1 Crónicas 27
1 Ahora el número de los hijos de Israel, es decir, los jefes de familia, y los capitanes de miles y cientos, y los hombres en autoridad que eran siervos del rey en todo lo relacionado con las divisiones que servían por turnos, mes tras mes durante todos los meses del año, en cada división había veinticuatro mil.
And [these are] the children of Israel after their number; [to wit, ] the chiefs of the family divisions and the captains of the thousands and the hundreds, and their officers that served the king in every matter of the divisions, that came in and went out month by month, throughout all the months of the year, every division being twenty and four thousand.
2 Durante la primera división durante el primer mes estuvo Jasobeam, el hijo de Zabdiel; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
Over the first division for the first month was Jashob'am the son of Zabdiel; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
3 Era de los hijos de Fares, y el jefe de todos los capitanes del ejército durante el primer mes.
[He] of the children of Perez was the chief of all the captains of the armies for the first month.
4 Y durante la división del segundo mes, Dodai el ahohíta, él jefe era Miclot; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
And over the division of the second month was Dodai the Achochite, and of his division was Mikloth also the ruler; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
5 El tercer capitán del ejército durante el tercer mes fue Benaía, el hijo del sacerdote Joiada; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The third captain of the army for the third month was Benayahu the son of Jehoyada', the priest, the chief; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
6 Este Benaía fue el gran hombre, que estaba sobre los treinta; y sobre la división estaba Amisadab su hijo.
This Benayahu was the mighty among the thirty, and [set] over the thirty'; and of his division was 'Ammizabad his son.
7 El cuarto capitán del cuarto mes fue Asael, el hermano de Joab, y Zebadías su hijo después de él; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The fourth for the fourth month was 'Assahel the brother of Joab, with Zebadyah his son after him; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
8 El quinto capitán del quinto mes fue Samhut el Izraita; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The fifth for the fifth month was the captain Shamhuth the Yizrachite; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
9 El sexto capitán del sexto mes fue Ira, el hijo de Iques, de Tecoa; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The sixth for the sixth month was 'Ira the son of 'Ikkesh the Theko'ite; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
10 El séptimo capitán del séptimo mes fue Heles el paltita, de los hijos de Efraín; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The seventh for the seventh month was Chelez the Pelonite, of the children of Ephraim; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
11 El octavo capitán por octavo mes fue Sibecai él de Husa, de los de Zera; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The eighth for the eighth month was Sibbechai the Chushathite, of the Zarchites: and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
12 El noveno capitán del noveno mes fue Abiezer de Anatot, de los Benjamitas; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The ninth for the ninth month was Abi'ezer the 'Anthothite, of Benjamin; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
13 El décimo capitán para el décimo mes fue Maharai de Netofa, de los de Zera; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The tenth for the tenth month was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zarchites; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
14 El undécimo capitán para el mes undécimo fue Benaía el de Piraton, de los hijos de Efraín; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The eleventh for the eleventh month was Benayah the Pir'athonite, of the children of Ephraim; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
15 El duodécimo capitán del duodécimo mes fue Heldai él de Netofa, de Otoniel; y en su división fueron veinticuatro mil.
The twelfth for the twelfth month was Cheldai the Netophathite, of 'Othniel; and in his division were twenty and four thousand.
16 Y sobre las tribus de Israel: los jefes de la tribu de Reuben era Eliezer, el hijo de Zicri; de la de Simeón, Sefatías, hijo de Maaca;
Moreover over the tribes of Israel: Of the Reubenites was ruler Eli'ezer the son of Zichri; of the Simeonites, Shephatyahu the son of Ma'achah;
17 De Leví, Hasabías, hijo de Kemuel; de Aarón, Sadoc;
Of the Levites, Chashabyah the son of Kamuel; of [the sons of] Aaron, Zadok;
18 De Judá, Eliú, uno de los hermanos de David; de Isacar, Omri, el hijo de Micael;
Of Judah, Elihu, one of the brothers of David; of Issachar, 'Omri the son of Michael;
19 De Zabulón, Ismaías, hijo de Abdías; de Neftalí, Jerimot, hijo de Azriel;
Of Zebulun, Yishma'yahu the son of 'Obadyahu; of Naphtali, Jerimoth the son of 'Azriel;
20 De los hijos de Efraín, Oseas, hijo de Azazías; de la media tribu de Manasés, Joel, hijo de Pedaías;
Of the children of Ephraim, Hoshea, the son of 'Azazyahu; of the half tribe of Menasseh, Joel the son of Pedayahu;
21 De la media tribu de Manasés en Galaad, Iddo, hijo de Zacarías; de Benjamín, Jaasiel, el hijo de Abner;
Of the half tribe of Menasseh in Gil'ad, Yiddo the son of Zecharyahu; of Benjamin, 'Ja'assiel the son of Abner;
