Salmos 13

1 ¿Hasta cuándo, Jehová, me olvidarás, para siempre? ¿Hasta cuándo esconderás tu rostro de mí?

“For the leader of the music. A psalm of David.” How long, O LORD! wilt thou forget me for ever? How long wilt thou hide thy face from me?

2 ¿Hasta cuándo pondré consejos en mi alma? ¿ansia en mi corazón cada día? ¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?

How long shall I have anxiety in my soul for ever, And sorrow in my heart all the day? How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?

3 Mira, óyeme, Jehová, Dios mío: alumbra mis ojos, porque no duerma de muerte.

Look down and hear me, O LORD, my God! Enlighten my eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

4 Porque no diga mi enemigo: Vencíle: mis enemigos se alegrarán, si yo resbalare.

Lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed against him!” Lest my adversaries rejoice, when I am fallen.

5 Mas yo en tu misericordia he confiado: alegrarse ha mi corazón en tu salud.

Yet will I trust in thy goodness; My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation;

6 Cantaré a Jehová; porque me ha hecho bien.

I will sing to the LORD, that he hath dealt kindly with me.
