1 Jehová Dios de mi salud, día y noche clamo delante de ti.

2 Entre delante de ti mi oración: inclina tu oído a mi clamor.

4 Soy contado con los que descienden al sepulcro: soy como hombre sin fuerza;
I am reckoned with [those who] go down of [the] pit I am like a man [whom] there not [is] strength.
5 Librado entre los muertos. Como los matados que duermen en el sepulcro: que no te acuerdas más de ellos, y que son cortados de tu mano.
Among the dead a [person] set free like [those] slain - [who] lie of [the] grave whom not you remember them again and they from hand your they are cut off.
6 Hásme puesto en el hoyo profundo: en tinieblas, en honduras.
You have put me in a pit of lowest parts in [the] dark places in [the] depths.
7 Sobre mí se ha acostado tu ira: y con todas tus ondas me has afligido. (Selah)

8 Has alejado de mí mis conocidos: hásme puesto a ellos por abominaciones: estoy encerrado, y no saldré.
You have removed far away acquaintances my from me you have made me abominations to them [I am] shut up and not I will go out.
9 Mis ojos enfermaron a causa de mi aflicción: te he llamado, o! Jehová, cada día he extendido a ti mis manos.

10 ¿Harás milagro a los muertos? ¿Levantarse han los muertos para alabarte? (Selah)
¿ For the dead will you do wonder[s] or? [the] shades will they arise - will they give thanks to? you (Selah)
11 ¿Será contada en el sepulcro tu misericordia? ¿tu verdad en la perdición?
¿ Will it be recounted in the grave covenant loyalty your faithfulness your in Abaddon.
12 ¿Será conocida en las tinieblas tu maravilla? ¿y tu justicia en la tierra del olvido?

13 Y yo a ti, o! Jehová, he clamado: y de mañana te previno mi oración.

14 ¿Por qué, o! Jehová, desechas a mi alma? ¿ por qué escondes tu rostro de mí?

15 Yo soy afligido y menesteroso: desde la mocedad he llevado tus temores, he estado medroso.

16 Sobre mí han pasado tus iras; tus espantos me han cortado.

17 Hánme rodeado como aguas de continuo: hánme cercado a una.

18 Has alejado de mí el amigo y el compañero; y mis conocidos en las tinieblas.
