Números 3
1 Y estas son las generaciones de Aarón, y de Moisés, desde que Jehová habló a Moisés en el monte de Sinaí.
And these are the generations of Aaron and Moses, on the day that the Lord spoke with Moses on mount Sinai.
2 Y estos son los nombres de los hijos de Aarón: El primogénito, Nadab: y Abiú, Eleazar, e Itamar.
And these are the names of the sons of Aaron: the firstborn Nadab, and Abihu, Elazar, and Ithamar.
3 Estos son los nombres de los hijos de Aarón, sacerdotes ungidos, cuyas manos él hinchió para administrar el sacerdocio.
These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests that were anointed, who were consecrated to minister as priests.
4 Mas Nadab y Abiú murieron delante de Jehová cuando ofrecieron fuego extraño delante de Jehová en el desierto de Sinaí: y no tuvieron hijos: y Eleazar e Itamar hubieron el sacerdocio delante de Aarón su padre.
And Nadab and Abihu died before the Lord, when they offered a strange fire before the Lord, in the wilderness of Sinai, and they had no children: and Elazar and Ithamar ministered as priests in the life-time of Aaron their father.
5 Y Jehová habló a Moisés, diciendo:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
6 Haz llegar la tribu de Leví, y házla estar delante de Aarón el sacerdote, para que le administren;
Bring the tribe of Levi near, and present the same before Aaron the priest, that they may serve him.
7 Y guarden la observancia de él, y la observancia de toda la congregación delante del tabernáculo del testimonio: para que administren en el servicio del tabernáculo:
And they shall keep his charge, and the charge of the whole congregation before the tent of the congregation, to do the service of the tabernacle.
8 Y guarden todas las alhajas del tabernáculo del testimonio, y la guarda de los hijos de Israel, y administren en el servicio del tabernáculo.
And they shall keep all the vessels of the tent of the congregation, and the charge of the children of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle.
9 Y darás los Levitas a Aarón y a sus hijos, dados, dados a él por los hijos de Israel.
And thou shalt give the Levites unto Aaron and to his sons: as associates are they given unto him out of the children of Israel.
10 Y a Aarón y a sus hijos constituirás, que guarden su sacerdocio. Y el extraño que se llegare, morirá.
And Aaron and his sons shalt thou instruct, that they shall guard well their priest's office; and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
11 Ítem, Jehová habló a Moisés, diciendo:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
12 Y, he aquí, yo he tomado los Levitas de entre los hijos de Israel en lugar de todos los primogénitos que abrieren la matriz, de los hijos de Israel: los Levitas serán míos.
And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from the midst of the children of Israel instead of every first-born that openeth the womb among the children of Israel; and the Levites shall be mine.
13 Porque mío es todo primogénito desde el día que yo maté todos los primogénitos en la tierra de Egipto, yo santifiqué a mí todos los primogénitos en Israel, así de hombres como de animales, míos serán: Yo Jehová.
Because mine is every first-born; on the day when I smote every first-born in the land of Egypt I hallowed unto me every first-born in Israel, both man and beast: mine shall they be; I am the Lord.
14 Ítem, Jehová habló a Moisés en el desierto de Sinaí, diciendo:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying,
15 Cuenta los hijos de Leví por las casas de sus padres, por sus familias: contarás todos los varones de un mes y arriba.
Number the children of Levi after their divisions, by their families; every male of them from a month old and upward shalt thou number.
16 Y Moisés los contó conforme a la palabra de Jehová como le fue mandado.
And Moses numbered them according to the order of the Lord, as he had been commanded.
17 Y los hijos de Leví fueron estos por sus nombres: Gersón, y Caat, y Merari.
And these were the sons of Levi by their names: Gershon, and Kehath, and Merari.
18 Y los nombres de los hijos de Gersón por sus familias son estos: Lebni, y Simeí.
And these are the names of the sons of Gershon after their families: Libni, and Shimi.
19 Y los hijos de Caat por sus familias: Amram, y Jesaar, y Hebrón, y Oziel.
And the sons of Kehath after their families: 'Amram, and Yizhar, Chebron, and 'Uzziel.
