Salmos 128

1 Cántico gradual. BIENAVENTURADO todo aquel que teme á Jehová, que anda en sus caminos.

A Song of Ascents. How happy is every one that revereth Yahweh, who walketh in his ways!

2 Cuando comieres el trabajo de tus manos, bienaventurado tú, y tendrás bien.

The labour of thine own hands, surely thou shalt eat. How happy thou, and well for thine!

3 Tu mujer será como parra que lleva fruto á los lados de tu casa; tus hijos como plantas de olivas alrededor de tu mesa.

Thy wife, like a fruitful vine, within the recesses of thy house, —Thy children, like plantings of olive-trees, round about thy table.

4 He aquí que así será bendito el hombre que teme á Jehová.

Lo! thus, shall be blessed the man who revereth Yahweh.

5 Bendígate Jehová desde Sión, y veas el bien de Jerusalem todos los días de tu vida.

Yahweh will bless thee, out of Zion, —and behold thou the welfare of Jerusalem, all the days of thy life!

6 Y veas los hijos de tus hijos, y la paz sobre Israel.

And behold thou thy children’s children, —Prosperity on Israel!
