Números 4
1 Y habló Jehová a Moisés y a Aarón, diciendo:
And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
2 Toma la cuenta de los hijos de Caat de entre los hijos de Leví, por sus familias, por las casas de sus padres.
“Take a census of the sons of Kohath from the midst of the sons of Levi, by their families, by the house of their fathers;
3 De edad de treinta años y arriba hasta cincuenta años, todos los que entran en compañía para hacer obra en el tabernáculo del testimonio.
from a son of thirty years and upward, even until a son of fifty years, everyone going in to the host, to do work in the Tent of Meeting.
4 Este será el oficio de los hijos de Caat en el tabernáculo del testimonio, en el lugar santísimo:
This [is] the service of the sons of Kohath in the Tent of Meeting [for] the most holy things:
5 Cuando se hubiere de mudar el campo, vendrá Aarón, y sus hijos, y desarmarán el velo de la tienda, y cubrirán con él el arca del testimonio.
when Aaron and his sons have come in, in the journeying of the camp, and have taken down the veil of the hanging, and have covered the Ark of the Testimony with it,
6 Y pondrán sobre ella la cobertura de pieles de tejones, y extenderán encima el paño todo de cárdeno, y ponerle han sus barras.
then they have put a covering of tachash skin on it, and have spread a garment completely of blue above, and have placed its poles.
7 Y sobre la mesa de la proposición extenderán el paño cárdeno, y pondrán sobre ella las escudillas, y los cucharones, y los tazones, y las cubiertas, y el pan continuo estará sobre ella.
And they spread a garment of blue over the table of the presence, and have put the dishes, and the spoons, and the bowls, and the cups of the drink-offering on it, and the bread of continuity is on it,
8 Y extenderán sobre ello el paño de carmesí colorado, y cubrirlo han con la cubierta de pieles de tejones, y ponerle han sus barras.
and they have spread a garment of scarlet over them, and have covered it with a covering of tachash skin, and have placed its poles,
9 Y tomarán el paño cárdeno, y cubrirán el candelero de la luminaria, y sus candilejas, y sus despabiladeras, y sus paletas, y todos sus vasos del aceite con que se sirve.
and have taken a garment of blue, and have covered the lampstand of the lamp, and its lights, and its snuffers, and its snuff-dishes, and all its oil vessels with which they minister to it;
10 Y ponerlo han con todos sus vasos en la cubierta de pieles de tejones, y ponerlo han sobre las barras.
and they have put it and all its vessels into a covering of tachash skin, and have put [it] on the bar.
11 Y sobre el altar de oro extenderán el paño cárdeno, y cubrirlo han con la cubierta de pieles de tejones, y ponerle han sus barras.
And they spread a garment of blue over the golden altar, and have covered it with a covering of tachash skin, and have placed its poles,
12 Y tomarán todos los vasos de servicio, de que se sirven en el santuario, y ponerlos han en el paño cárdeno, y cubrirlos han con la cubierta de pieles de tejones, y ponerlos han sobre las barras.
and have taken all the vessels of ministry with which they minister in the holy place, and have put [them] into a garment of blue, and have covered them with a covering of tachash skin, and have put [them] on the bar,
13 Y quitarán la ceniza del altar, y extenderán sobre él el paño de púrpura.
and have removed the ashes of the altar, and have spread a garment of purple over it,
14 Y pondrán sobre él todos sus instrumentos de que se sirve: las paletas, los garfios, los braseros, y los tazones, todos los vasos del altar: y extenderán sobre él la cobertura de pieles de tejones, y ponerlo han sobre las barras.
and have put on it all its vessels with which they minister on it—the censers, the hooks, and the shovels, and the bowls, all the vessels of the altar—and have spread a covering of tachash skin on it, and have placed its poles.
15 Y en acabando Aarón y sus hijos de cubrir el santuario, y todos los vasos del santuario, cuando el campo se hubiere de mudar, vendrán después así los hijos de Caat para llevar: y no tocarán el santuario, que morirán. Estas serán las cargas de los hijos de Caat en el tabernáculo del testimonio:
And Aaron has finished—his sons also—covering the holy place, and all the vessels of the holy place, in the journeying of the camp, and afterward the sons of Kohath come in to carry [it], and they do not come to the holy thing, lest they have died; these [things are] the burden of the sons of Kohath in the Tent of Meeting.