20 Ítem, los hijos de Merari por sus familias: Moholi, y Musi. Estas son las familias de Leví por las casas de sus padres.
And the sons of Merari after their families: Machli, and Mushi; these are the families of the Levites according to their family divisions.
21 De Gersón: la familia de Lebni y la de Semeí. Estas son las familias de Gersón.
Of Gershon: the family of the Libnites, and the family of the Shimites; these are the families of the Gershunites.
22 Los contados de ellos conforme a la cuenta de todos los varones de un mes y arriba; los contados de ellos fueron siete mil y quinientos.
Those that were numbered of them, by the numbering of all the males from a month old and upward, even those that were numbered of them, were seven thousand and five hundred.
23 Las familias de Gersón asentarán sus tiendas a las espaldas del tabernáculo al occidente.
The families of the Gershunites used to encamp behind the tabernacle, westward.
24 Y el príncipe de la casa del padre de los Gersonitas será Eliasaf, hijo de Lael.
And the prince of the family division of the Gershunites was Elyassaph the son of Lael.
25 A cargo de los hijos de Gersón en el tabernáculo del testimonio será el tabernáculo y la tienda, y su cubierta, y el pabellón de la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio.
And the charge of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation was the tabernacle and the tent, its covering, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
26 Ítem, las cortinas del patio, y el pabellón de la puerta del patio que está junto al tabernáculo, y junto al altar al derredor, asimismo sus cuerdas para todo su servicio.
And the hangings of the court, and the curtain for the door of the court, which is by the tabernacle and by the altar, round about, and its cords for all the service thereof.
27 Y de Caat era la familia Amramítica, y la familia Isaarítica, y la familia Hebronítica, y la familia Ozielítica. Estas son las familias Caatíticas:
And of Kehath: the family of the 'Amramites, and the family of the Yizharites, and the family of the Chebronites, and the family of the 'Uzzielites; these are the families of the Kehathites.
28 Por la cuenta de todos los varones de un mes y arriba, ocho mil y seiscientos que tenían la guarda del santuario.
By the numbering of all the males, from a month old and upward, they were eight thousand and six hundred, keeping the charge of the sanctuary.
29 Las familias de los hijos de Caat asentarán al lado del tabernáculo al mediodía.
The families of the sons of Kehath used to encamp on the side of the tabernacle, southward.
30 Y el príncipe de la casa del padre de las familias de Caat será Elisafán, hijo de Oziel.
And the prince of the division of the families of the Kehathites was Elizaphan the son of 'Uzziel.
31 Y a cargo de ellos será el arca, y la mesa, y el candelero, y los altares, y los vasos del santuario con que ministran; y el velo, con todo su servicio.
And their charge was the ark, and the table, and the candlestick, and the altars, and the vessels of the sanctuary which are used for the service, and the vail, and all belonging thereto.
32 Y el principal de los príncipes de los Levitas será Eleazar, hijo de Aarón el sacerdote, prepósito de los que tienen la guarda del santuario.
And the chief over the princes of the Levites was Elazar the son of Aaron the priest, having the oversight of those that kept the charge of the sanctuary.
33 De Merari fue la familia Moholítica, y la familia Musítica. Estas fueron las familias de Merari.
Of Merari: the family of the Machlites, and the family of the Mushites; these are the families of Merari.
34 Y los contados de ellos conforme a la cuenta de todos los varones de un mes y arriba fueron seis mil y doscientos.
And those that were numbered of them, by the numbering of all the males, from a month old and upward, were six thousand and two hundred.
35 Y el príncipe de la casa del padre de las familias de Merari será Suriel, hijo de Abijaiel: asentarán al lado del tabernáculo al aquilón.
And the chief of the division of the families of Merari was Zuriel the son of Abichayil: they used to encamp on the side of the tabernacle, northward.
