Salmos 111

1 Aleluya. ALABARÉ á Jehová con todo el corazón, en la compañía y congregación de los rectos.

Praise ye Yah! I will give thanks unto Yahweh, with a whole heart, in the circle of the upright and the assembly.

2 Grandes son las obras de Jehová; buscadas de todos los que las quieren.

Great are the works of Yahweh, sought out, by all who find pleasure therein.

3 Gloria y hermosura es su obra; y su justicia permanece para siempre.

Honourable and majestic, is his doing, and, his righteousness, standeth for aye.

4 Hizo memorables sus maravillas: clemente y misericordioso es Jehová.

A memorial, hath he made by his wonders, Gracious and compassionate, is Yahweh.

5 Dió mantenimiento á los que le temen; para siempre se acordará de su pacto.

Food, hath he given to them who revere him, He will remember, age-abidingly, his covenant.

6 El poder de sus obras anunció á su pueblo, dándole la heredad de las gentes.

The might of his works, hath he declared to his people, that he may give them the inheritance of the nations.

7 Las obras de sus manos son verdad y juicio: fieles son todos sus mandamientos;

The works of his hands, are faithful and just, Firm are all his precepts;

8 Afirmados por siglo de siglo, hechos en verdad y en rectitud.

Upheld to futurity, to times age-abiding, done in faithfulness and equity.

9 Redención ha enviado á su pueblo; para siempre ha ordenado su pacto: santo y terrible es su nombre.

Ransom, hath he sent to his people, He hath commanded, to times age-abiding, his covenant, Holy and reverend, is his Name.

10 El principio de la sabiduría es el temor de Jehová: buen entendimiento tienen cuantos ponen aquéllos por obra: su loor permanece para siempre.

The beginning of wisdom, is the reverence of Yahweh, Good discretion, have all that do them, His praise, endureth for aye.