16 Empero al cargo de Eleazar, hijo de Aarón el sacerdote, será el aceite de la luminaria, y el perfume aromático, y el presente continuo, y el aceite de la unción: el cargo de todo el tabernáculo, y de todo lo que está en él, en el santuario y en sus vasos.
And the oversight of Eleazar, son of Aaron the priest, [is] the oil of the lamp, and the spice-incense, and the present of continuity, and the anointing oil, the oversight of all the Dwelling Place and of all that [is] in it, in the sanctuary and in its vessels.”
17 Ítem, habló Jehová a Moisés, y a Aarón, diciendo:
And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
18 No cortaréis la tribu de las familias de Caat de entre los Levitas:
“You do not cut off the tribe of the families of the Kohathite from the midst of the Levites;
19 Mas esto haréis con ellos, para que vivan, y no mueran: Cuando llegaren al lugar santísimo, vendrán Aarón y sus hijos, y ponerlos han a cada uno en su oficio y en su cargo.
but do this for them, and they have lived and do not die in their drawing near [to] the Holy of Holies: Aaron and his sons go in, and have set them, each man to his service, and to his burden,
20 No entrarán para ver, cuando cubrieren las cosas santas, que morirán.
and they do not go in to see when the holy thing is swallowed, lest they have died.”
21 Ítem, habló Jehová a Moisés, diciendo:
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
22 Toma la cuenta de los hijos de Gersón también a ellos por las casas de sus padres, por sus familias:
“Also take a census of the sons of Gershon by the house of their fathers, by their families;
23 De edad de treinta años y arriba, hasta cincuenta años los contarás, todos los que entran en compañía para hacer obra en el tabernáculo del testimonio.
from a son of thirty years and upward, until a son of fifty years, you number them—everyone who is going in to serve the host, to do the service in the Tent of Meeting.
24 Este será el oficio de las familias de Gersón para ministrar, y para llevar.
This [is] the service of the families of the Gershonite, to serve and for burden:
25 Llevarán las cortinas del tabernáculo, y el tabernáculo del testimonio, su cobertura, y la cubierta de pieles de tejones, que está sobre él encima, y el pabellón de la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio.
and they have carried the curtains of the Dwelling Place, and the Tent of Meeting, its covering, and the covering of the tachash [skin] which [is] on it above, and the veil at the opening of the Tent of Meeting,
26 Y las cortinas del patio, y el pabellón de la puerta del patio, que está sobre el tabernáculo, y sobre el altar al derredor, y sus cuerdas, y todos los instrumentos de su servicio, y todo lo que será hecho para ellos, y servirán.
and the hangings of the court, and the veil at the opening of the gate of the court which [is] by the Dwelling Place, and by the altar all around, and their cords, and all the vessels of their service, and all that is made for them—and they have served.
27 Conforme al dicho de Aarón y de sus hijos será todo el ministerio de los hijos de Gersón en todas sus cargas, y en todo su servicio: y encomendarles heis en guarda todas sus cargas.
By the command of Aaron and his sons is all the service of the sons of the Gershonite, in all their burden and in all their service; and you have laid a charge on them concerning the charge of all their burden.
28 Este es el servicio de las familias de los hijos de Gersón en el tabernáculo del testimonio: y la guarda de ellos será por mano de Itamar, hijo de Aarón sacerdote.
This [is] the service of the families of the sons of the Gershonite in the Tent of Meeting; and their charge [is] under the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest.
29 Los hijos de Merari, contarlos has por sus familias, por las casas de sus padres;
The sons of Merari, by their families, by the house of their fathers—you number them;
30 Desde el que es de edad de treinta años y arriba, hasta el que es de edad de cincuenta años, los contarás, todos los que entran en compañía para hacer obra en el tabernáculo del testimonio.
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, you number them—everyone who is going in to the host, to do the service of the Tent of Meeting.
