Salmos 110

1 Jehová dijo a mi Señor: Asiéntate a mi diestra, entre tanto que pongo a tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies.

[A Psalm by David.] The LORD says to my Lord, "Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet."

2 La vara de tu fortaleza enviará Jehová desde Sión: domina en medio de tus enemigos.

The LORD will send forth the rod of your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of your enemies.

3 Tu pueblo será voluntario en el día de tu ejército en hermosura de santidades: como el rocío que cae de la matriz del alba, así te nacerán los tuyos,

Your people offer themselves willingly on the day of your power. On the holy mountains at sunrise the dew of your youth will be yours.

4 Juró Jehová, y no se arrepentirá: que tú serás sacerdote para siempre conforme al rito de Melquisedec.

The LORD has sworn, and will not change his mind: "You are a cohen forever in the order of Melchizedek."

5 El Señor está a tu diestra: herirá a los reyes en el día de su furor.

The LORD is at your right hand. He will crush kings in the day of his wrath.

6 Juzgará en las naciones; henchirá de cuerpos muertos: herirá la cabeza sobre mucha tierra.

He will judge among the nations. He will heap up dead bodies. He will shatter the head throughout a vast territory.

7 Del arroyo, beberá en el camino; por lo cual ensalzará la cabeza.

He will drink of the brook in the way; therefore he will lift up his head.
