Nehemías 3
1 Y se levantó Eliasib el sumo sacerdote con sus hermanos los sacerdotes, y edificaron la puerta de las Ovejas. Ellos la santificaron y levantaron sus puertas hasta la torre de Hamea, aparejándola hasta la torre de Hananeel.
Then arose Eliashib the hie Priest with his brethren the Priestes, and they buylt the sheepegate: they repayred it, and set vp the doores thereof: euen vnto the tower of Meah repayred they it, and vnto the tower of Hananeel.
2 Y junto a ella edificaron los varones de Jericó; y luego edificó Zacur hijo de Imri.
And next vnto him buylded the men of Iericho, and beside him Zaccur the sonne of Imri.
3 Y los hijos de Senaa edificaron la puerta del Pescado; ellos la enmaderaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.
But the fish port did the sonnes of Senaah buylde, which also layde the beames thereof, and set on the doores thereof, the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof.
4 Y junto a ellos restauró Meremot hijo de Urías, hijo de Cos, y al lado de ellos, restauró Mesulam hijo de Berequías, hijo de Mesezabeel. Junto a ellos restauró Sadoc hijo de Baana.
And next vnto them fortified Merimoth, the sonne of Vrijah, the sonne of Hakkoz: and next vnto them fortified Meshullam, the sonne of Berechiah, the sonne of Meshezabeel: and next vnto them fortified Zadok, the sonne of Baana:
5 E inmediato a ellos restauraron los tecoítas; mas sus grandes no prestaron su cerviz a la obra de su Señor.
And next vnto them fortified the Tekoites: but the great men of them put not their neckes to the worke of their lordes.
6 Y la puerta Vieja restauraron Joiada hijo de Paseah, y Mesulam hijo de Besodías; ellos la enmaderaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.
And the gate of the olde fishpoole fortified Iehoiada the sonne of Paseah, and Meshullam the sonne of Besodaiah: they laid the beames thereof, and set on the doores thereof, and the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof.
7 Junto a ellos restauró Melatías gabaonita, y Jadón meronotita, varones de Gabaón y de Mizpa, de parte del capitán del rey sobre la tierra de este lado del río.
Next vnto them also fortified Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Iadon the Meronothite, men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, vnto the throne of the Duke, which was beyond the Riuer.
8 Y junto a ellos restauró Uziel hijo de Harhaía, de los plateros; junto al cual restauró también Hananías, hijo de Haracahim ( un perfumero ). Y restauraron a Jerusalén hasta el muro ancho.
Next vnto him fortified Vzziel the sonne of Harhohiah of the golde smithes: next vnto him also fortified Hananiah, the sonne of Harakkahim, and they repayred Ierusalem vnto the broad wall.
9 Junto a ellos restauró también Refaías hijo de Hur, príncipe de la mitad de Jerusalén.
Also next vnto them fortified Rephaiah, the sonne of Hur, the ruler of the halfe part of Ierusalem.
10 Asimismo restauró junto a ellos, y frente a su casa, Jedaías hijo de Harumaf; y junto a él restauró Hatús hijo de Hasabnías.
And next vnto him fortified Iedaiah the sonne of Harumaph, euen ouer against his house: and next vnto him fortified Hattush, the sonne of Hashabniah.
11 Malquías hijo de Harim y Hasub hijo de Pahat-moab, restauraron la otra medida, y la torre de los Hornos.
Malchiiah the sonne of Harim, and Hashub the sonne of Pahath Moab fortified the seconde porcion, and the tower of the fornaces.
12 Junto a ellos restauró Salum hijo de Halohes, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Jerusalén, él con sus hijas.
Next vnto him also fortified Shallum, the sonne of Halloesh, the ruler of the halfe part of Ierusalem, he, and his daughters.
13 La puerta del Valle la restauró Hanún con los moradores de Zanoa; ellos la reedificaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos, y mil codos en el muro hasta la puerta del Muladar.
The valley gate fortified Hanum, and the inhabitants of Zanuah: they buylt it, and set on the doores thereof, the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof, euen a thousand cubites on the wall vnto the dung porte.
14 Y reedificó la puerta del Muladar, Malquías hijo de Recab, príncipe de la provincia de Bet-haquerem; él la reedificó, y levantó sus puertas, sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.
But the dung port fortified Malchiah, the sonne of Rechab, the ruler of the fourth part of Beth-haccarem: he built it, and set on the doores thereof, the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof.
15 Y Salum hijo de Colhoze, príncipe de la región de Mizpa, restauró la puerta de la Fuente; él la reedificó, y la enmaderó, y levantó sus puertas, sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos, y el muro del estanque de Siloé de la huerta del rey, hasta las gradas que descienden de la ciudad de David.
But the gate of the fountaine fortified Shallun, the sonne of Col-hozeh, the ruler of the fourth part of Mizpah: he builded it, and couered it, and set on the doores thereof, the lockes thereof, and the barres thereof, and the wall vnto the fishpoole of Shelah by the Kings garden, and vnto the steppes that goe downe from the citie of Dauid.
