Nehemías 11

1 Y habitaron los príncipes del pueblo en Jerusalem, y el resto del pueblo echaron suertes para traer uno de diez que morase en Jerusalem ciudad santa, y las nueve partes en las ciudades.

And the rulers of the people dwelt in Ierusalem: the other people also cast lottes, to bring one out of ten to dwel in Ierusalem the holy citie, and nine partes to be in the cities.

2 Y bendijo el pueblo a todos los varones que voluntariamente se ofrecieron a morar en Jerusalem.

And the people thanked all the men that were willing to dwell in Ierusalem.

3 Y estos son las cabezas de la provincia que moraron en Jerusalem: y en las ciudades de Judá habitaron cada uno en su posesión en sus ciudades, de Israel, de los sacerdotes, y Levitas, y Natineos, y de los hijos de los siervos de Salomón.

These now are the chiefe of the prouince, that dwelt in Ierusalem, but in the cities of Iudah, euery one dwelt in his owne possession in their cities of Israel, the Priestes and the Leuites, and the Nethinims, and the sonnes of Salomons seruants.

4 Y en Jerusalem habitaron, de los hijos de Judá, y de los hijos de Ben-jamín. De los hijos de Judá: Ataias, hijo de Uzías, hijo de Zacarías, hijo de Amarías, hijo de Sefatías, hijo de Mahalaleel, de los hijos de Fares;

And in Ierusalem dwelt certaine of the children of Iudah, and of the children of Beniamin. Of the sonnes of Iudah, Athaiah, the sonne of Vziiah, the sonne of Zechariah, the sonne of Amariah, the sonne of Shephatiah, the sonne of Mahaleel, of the sonnes of Perez,

5 Y Maasías, hijo de Baruc, hijo de Col-hoza, hijo de Hazaias, hijo de Adaias, hijo de Joiarib, hijo de Zacarías, hijo de Hasiloni.

And Maaseiah the sonne of Baruch, the sonne of Col Hozeh, the sonne of Hazaiah, the sonne of Adaiah, the sonne of Ioiarib, the sonne of Zechariah, the sonne of Shiloni.

6 Todos los hijos de Fares que moraron en Jerusalem fueron cuatrocientos y sesenta y ocho varones fuertes.

All the sonnes of Perez that dwelt at Ierusalem, were foure hundreth, three score and eight valiant men.

7 Y estos son los hijos de Ben-jamín: Salú, hijo de Mesullam, hijo de Joed, hijo de Pedaías, hijo de Colaías, hijo de Maasías, hijo de Itiel, hijo de Jesaías.

These also are the sonnes of Beniamin, Sallu, the sonne of Meshullam, the sonne of Ioed, the sonne of Pedaiah, the sonne of Kolaiah, the sonne of Maaseiah, the sonne of Ithiel, the sonne of Ieshaiah.

8 Y tras él, Gabbai, Sallai, novecientos y veinte y ocho.

And after him Gabai, Sallai, nine hundreth and twentie and eight.

9 Y Joel, hijo de Zicri, prepósito sobre ellos, y Jehúdas, hijo de Senuas, sobre la ciudad segundo.

And Ioel the sonne of Zichri was gouernour ouer them: and Iudah, the sonne of Senuah was the second ouer the citie:

10 De los sacerdotes: Jedaias, hijo de Joiarib, Jaquín,

Of the Priestes, Iedaiah, the sonne of Ioiarib, Iachin.

11 Seraias, hijo de Hilcías, hijo de Mesullam, hijo de Sadoc, hijo de Meraiot, hijo de Ahitub, príncipe de la casa de Dios.

Seraiah, the sonne of Hilkiah, the sonne of Meshullam, the sonne of Zadok, the sonne of Meraioth, the sonne of Ahitub was chiefe of the house of God.

12 Y sus hermanos los que hacían la obra de la casa, ochocientos y veinte y dos: y Adaias hijo de Jeroham, hijo de Pelalias, hijo de Amsí, hijo de Zacarías, hijo de Fasur, hijo de Melquías.

And their brethren that did the worke in the Temple, were eight hundreth, twenty and two: and Adaiah, the sonne of Ieroham, the sonne of Pelaliah, the sonne of Amzi, the sonne of Zechariah, the sonne of Pashur, the sonne of Malchiah:

13 Y sus hermanos príncipes de familias, doscientos y cuarenta y dos: y Amasai, hijo de Azarel, hijo de Ahazai, hijo de Mesillemot, hijo de Jemmer.

