Salmos 25

1 Salmo de David. Alef A ti, oh SEÑOR, levantaré mi alma.

“Of David.” Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

2 Bet Dios mío, en ti confío; no sea yo avergonzado, no se alegren de mí mis enemigos.

O my God, in thee do I trust, let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me.

3 Guímel Ciertamente ninguno de cuantos en ti esperan será avergonzado; serán avergonzados los que se rebelan sin causa.

Yea, none that wait on thee will be put to shame: let those be put to shame who deal treacherously without cause.

4 Dálet Tus caminos, oh SEÑOR, me haces saber; tus sendas me enseñas.

Show me, O Lord, thy ways; teach me thy paths.

5 He Encamíname en tu verdad, y enséñame; porque tú eres el Dios de mi salud; a ti he esperado todo el día.

Lead me in thy truth, and teach me; for thou art the God of my salvation: on thee do I wait all the day.

6 Vau Acuérdate, oh SEÑOR, de tus conmiseraciones y de tus misericordias, que son perpetuas.

Remember thy mercies, O Lord, and thy kindnesses; for they are from everlasting.

7 Zain De los pecados de mi juventud, y de mis rebeliones, no te acuerdes; conforme a tu misericordia acuérdate de mí, por tu bondad, oh SEÑOR.

The sins of my youth and my transgressions do not remember: according to thy kindness bear thou me in remembrance, for the sake of thy goodness, O Lord.

8 Chet Bueno y recto es el SEÑOR; por tanto él enseñará a los pecadores el camino.

Good and upright is the Lord: therefore he pointeth out to sinners the right way.

9 Tet Encaminará a los humildes por el juicio, y enseñará a los mansos su carrera.

He guideth the meek in justice, and he teacheth the meek his way.

10 Yod Todas las sendas del SEÑOR son misericordia y verdad, para los que guardan su pacto y sus testimonios.

All the paths of the Lord are kindness and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

11 Caf Por tu Nombre, oh SEÑOR, perdona también mi pecado; porque es grande.

For the sake of thy name, O Lord, pardon my iniquity: although it is great.

12 Lámed ¿Quién es el varón que teme al SEÑOR? El le enseñará el camino que ha de escoger.

Who is that man that feareth the Lord? to him will he point out the way which he is to choose?

13 Mem Su alma reposará en el bien, y su simiente heredará la tierra.

His soul shall abide in happiness: and his seed shall inherit the land.

14 Nun El secreto del SEÑOR es para los que le temen; y a ellos hará conocer su pacto.

The secret counsel of the Lord is for those that fear him, and his covenant—to make it known to them.

15 Sámec Mis ojos están siempre hacia el SEÑOR; porque él sacará mis pies de la red.

My eyes are ever [directed] toward the Lord; for he will draw out of the net my feet.

16 Ayin Mírame, y ten misericordia de mí; porque estoy solo y pobre.

Turn unto me, and be gracious unto me; for I am solitary and afflicted.

17 Tsade Las angustias de mi corazón se han aumentado; sácame de mis congojas.

The distresses of my heart are enlarged: O bring thou me out of my afflictions.

18 Resh Mira mi aflicción y mi trabajo; y perdona todos mis pecados.

Look on my misery and my trouble; and forgive all my sins.

19 Resh Mira mis enemigos, que se han multiplicado, y con odio injusto me han aborrecido.

Look at my enemies; for they are many; and they hate me with the hatred of violence.

20 Sin Guarda mi alma, y líbrame; no sea yo avergonzado, porque en ti confié.

Oh, guard my soul; and deliver me: let me not be put to shame; for I put my trust in thee.

21 Taf Integridad y rectitud me guardarán; porque a ti he esperado.

Let integrity and uprightness guard me; for I wait on thee.

22 Pe Redime, oh Dios, a Israel de todas sus angustias.

Redeem, O God, Israel out of all his distresses.
