Salmos 16
1 Mictam de David. Guárdame, oh Dios, porque en ti he confiado.
Michtam of David. Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.
2 Di al SEÑOR: Señor tú eres mi bien; no tengo otro bien fuera de ti.
I have said unto the LORD, Thou art my Lord: I have no good beyond thee.
3 A los santos que están en la tierra, y a los íntegros; toda mi afición en ellos.
As for the saints that are in the earth, they are the excellent in whom is all my delight.
4 Multiplicarán sus dolores los que se apresuraren tras otro dios; no ofreceré yo sus libaciones de sangre, ni en mis labios tomaré sus nombres.
Their sorrows shall be multiplied that exchange [the LORD] for another [god]: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take their names upon my lips.
5 El SEÑOR es la porción de mi parte y de mi copa; tú sustentarás mi suerte.
The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup: thou maintainest my lot.
6 Las cuerdas me cayeron en lugares deleitosos, así mismo la heredad se hermoseó sobre mí.
The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.
7 Bendeciré al SEÑOR, que me aconseja; aun en las noches me enseña mis riñones.
I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel: yea, my reins instruct me in the night seasons.
8 Al SEÑOR he puesto siempre delante de mí; porque estando El a mi diestra, no seré conmovido.
I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
9 Por tanto se alegró mi corazón, y se gozó mi gloria; también mi carne reposará segura.
Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth: my flesh also shall dwell in safety.
10 Porque no dejarás mi alma en el sepulcro; ni darás tu Misericordioso para que vea corrupción. (Sheol h7585)
For thou wilt not leave my soul to Sheol; neither wilt thou suffer thine holy one to see corruption. (Sheol h7585)
11 Me harás saber la senda de la vida; plenitud de alegrías hay con tu rostro; deleites en tu diestra para siempre.
Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; in thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
