Salmos 9
1 Alabaré a Jehová con todo mi corazón: contaré todas tus maravillas.
TO THE OVERSEER. [SET] ON “DEATH OF THE SON.” A PSALM OF DAVID. I confess, O YHWH, with all my heart, I recount all Your wonders,
2 Alegrarme he, y gozarme he en ti: cantaré a tu nombre, o! Altísimo.
I rejoice and exult in You, I praise Your Name, O Most High.
3 Por haber sido mis enemigos vueltos atrás: caerán y perecerán delante de ti.
In my enemies turning backward, They stumble and perish from Your face.
4 Porque has hecho mi juicio y mi causa: sentástete en trono juzgando justicia.
For You have done my judgment and my right. You have sat on a throne, Judging [with] righteousness.
5 Reprendiste gentes, destruiste al malo, raíste el nombre de ellos para siempre y eternalmente.
You have rebuked nations, You have destroyed the wicked, You have blotted out their name for all time and forever.
6 O! enemigo, acabados son los asolamientos para siempre: y las ciudades que derribaste, su memoria pereció con ellas.
The enemy—[your] destructions have been completed forever, As for cities you have plucked up, Their memorial has perished with them.
7 Y Jehová quedará para siempre, él ha aparejado para juicio su trono.
And YHWH abides for all time, He is preparing His throne for judgment.
8 Y él juzgará al mundo con justicia, juzgará a los pueblos con rectitud.
And He judges the world in righteousness, He judges the peoples in uprightness.
9 Y será Jehová refugio al pobre, refugio en tiempos de la angustia.
And YHWH is a tower for the bruised, A tower for times of adversity.
10 Y confiarán en ti los que saben tu nombre, por cuanto no desamparaste a los que te buscaron, o! Jehová.
They trust in You who know Your Name, For You have not forsaken those seeking You, O YHWH.
11 Cantád a Jehová, el que habita en Sión: notificád en los pueblos sus obras.
Sing praise to YHWH, inhabiting Zion, Declare His acts among the peoples,
12 Porque, demandando las sangres se acordó de ellos: no se olvidó del clamor de los pobres.
For He who is seeking for blood Has remembered them, He has not forgotten the cry of the afflicted.
13 Ten misericordia de mí, Jehová: mira la aflicción que sufro de los que me aborrecen, ensalzador mío de las puertas de la muerte.
Favor me, O YHWH, See my affliction by those hating me, You who lift me up from the gates of death,
14 Para que cuente yo todas tus alabanzas en las puertas de la hija de Sión: y me regocije en tu salud.
So that I recount all Your praise, In the gates of the daughter of Zion. I rejoice on Your salvation.
15 Hundiéronse las gentes en el foso que hicieron: en la red que escondieron fue tomado su pie.
Nations have sunk in a pit they made, Their foot has been captured in a net that they hid.
16 Jehová fue conocido en el juicio que hizo: en la obra de sus manos fue enlazado el malo: Consideración. (Selah)
YHWH has been known, He has done judgment; By a work of his hands The wicked has been snared. (Meditation, Selah)
The wicked turn back to Sheol, All nations forgetting God. (Sheol h7585)
18 Porque no para siempre será olvidado el necesitado: ni la esperanza de los pobres perecerá para siempre.
For the needy is not forgotten forever, [Nor] the hope of the humble lost for all time.
19 Levántate, o! Jehová, no se fortalezca el hombre: sean juzgadas las naciones delante de ti.
Rise, O YHWH, do not let man be strong, Let nations be judged before Your face.
20 Pon, o! Jehová, temor en ellos: conozcan las gentes que son hombres. (Selah)
Appoint them to fear, O YHWH, Let nations know they [are] men! (Selah)
