Salmos 110

1 Salmo de David. JEHOVÁ dijo á mi Señor: Siéntate á mi diestra, en tanto que pongo tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies.

A Psalm of David. The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.”

2 La vara de tu fortaleza enviará Jehová desde Sión: domina en medio de tus enemigos.

The Lord will send forth the scepter of your virtue from Zion. Rule in the midst of your enemies.

3 Tu pueblo [serálo] de buena voluntad en el día de tu poder, en la hermosura de la santidad: desde el seno de la aurora, tienes tú el rocío de tu juventud.

It is with you from the beginning, in the day of your virtue, in the splendor of the saints. From conception, before the light-bearer, I begot you.

4 Juró Jehová, y no se arrepentirá: Tú eres sacerdote para siempre según el orden de Melchîsedech.

The Lord has sworn, and he will not repent: “You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.”

5 El Señor á tu diestra herirá á los reyes en el día de su furor.

The Lord is at your right hand. He has broken kings in the day of his wrath.

6 Juzgará en las gentes, llenará[las] de cadáveres: herirá las cabezas en muchas tierras.

He will judge between the nations; he will fill up ruination. He will shatter heads in the land of the many.

7 Del arroyo beberá en el camino: por lo cual levantará cabeza.

He will drink from the torrent on the way. Because of this, he will exalt the head.
