Números 12
1 Y HABLARON María y Aarón contra Moisés á causa de la mujer Ethiope que había tomado: porque él había tomado mujer Ethiope.
Afterward Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses, because of the woman of Ethiopia whome hee had maried (for hee had married a woman of Ethiopia)
2 Y dijeron: ¿Solamente por Moisés ha hablado Jehová? ¿no ha hablado también por nosotros? Y oyólo Jehová.
And they saide, What? hath the Lord spoken but onely by Moses? hath he not spoken also by vs? and the Lord heard this.
3 Y aquel varón Moisés era muy manso, más que todos los hombres que había sobre la tierra.
(But Moses was a verie meeke man, aboue all the men that were vpon the earth)
4 Y luego dijo Jehová á Moisés, y á Aarón, y á María: Salid vosotros tres al tabernáculo del testimonio. Y salieron ellos tres.
And by and by the Lord sayd vnto Moses, and vnto Aaron, and vnto Miriam, come out yee three vnto the Tabernacle of the Congregation: and they three came forth.
5 Entonces Jehová descendió en la columna de la nube, y púsose á la puerta del tabernáculo, y llamó á Aarón y á María; y salieron ellos ambos.
Then the Lord came downe in the pillar of the cloude, and stoode in the doore of the Tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam, and they both came forth.
6 Y él les dijo: Oid ahora mis palabras: si tuviereis profeta de Jehová, le apareceré en visión, en sueños hablaré con él.
And hee saide, Heare nowe my wordes, If there be a Prophet of the Lord among you, I will be knowen to him by a vision, and will speake vnto him by dreame.
7 No así á mi siervo Moisés, que es fiel en toda mi casa:
My seruant Moses is not so, who is faithfull in all mine house.
8 Boca á boca hablaré con él, y á las claras, y no por figuras; y verá la apariencia de Jehová: ¿por qué pues no tuvisteis temor de hablar contra mi siervo Moisés?
Vnto him will I speake mouth to mouth, and by vision, and not in darke wordes, but hee shall see the similitude of the Lord. Wherefore then were ye not afraid to speake against my seruant, euen against Moses?
9 Entonces el furor de Jehová se encendió en ellos; y fuése.
Thus the Lord was very angrie with them, and departed.
10 Y la nube se apartó del tabernáculo: y he aquí que María era leprosa como la nieve; y miró Aarón á María, y he aquí que estaba leprosa.
Also the cloude departed from the Tabernacle: and beholde, Miriam was leprous like snowe: and Aaron looked vpon Miriam, and beholde, she was leprous.
11 Y dijo Aarón á Moisés: ¡Ah! señor mío, no pongas ahora sobre nosotros pecado; porque locamente lo hemos hecho, y hemos pecado.
Then Aaron saide vnto Moses, Alas, my Lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sinne vpon vs, which we haue foolishly committed and wherein we haue sinned.
12 No sea ella ahora como el que sale muerto del vientre de su madre, consumida la mitad de su carne.
Let her not, I pray thee, be as one dead, of whome the flesh is halfe consumed, when he commeth out of his mothers wombe.
13 Entonces Moisés clamó á Jehová, diciendo: Ruégote, oh Dios, que la sanes ahora.
Then Moses cryed vnto the Lord, saying, O God, I beseech thee, heale her nowe.
14 Respondió Jehová á Moisés: Pues si su padre hubiera escupido en su cara, ¿no se avergonzaría por siete días?: sea echada fuera del real por siete días, y después se reunirá.
And the Lord said vnto Moses, If her father had spit in her face, shoulde she not haue bene ashamed seuen dayes? let her be shut out of the hoste seuen dayes, and after she shall bee receiued.
15 Así María fué echada del real siete días; y el pueblo no pasó adelante hasta que se [le] reunió María.
So Miriam was shut out of the hoste seuen dayes, and the people remooued not, till Miriam was brought in againe.
16 Y DESPUÉS movió el pueblo de Haseroth, y asentaron el campo en el desierto de Parán.
Then afterwarde the people remooued from Hazeroth, and pitched in the wildernesse of Paran.
