Judas 1
1 Judas, siervo de Jesús, el Cristo, y hermano de Jacobo, a los llamados, santificados en Dios Padre, y conservados en Jesús, el Cristo:
Judas, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are called, beloved in God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ:
2 Misericordia, y paz, y caridad os sean multiplicadas.
Mercy unto you and peace and love be multiplied.
3 Amados, por la gran solicitud que tenía de escribiros acerca de la común salud, me ha sido necesario escribiros amonestándoos que os esforcéis a perseverar en la fe, que ha sido una vez dada a los santos.
Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of our common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints.
4 Porque algunos hombres han entrado encubiertamente sin temor ni reverencia de Dios; los cuales desde antes habían estado ordenados para esta condenación, convirtiendo la gracia de nuestro Dios en disolución, y negando a Dios que solo es el que tiene dominio, y a nuestro Señor Jesús, el Cristo.
For there are certain men crept in privily, [even] they who were of old set forth unto this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
5 Os quiero pues amonestar, ya que alguna vez habéis sabido esto, que el Señor habiendo salvado al pueblo sacándolo de Egipto, después destruyó a los que no creían;
Now I desire to put you in remembrance, though ye know all things once for all, how that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
6 y a los ángeles que no guardaron su origen, mas dejaron su habitación, los ha reservado debajo de oscuridad en prisiones eternas hasta el juicio del gran día; (aïdios g126)
And angels which kept not their own principality, but left their proper habitation, he hath kept in everlasting bonds under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. (aïdios g126)
7 como Sodoma y Gomorra, y las ciudades vecinas, las cuales de la misma manera que ellos habían fornicado, y habían seguido desenfrenadamente la carne extraña, fueron puestas por ejemplo, habiendo recibido el juicio del fuego eterno. (aiōnios g166)
Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, having in like manner with these given themselves over to fornication, and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire. (aiōnios g166)
8 De la misma manera también estos engañados soñadores ensucian su carne, y menosprecian la Potestad, y vituperan las potestades superiores.
Yet in like manner these also in their dreamings defile the flesh, and set at nought dominion, and rail at dignities.
9 Pues cuando el Arcángel Miguel contendía con el diablo, disputando sobre el cuerpo de Moisés, no se atrevió a usar de juicio de maldición contra él, antes le dijo: El Señor te reprenda.
But Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing judgment, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
10 Pero éstos maldicen las cosas que no conocen; y las cosas que naturalmente conocen, se corrompen en ellas como bestias brutas.
But these rail at whatsoever things they know not: and what they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason, in these things are they destroyed.
11 ¡Ay de ellos! Porque han seguido el camino de Caín, y han venido a parar en el error del premio de Balaam, y perecieron en la contradicción de Coré.
Woe unto them! for they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for hire, and perished in the gainsaying of Korah.
12 Estos son manchas en vuestros convites, que banquetean juntamente, apacentándose a sí mismos sin temor alguno; nubes sin agua, las cuales son llevadas de acá para allá de los vientos; árboles marchitos como en otoño, sin fruto, dos veces muertos y desarraigados;
These are they who are hidden rocks in your love-feasts when they feast with you, shepherds that without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
13 fieras ondas del mar, que espuman sus mismas abominaciones; estrellas erráticas, a las cuales es reservada eternalmente la oscuridad de las tinieblas. (aiōn g165)
Wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness hath been reserved for ever. (aiōn g165)
14 De los cuales también profetizó Enoc, séptimo desde Adán, diciendo: He aquí, el Señor es venido con sus santos millares,
And to these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones,
15 a hacer juicio sobre todos, y a convencer a todos los impíos de entre ellos de todas sus malas obras que han hecho infielmente, y de todas las palabras duras que los pecadores infieles han hablado contra él.
to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have ungodly wrought, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
16 Estos son murmuradores, querellosos, andando según sus deseos; y su boca habla cosas soberbias, teniendo en admiración las personas por causa del provecho.
These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their lusts (and their mouth speaketh great swelling [words]), shewing respect of persons for the sake of advantage.
17 Mas vosotros, amados, tened memoria de las palabras que antes han sido dichas por los apóstoles de nuestro Señor Jesús, el Cristo;
But ye, beloved, remember ye the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
18 como os decían: Que en el postrer tiempo habría burladores, que andarían según sus malvados deseos.
how that they said to you, In the last time there shall be mockers, walking after their own ungodly lusts.
19 Estos son los que hacen divisiones, son como animales, no teniendo el Espíritu.
These are they who make separations, sensual, having not the Spirit.
20 Mas vosotros, oh amados, edificaos a vosotros mismos sobre vuestra santísima fe, orando por el Espíritu Santo.
But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
21 Conservaos a vosotros mismos en el amor de Dios, esperando la misericordia de nuestro Señor Jesús, el Cristo, para vida eterna. (aiōnios g166)
keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
22 Y recibid a los unos en piedad, discerniendo.
And on some have mercy, who are in doubt;
23 Mas haced salvos a los otros con temor, arrebatándolos del fuego; mas con esto aborreciendo aun hasta la ropa que es contaminada de tocamiento de carne.
and some save, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
24 A aquel, pues, que es poderoso para guardaros sin pecado, y presentaros delante de su gloria irreprensibles, con grande alegría,
Now unto him that is able to guard you from stumbling, and to set you before the presence of his glory without blemish in exceeding joy,