22 De Dan, Azareel, el hijo de Jeroham. Estos fueron los jefes de las tribus de Israel.
Of Dan, 'Azarel the son of Jerocham. These were the princes of the tribes of Israel.
23 Pero David no tomó el número de los que tenían menos de veinte años, porque el Señor había dicho que haría a Israel como las estrellas del cielo en número.
But David took not their number from twenty years old and under; because the Lord had said he would multiply Israel like the stars of the heavens.
24 La numeración fue iniciada por Joab, hijo de Sarvia, pero no continuó hasta el final; y debido a ello, la ira vino sobre Israel y el número no fue registrado en la historia del rey David.
Joab the son of Zeruyah began to number [them]; but he finished not, and there came wrath because of it against Israel: and the number was not entered in the account of the chronicles of king David.
25 Y Azmavet, el hijo de Adiel, era el tesorero de la propiedad del rey; Jonatán, el hijo de Uzías, tenía el control de todos los almacenes en los lugares del campo y en las ciudades y pueblos pequeños y lugares fuertes;
And over the king's treasures was 'Azmaveth the son of 'Adiel; and over the storehouses in the fields, in the cities, and in the villages, and in the castles, was Jehonathan the son of 'Uzziyahu.
26 Ezri, el hijo de Quelub, tenía autoridad sobre los trabajadores de campo y los agricultores;
And over those that did the work of the field, in the tillage of the ground, was 'Ezri the son of Kelub.
27 Simei, de Ramat era responsable de los jardines de viñedos; y Zabdi de Sefam era responsable de los productos de los viñedos y de todas las tiendas de vino;
And over the vineyards was Shim'i the Ramathite; and over what was in the vineyards, as regardeth the supplies of wine, was Zabdi the Shiphmite.
28 Baal-hanan, de Gedera, era responsable de los olivos y los sicomoros en las tierras bajas; y Joás para los almacenes de aceite;
And over the olive-trees and the sycamore-trees that were in the lowlands was Ba'al-chanan the Gederite: and over the supplies of oil was Jo'ash.
29 Y Sitrai, de Saron era responsable de los rebaños en las tierras de pastoreo de Saron, y de Safat, el hijo de Adlai, por los que estaban en los valles;
And over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite; and over the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of 'Adlai.
30 Obil el ismaelita tenía el control de los camellos y Jehdeia, de Meronot de los asnos;
And over the camels was Obil the Ishma'elite; and over the she-asses was Yechdeyahu the Meronothite.
31 Los rebaños estaban al cuidado de Jaziz, él agareno. Todos estos eran los administradores de la propiedad del rey David.
And over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagerene. All these were the rulers of the property which belonged to king David.
32 Ahora Jonatán, hermano del padre de David, era consejero, y un hombre sensato, era un escriba; y Jehiel hijo de Hacmoni, cuidaba a los hijos del rey.
Also Jonathan David's uncle was a counsellor, being a man of understanding and acquainted with law; and Jeshiel the son of Chachmoni was with the king's sons;
33 Y Ahitofel era el consejero del rey y Husai el Arquita era el hombre de confianza del rey.
And Achithophel was the king's counsellor; and Chushai the Arkite was the king's friend;
34 Después de Ahitofel fue Joiada, el hijo de Benaía y Abiatar; y el capitán del ejército del rey fue Joab.
And after Achithophel [came] Jehoyada' the son of Benayahu and Ebyathar; and the captain of the king's army was Joab.
