Salmos 68
1 Levántese Dios, espárzanse sus enemigos: y huyan los que le aborrecen delante de él.
To the Chief Musician. David’s. A Melody, a Song. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered, Yea let them that hate him flee before him:
2 Como es lanzado el humo, los lanzarás: como se derrite la cera delante del fuego, así perecerán los impíos delante de Dios.
As smoke is driven about, Let them be driven about, —As wax is melted before a fire, Let the lawless perish before God.
3 Mas los justos se alegrarán: regocijarse han delante de Dios, y saltarán de alegría.
But let, the righteous, be glad, let them exult before God, Yea let them rejoice with gladness.
4 Cantád a Dios, cantád salmos a su nombre: ensalzád al que cabalga sobre los cielos en Jah su nombre: y alegráos delante de él.
Sing ye to God, Make music of his Name, —Lift up (a song), to him that rideth through the waste plains, —Since Yah is his name, exult ye before him.
5 Padre de huérfanos, y defensor de viudas, Dios en la morada de su santuario.
The father of the fatherless, And the advocate of widows, Is God, in his holy habitation.
6 El Dios que hace habitar los solos en casa: que saca los presos en grillos; mas los rebeldes habitan en sequedad.
God, is he that causeth the solitary to dwell in a home, That bringeth out prisoners into prosperity, But, the rebellious, have made their habitation in a sunburnt land.
7 O! Dios, cuando tú saliste delante de tu pueblo, cuando anduviste por el desierto, (Selah)
O God! When thou camest forth before thy people, When thou didst stride through the wilderness, (Selah)
8 La tierra tembló; también los cielos destilaron delante de Dios; aquel Sinaí tembló delante de Dios, del Dios de Israel.
Earth, trembled, Yea, the heavens, dripped at the presence of God, —This Sinai—at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
9 Lluvia de voluntades esparciste, o! Dios, a tu heredad; y cuando se cansó, tú la recreaste.
A bounteous rain, dost thou shed abroad, O God, upon thine inheritance, When exhausted, thou thyself, hast supported it:
10 Tu compañía estaba en ella; por tu bondad acomodabas al pobre, o! Dios.
Thy living host, have remained therein, Thou dost provide, in thy bounty, for the humbled ones—O God!
11 El Señor daba palabra: de las evangelizantes había ejército grande.
Let, My Lord, but give the word, The herald bands, will be a mighty host:
12 Reyes de ejércitos huían, huían: y la moradora de la casa partía despojos.
Kings of armies, they flee! they flee! And, she that stayeth at home, shall share the spoil.
13 Si fuereis echados entre las ollas, seréis como las alas de la paloma cubierta de plata, y sus plumas con amarillez de oro.
Though ye rest between the folds, The wings of the dove, shall be covered with silver, And, her pinions, with green-shimmering gold.
14 Cuando esparcía el Omnipotente los reyes en ella; ella se emblanquecía como la nieve en Salmón.
When the Almighty scattereth kings therein, It will gleam like snow in the gloom:
15 El monte de Dios, el monte de Basán: monte alto el monte de Basán.
A mighty mountain, is the mountain of Bashan, A mountain of peaks, is the mountain of Bashan!—
16 ¿Por qué saltasteis, o! montes altos? Este monte amó Dios para su asiento: ciertamente Jehová habitará en él para siempre.
Wherefore start ye up, ye mountains, ye peaks? The mountain God hath coveted for his habitation, Surely, Yahweh will inhabit it ever!
17 Los carros de Dios dos millares de miles de ángeles: el Señor entre ellos, como en Sinaí, así en el santuario.
The chariots of God, are two myriads—thousands repeated, My Lord, is among them Sinai, is in the sanctuary!
18 Subiste a lo alto, cautivaste cautividad, tomaste dones para los hombres: y también los rebeldes para que habiten, o! Jah Dios.
Thou hast ascended on high, Thou hast led in procession a body of captives, Thou hast received gifts consisting of men, Yea even the rebellious, That, Yah, Elohim, might settle down to rest.
19 Bendito el Señor, cada día nos colma de mercedes, Dios nuestra salud. (Selah)
Blessed be My Lord! Day by day, he beareth our burden for us, GOD himself, is our salvation. (Selah)
20 Dios, Dios nuestro para saludes; y el Señor Jehová tiene salidas para la muerte.
The GOD we have, is a GOD of saving deeds, And, due to Yahweh, My Lord, are escapes from death.
21 Ciertamente Dios herirá la cabeza de sus enemigos, la mollera cabelluda de el que camina en sus pecados.
Yea, God himself, will smite through the head of his foes, —The hairy crown of him that is marching on in his guilty deeds.
22 El Señor dijo: De Basán haré volver, haré volver de los profundos de la mar;
Said My Lord, From Bashan, will I bring back, —I will bring back from the depths of the sea:
23 Porque tu pie se embermejecerá de sangre de sus enemigos; y la lengua de tus perros de ella.
That thou mayest bathe thy foot in blood, —The tongue of thy dogs, from the foes, hath its portion.
24 Vieron tus caminos, o! Dios: los caminos de mi Dios, de mi Rey en el santuario.
They have seen thy progress O God, The progress of my GOD, my king into the sanctuary:
25 Los cantores iban delante, detrás, los tañedores: en medio las doncellas con adufes.
In front are the singers, Behind are the harpers, In the midst of damsels playing on timbrels:
26 Bendecíd a Dios en congregaciones: al Señor, los de el manadero de Israel.
In the congregations, bless ye God, My Lord, from among the called of Israel:
27 Allí estaba Ben-jamín pequeño señoreándolos; príncipes de Judá en su congregación, príncipes de Zabulón, príncipes de Neftalí.
There, is Benjamin, the Diminutive—ruling them, The princes of Judah—their throng, The princes of Zebulun, The princes of Naphtali.
28 Tu Dios ha ordenado tu fuerza: confirma, o! Dios, lo que has obrado en nosotros.
Thy God hath commanded thy strength, —The strength, O God, which thou hast wrought for us.
29 Desde tu templo en Jerusalem, a ti ofrecerán los reyes dones.
Because of thy temple above Jerusalem, Unto thee, shall kings bear along a gift—
30 Destruye el escuadrón de lanza, el escuadrón de fuertes, con señores de pueblos, hollándo los con sus piezas de plata: destruye los pueblos que quieren guerras.
Rebuke thou, The wild beast of the reeds, The herd of mighty oxen among the calves of the peoples—Each one bowing down with bars of silver, —Scatter thou the peoples, who in wars take delight.
31 Vendrán príncipes de Egipto: Etiopía apresurará sus manos a Dios.
Ambassadors come out of Egypt, The Ethiopian, eagerly stretcheth out his hands, unto God.
32 Reinos de la tierra cantád a Dios; cantád al Señor; (Selah)
Ye kingdoms of the earth, sing unto God, Praise in song Adonay. (Selah)
33 Al que cabalga sobre los cielos de los cielos de antigüedad: he aquí, él dará con su voz, voz de fortaleza.
Unto him that rideth upon the most ancient heavens, Lo! he uttereth his voice, a voice of strength.
34 Dad fortaleza a Dios: sobre Israel es su magnificencia, y su fortaleza en las nubes.
Ascribe ye strength unto God, —Over Israel, is his majesty, And his strength, in the skies. To be revered is God, for his sanctuary, —
35 Terrible eres, o! Dios, desde tus santuarios; el Dios de Israel, él da fortaleza y fuerzas al pueblo: Bendito Dios.
As for the GOD of Israel, he, is giving strength and abundant might to the people. Blessed be God!