36 Y a cargo de la guarda de los hijos de Merari serán las tablas del tabernáculo, y sus barras, y sus columnas, y sus basas y todas sus alhajas con todo su servicio;
And under the custody and charge of the sons of Merari were the boards of the tabernacle, and its bars, and its pillars, and its sockets, and all its vessels, and all that belongeth thereto,
37 Y las columnas del patio en derredor, y sus basas, y sus estacas, y sus cuerdas.
And the pillars of the court round about, and their sockets, and their pins, and their cords.
38 Y los que asentarán delante del tabernáculo al oriente, delante del tabernáculo del testimonio al levante, serán Moisés, y Aarón, y sus hijos teniendo la guarda del santuario por la guarda de los hijos de Israel: y el extraño que se llegare, morirá.
But those that encamped before the tabernacle toward the east, even before the tabernacle of the congregation toward the rising of the sun, were Moses, and Aaron, and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the children of Israel; and the stranger that came nigh was to be put to death.
39 Todos los contados de los Levitas, que contó Moisés, y Aarón, conforme a la palabra de Jehová, por sus familias, todos los varones de un mes y arriba fueron veinte y dos mil.
All that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses numbered with Aaron, at the order of the Lord, according to their families, all the males from a month old and upward, were twenty and two thousand.
40 Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Cuenta todos los primogénitos varones de los hijos de Israel de un mes y arriba, y toma la cuenta de los nombres de ellos.
And the Lord said unto Moses, Number all the first-born males of the children of Israel from a month old and upward, and take the number of their names.
41 Y tomarás los Levitas para mí, yo Jehová, en lugar de todos los primogénitos de los hijos de Israel: y los animales de los Levitas en lugar de todos los primogénitos de los animales de los hijos de Israel.
And thou shalt take the Levites for me, I am the Lord, instead of all the first-born among the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the first-born among the cattle of the children of Israel.
42 Y contó Moisés, como Jehová le mandó, todos los primogénitos de los hijos de Israel.
And Moses numbered, as the Lord had commanded him, all the first-born among the children of Israel.
43 Y fueron todos los primogénitos varones, conforme a la cuenta de los nombres, de un mes y arriba, conforme a su cuenta, veinte y dos mil y doscientos y setenta y tres.
And all the first-born males, by the numbering of the names, from a month old and upward, of those that were numbered of them, were twenty and two thousand two hundred and seventy and three.
44 Ítem, habló Jehová a Moisés, diciendo:
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
45 Toma los Levitas en lugar de todos los primogénitos de los hijos de Israel, y los animales de los Levitas en lugar de sus animales, y los Levitas serán míos: yo Jehová.
Take the Levites instead of all the first-born among the children of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be mine: I am the Lord.
46 Y por los rescates de los doscientos y setenta y tres, que sobrepujan a los Levitas los primogénitos de los hijos de Israel,
And [for] those that are to be redeemed, the two hundred and seventy and three of the first-born of the children of Israel, who are more than the Levites,
47 Tomarás cinco siclos por cabeza; conforme al siclo del santuario tomarás, el siclo veinte óbolos.
Thou shalt take five shekels apiece for the poll; after the shekel of the sanctuary shalt thou take, twenty gerahs to the shekel;
48 Y aquel dinero darás a Aarón, y a sus hijos, por los rescates de los que de ellos sobran.
And thou shalt give unto Aaron and to his sons the money, [for] those who are to be redeemed of those that are over the number of them.
49 Y Moisés tomó el dinero del rescate de los que sobraron de más de los redimidos de los Levitas.
And Moses took the redemption-money of those that were over in number above those who were redeemed by the Levites:
50 Y recibió de los primogénitos de los hijos de Israel en dinero mil y trescientos y sesenta y cinco siclos, conforme al siclo del santuario.
Of the first-born of the children of Israel did he take the money; a thousand three hundred and sixty and five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
51 Y Moisés dio el dinero de los rescates a Aarón y a sus hijos conforme al dicho de Jehová, de la manera que Jehová había mandado a Moisés.
And Moses gave the money of those who were redeemed unto Aaron and unto his sons, by the order of the Lord; as the Lord had commanded Moses.
