—out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, by lot twelve cities.

64 Y los hijos de Israel dieron a los levitas los pueblos con sus alrededores.

So then the sons of Israel gave, to the Levites, —the cities and the pasture lands thereof;

65 Y dieron por decisión del Señor la tribu de los hijos de Judá, y la tribu de los hijos de Simeón, y la tribu de los hijos de Benjamín, estos pueblos cuyos nombres reciben.

yea they gave, by lot, out of the tribe of the sons of Judah, and out of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.

66 Y a las familias de los hijos de Coat se les dio ciudades por la decisión del Señor de la tribu de Efraín.

But, as for some of the families of the sons of Kohath, they had the cities of their lot, out of the tribe of Ephraim;

67 Y les dieron la ciudad de refugio, Siquem en la región montañosa de Efraín con sus alrededores, y Gezer con sus alrededores,

and they gave unto them the cities of refuge—Shechem and her pasture lands, in the hill country of Ephraim, —and Gezer, with her pasture lands;

68 Y Jocmeam con sus alrededores, y Beth-horon con sus alrededores.

and Jokmeam, with her pasture lands, and Beth-heron, with her pasture lands;

69 Y Ajalon con sus alrededores, y Gat-rimón con sus alrededores;

and Aijalon, with her pasture lands, and Gath-rimmon, with her pasture lands;

70 Y de la media tribu de Manasés, Aner con sus alrededores, y Bileam con sus alrededores, para el resto de la familia de los hijos de Coat.

and, out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Aner, with her pasture lands, and Bileam, with her pasture lands, —for the rest of the family of the sons of Kohath.

71 Se dieron a los hijos de Gersón, de la familia de la media tribu de Manasés, Golán en Basán con sus alrededores, y Astarot con sus alrededores;

Unto the sons of Gershom—out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan, with her pasture lands, —and Ashtaroth, with her pasture lands.

72 Y de la tribu de Isacar, Cedes con sus alrededores, y Daberat con sus alrededores,

And, out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh, with her pasture lands, —Daberath, with her pasture lands;

73 Y Ramot con sus alrededores, y Anem con sus alrededores;

and Ramoth, with her pasture lands, and Anem, with her pasture lands.

74 Y de la tribu de Aser, Masal con sus alrededores, y Abdón, Hucoc y Rehob, cada una con sus alrededores.

And, out of the tribe of Asher, Mashal, with her pasture lands, —and Abdon, with her pasture lands;

75 Y Hukok con sus alrededores, y Rehob con sus alrededores;

and Hukok, with her pasture lands, —and Rehob, with her pasture lands.

76 Y de la tribu de Neftalí, Kedesh en Galilea con sus alrededores, y Hammon con sus alrededores, y Kiriathaim con sus alrededores.

And, out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee, with her pasture lands, and Hammon, with her pasture lands, —and Kiryathaim, with her pasture lands.

77 Al resto de los levitas, los hijos de Merari, se les dio de la tribu de Zebulun, Rimmono con sus alrededores, Tabor con sus alrededores;

Unto the rest of the sons of Merari—out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmono, with her pasture lands, —Tabor, with her pasture lands.

78 Y al otro lado del Jordán, en Jericó, en el lado este del Jordán, se les dio de la tribu de Rubén, Bezer en las tierras baldías con sus alrededores, y Jahzah con sus alrededores,

And, beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east of the Jordan—out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness, with her pasture lands, —and Jahzah, with her pasture lands;

79 Y Cademot con sus alrededores, y Mefaat con sus alrededores;

and Kedemoth, with her pasture lands, and Mephaath, with her pasture lands.

80 Y de la tribu de Gad, Ramot en Galaad con sus alrededores, y Mahanaim con sus alrededores,

And, out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead, with her pasture lands, —and Mahanaim, with her pasture lands;

81 Y Hesbón con sus alrededores, y Hazar con sus alrededores.

and Heshbon, with her pasture lands, and Jazer, with her pasture lands.
