Salmos 138

1 Alabarte he con todo mi corazón: delante de los dioses te cantaré salmos.

A Psalm of David. I will give Thee thanks with my whole heart, in the presence of the mighty will I sing praises unto Thee.

2 Encorvarme he al templo de tu santidad, y alabaré tu nombre sobre tu misericordia y tu verdad; porque has hecho magnífico tu nombre, y tu palabra sobre todas las cosas.

I will bow down toward Thy holy temple, and give thanks unto Thy name for Thy mercy and for Thy truth; for Thou hast magnified Thy word above all Thy name.

3 El día que te llamé, me respondiste, esforzásteme, y diste en mi alma fortaleza.

In the day that I called, Thou didst answer me; Thou didst encourage me in my soul with strength.

4 Confesarte han, o! Jehová, todos los reyes de la tierra; porque oyeron las palabras de tu boca.

All the kings of the earth shall give Thee thanks, O LORD, for they have heard the words of Thy mouth.

5 Y cantarán en los caminos de Jehová: que la gloria de Jehová es grande.

Yea, they shall sing of the ways of the LORD; for great is the glory of the LORD.

6 Porque el alto Jehová mira al humilde, y al altivo conoce de lejos.

For though the LORD be high, yet regardeth He the lowly, and the haughty He knoweth from afar.

7 Si anduviere por medio de la angustia, me vivificarás: contra la ira de mis enemigos extenderás tu mano, y tu diestra me salvará.

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, Thou quickenest me; Thou stretchest forth Thy hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and Thy right hand doth save me.

8 Jehová cumplirá por mí, Jehová, tu misericordia es para siempre; no dejarás la obra de tus manos.

The LORD will accomplish that which concerneth me; Thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever; forsake not the work of Thine own hands.