16 Después de él restauró Nehemías hijo de Azbuc, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Bet-sur, hasta delante de los sepulcros de David, y hasta el estanque labrado, y hasta la casa de los Valientes.
After him fortified Nehemiah the sonne of Azbuk, the ruler of ye halfe part of Beth-zur, vntill the otherside ouer against the sepulchres of Dauid, and to the fishpoole that was repaired, and vnto the house of the mightie.
17 Tras él restauraron los levitas, Rehum hijo de Bani; junto a él restauró Hasabías, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Keila en su parte.
After him fortified the Leuites, Rehum the sonne of Bani, and next vnto him fortified Hashabiah the ruler of the halfe part of Keilah in his quarter.
18 Después de él restauraron sus hermanos, Bavai hijo de Henadad, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Keila.
After him fortified their brethren: Bauai, the sonne of Henadad the ruler of the halfe part of Keilah:
19 Y junto a él restauró Ezer hijo de Jesúa, príncipe de Mizpa, la otra medida frente a la subida de la armería de la esquina.
And next vnto him fortified Ezer, the sonne of Ieshua the ruler of Mizpah, the other portion ouer against the going vp to the corner of the armour.
20 Después de él se enfervorizó a restaurar Baruc hijo de Zabai la otra medida, desde la esquina hasta la puerta de la casa de Eliasib sumo sacerdote.
After him was earnest Baruch the sonne of Zacchai, and fortified another portion from the corner vnto the doore of the house of Eliashib the hie Priest.
21 Tras él restauró Meremot hijo de Urías hijo de Cos la otra medida, desde la entrada de la casa de Eliasib, hasta el cabo de la casa de Eliasib.
After him fortified Merimoth, the sonne of Vriiah, the sonne of Hakkoz, another portion from the doore of the house of Eliashib, euen as long as the house of Eliashib extended.
22 Después de él restauraron los sacerdotes, los varones de la campiña.
After him also fortified the Priests, the men of the playne.
23 Después de ellos restauraron Benjamín y Hasub, frente a su casa; y después de éstos restauró Azarías, hijo de Maasías hijo de Ananías, cerca de su casa.
After them fortified Beniamin, and Hasshub ouer against their house: after him fortified Azariah, the sonne of Maaseiah, the sonne of Ananiah, by his house.
24 Después de él restauró Binúi hijo de Henadad la otra medida, desde la casa de Azarías hasta el rincón de la esquina.
After him fortified Binnui, the sonne of Henadad another portion, from the house of Azariah vnto the turning and vnto the corner.
25 Palal hijo de Uzai, enfrente de la esquina y la torre alta que sale de la casa del rey, que está en el patio de la cárcel. Después de él, Pedaías hijo de Faros.
Palal, the sonne of Vzai, from ouer against the corner, and the high tower, that lieth out from the Kings house, which is beside the court of the prison. After him, Pedaiah, the sonne of Parosh.
26 Y los netineos estuvieron en Ofel ( la fortaleza ) hasta enfrente de la puerta de las Aguas al oriente, y la torre que sobresale.
And the Nethinims they dwelt in ye fortresse vnto the place ouer against the water gate, Eastwarde, and to the tower that lyeth out.
27 Después de ellos restauraron los tecoítas la otra medida, enfrente de la gran torre que sobresale, hasta el muro de Ofel.
After him fortified the Tekoites another portion ouer against the great tower, that lyeth out, euen vnto the wall of the fortresse.
28 Desde la puerta de los Caballos restauraron los sacerdotes, cada uno enfrente de su casa.
From aboue the horsegate forth fortified the Priests, euery one ouer against his house.
29 Después de ellos restauró Sadoc hijo de Imer, enfrente de su casa; y después de él restauró Semaías hijo de Secanías, guarda de la puerta oriental.
After them fortified Zadok the sonne of Immer ouer against his house: and after him fortified Shemaiah, the sonne of Shechadiah the keeper of the East gate.
30 Tras él restauró Hananías hijo de Selemías, y Hanún hijo sexto de Salaf, la otra medida. Después de él restauró Mesulam, hijo de Berequías, enfrente de su cámara.
After him fortified Hananiah, the sonne of Shelemiah, and Hanun, the sonne of Zalaph, the sixt, another portion after him fortified Meshullam, the sonne of Berechiah, ouer against his chamber.
31 Después de él restauró Malquías hijo del platero, hasta la casa de los netineos y de los tratantes, enfrente de la puerta del Juicio, y hasta la sala de la esquina.
After him fortified Malchiah the goldesmiths sonne, vntil the house of the Nethinims, and of ye marchants ouer against the gate Miphkad, and to the chamber in the corner.
32 Y entre la sala de la esquina hasta la puerta de las Ovejas, restauraron los plateros, y los tratantes.
And betweene the chamber of the corner vnto the sheepegate fortified the goldesmithes and the marchantes.
