Salmos 148

1 Alabád a Jehová desde los cielos: alabádle en las alturas.

Hallelujah. Praise ye the Lord from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

2 Alabádle todos sus ángeles: alabádle todos sus ejércitos.

Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

3 Alabádle el sol y la luna: alabádle todas las estrellas de luz.

Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

4 Alabádle los cielos de los cielos; y las aguas que están sobre los cielos.

Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that are above the heavens.

5 Alaben el nombre de Jehová; porque él mandó, y fueron creadas.

Let them praise the name of the Lord; for he commanded and they were created.

6 Y las hizo ser para siempre, por el siglo: púso les ley que no será quebrantada.

And he established them for ever and to eternity: he gave a decree which none shall transgress.

7 Alabád a Jehová, de la tierra, los dragones y todos los abismos.

Praise the Lord from the earth, ye sea-monsters, and all deeps;

8 El fuego, y el granizo; la nieve y el vapor: el viento de tempestad que hace su palabra:

Fire, and hail, snow, and vapor; thou storm-wind that fulfillest his word;

9 Los montes, y todos los collados: el árbol de fruto, y todos los cedros:

Ye mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars;

10 La bestia, y todo animal: lo que va arrastrando, y el ave de alas.

Ye beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and winged birds;

11 Los reyes de la tierra, y todos los pueblos: los príncipes, y todos los jueces de la tierra.

Ye kings of the earth, and all nations; ye princes, and all judges of the earth;

12 Los mancebos, y también las doncellas: los viejos con los mozos.

Young men and also virgins; old men, together with boys: —

13 Alaben el nombre de Jehová; porque su nombre de él solo es ensalzado: su gloria es sobre tierra y cielos.

Let them praise the name of the Lord; for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven.

14 El ensalzó el cuerno de su pueblo: aláben le todos sus misericordiosos: los hijos de Israel, el pueblo a él cercano. Alelu- Jah.

He also exalteth the horn of his people, a praise unto all his pious servants, [even] unto the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Hallelujah.