31 Y esta será la guarda de su cargo para todo su servicio en el tabernáculo del testimonio: Las tablas del tabernáculo, y sus barras, y sus columnas, y sus basas:
And this [is] the charge of their burden, of all their service in the Tent of Meeting: the boards of the Dwelling Place, and its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets,
32 Ítem, las columnas del patio al derredor, y sus basas, y sus estacas, y sus cuerdas, con todos sus instrumentos, y todo su servicio: y contaréis por sus nombres todos los vasos de la guarda de su cargo.
and the pillars of the court all around, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords, of all their vessels, and of all their service; and you number the vessels of the charge of their burden by name.
33 Este será el servicio de las familias de los hijos de Merari para todo su ministerio en el tabernáculo del testimonio por mano de Itamar, hijo de Aarón el sacerdote.
This [is] the service of the families of the sons of Merari, for all their service, in the Tent of Meeting, by the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest.”
34 Y contó Moisés y Aarón y los príncipes de la congregación a los hijos de Caat por sus familias, y por las casas de sus padres,
And Moses numbers—Aaron also, and the princes of the congregation—the sons of the Kohathite, by their families, and by the house of their fathers,
35 Desde el de edad de treinta años y arriba, hasta el de edad de cincuenta años, todos los que entran en compañía para ministrar en el tabernáculo del testimonio:
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, everyone who is going in to the host, for service in the Tent of Meeting,
36 Y fueron los contados de ellos por sus familias dos mil y sietecientos y cincuenta.
and their numbered ones, by their families, are two thousand seven hundred and fifty.
37 Estos fueron los contados de las familias de Caat: todos los que ministran en el tabernáculo del testimonio, los cuales contaron Moisés y Aarón como lo mandó Jehová, por mano de Moisés.
These [are] those numbered of the families of the Kohathite, everyone who is serving in the Tent of Meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered by the command of YHWH, by the hand of Moses.
38 Y los contados de los hijos de Gersón por sus familias, y por las casas de sus padres,
And those numbered of the sons of Gershon, by their families, and by the house of their fathers,
39 Desde el de edad de treinta años y arriba, hasta el de edad de cincuenta años, todos los que entran en compañía para ministrar en el tabernáculo del testimonio,
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, everyone who is going in to the host, for service in the Tent of Meeting,
40 Los contados de ellos por sus familias, por las casas de sus padres, fueron dos mil y seiscientos y treinta.
even their numbered ones, by their families, by the house of their fathers, are two thousand and six hundred and thirty.
41 Estos son los contados de las familias de los hijos de Gersón, todos los que ministran en el tabernáculo del testimonio, los cuales contaron Moisés y Aarón por mandado de Jehová.
These [are] those numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, everyone who is serving in the Tent of Meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered by the command of YHWH.
42 Y los contados de las familias de los hijos de Merari por sus familias, por las casas de sus padres,
And those numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, by their families, by the house of their fathers,
43 Desde el de edad de treinta años y arriba, hasta el de edad de cincuenta años, todos los que entran en compañía para ministrar en el tabernáculo del testimonio,
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, everyone who is going in to the host, for service in the Tent of Meeting,
44 Los contados de ellos por sus familias fueron tres mil y doscientos.
even their numbered ones, by their families, are three thousand and two hundred.
45 Estos fueron los contados de las familias de los hijos de Merari, los cuales contaron Moisés y Aarón como lo mandó Jehová, por la mano de Moisés.
These [are] those numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered by the command of YHWH, by the hand of Moses.
46 Todos los contados de los Levitas, que contaron Moisés y Aarón, y los príncipes de Israel por sus familias, y por las casas de sus padres,
All those numbered, whom Moses numbered—Aaron also, and the princes of Israel—of the Levites, by their families, and by the house of their fathers,
47 Desde el de edad de treinta años y arriba, hasta el de edad de cincuenta años, todos los que entraban para servir en el servicio, y tener cargo de obra en el tabernáculo del testimonio,
from a son of thirty years and upward even to a son of fifty years, everyone who is going in to do the work of the service, even the service of burden in the Tent of Meeting,
48 Los contados de ellos fueron ocho mil y quinientos y ochenta.
even their numbered ones are eight thousand and five hundred and eighty;
49 Como lo mandó Jehová por mano de Moisés fueron contados, cada uno según su oficio, y según su cargo, los cuales él contó como le fue mandado.
he has numbered them by the command of YHWH, by the hand of Moses, each man by his service, and by his burden, with his numbered ones, as YHWH has commanded Moses.