And his brethren, chiefe of the fathers, two hundreth and two and fourtie: and Amashsai the sonne of Azareel, the sonne of Ahazai, the sonne of Meshilemoth, the sonne of Immer:

14 Y sus hermanos valientes de fuerza ciento y veinte y ocho: capitán de los cuales era Zabdiel, hijo de Hagedolim.

And their brethren valiant men, an hundreth and eight and twentie: and their ouerseer was Zabdiel the sonne of Hagedolim.

15 Y de los Levitas: Semaías, hijo de Hasub, hijo de Azricán, hijo de Hasabias, hijo de Buni.

And of the Leuites, Shemaiah, the sonne of Hashub, the sonne of Azrikam, the sonne of Hashabiah, the sonne of Bunni.

16 Y Sabetai y Jozabad sobre la obra de fuera de la casa de Dios, de los principales de los Levitas.

And Shabbethai, and Iozabad of the chiefe of the Leuites were ouer the workes of the house of God without.

17 Y Matanías, hijo de Mica, hijo de Zabdi, hijo de Asaf, príncipe, el primero que comienza las alabanzas y acciones de gracias en la oración; Bacbucías el segundo de sus hermanos, y Abda, hijo de Samúa, hijo de Galal, hijo de Iditún.

And Mattaniah, the sonne of Micha, the sonne of Zabdi, the sonne of Asaph was the chiefe to begin the thankesgiuing and prayer: and Bakbukiah the second of his brethren, and Abda, the sonne of Shammua, the sonne of Galal, the sonne of Ieduthun.

18 Todos los Levitas en la santa ciudad fueron doscientos y ochenta y cuatro.

All the Leuites in the holy citie were two hundreth foure score and foure.

19 Y los porteros: Accub, Talmón, y sus hermanos, guardias en las puertas, ciento y setenta y dos.

And the porters Akkub, Talmon and their brethren that kept the gates, were an hundreth twentie and two.

20 Y el resto de Israel, de los sacerdotes, de los Levitas en todas las ciudades de Judá, cada uno en su herencia.

And the residue of Israel, of the Priests, and of the Leuites dwelt in al the cities of Iudah, euery one in his inheritance.

21 Y los Natineos habitaban en la fortaleza: y Siha y Gispa eran sobre los Natineos.

And the Nethinims dwelt in the fortresse, and Ziha, and Gispa was ouer the Nethinims.

22 Y el prepósito de los Levitas en Jerusalem era Uzzi, hijo de Bani, hijo de Hasabias, hijo de Matanías, hijo de Micas, de los hijos de Asaf, cantores sobre la obra de la casa de Dios.

And the ouerseer of the Leuites in Ierusalem was Vzzi the sonne of Bani, the sonne of Ashabiah, the sonne of Mattaniah, the sonne of Micha: of the sonnes of Asaph singers were ouer the worke of the house of God.

23 Porque había mandamiento del rey acerca de ellos, y determinación acerca de los cantores, para cada día.

For it was the Kings commandement cocerning them, that faithfull prouision shoulde bee for the singers euery day.

24 Y Petahías, hijo de Mesezabel, de los hijos de Zera, hijo de Judá, era a la mano del rey en todo negocio del pueblo.

And Pethahiah the sonne of Meshezabeel, of the sonnes of Zerah, the sonne of Iudah was at the Kings hand in all matters concerning the people.

25 Y en las aldeas, en sus tierras, de los hijos de Judá habitaron en Cariat-arbe, y en sus aldeas, y en Dibón, y en sus aldeas, y en Jecabseel, y en sus aldeas,

And in the villages in their landes, some of the children of Iudah dwelt in Kiriath-arba, and in the villages thereof, and in Dibon, and in the villages thereof, and in Iekabzeel. and in the villages thereof,

26 Y en Jesuá, y Molada, y en Bet-pelet,

And in Ieshua, and in Moladah, and in Beth palet,

27 Y en Hasar-sual, y en Beer-seba, y en sus aldeas,

And in Hazer-shual, and in Beer-sheba, and in the villages thereof,

28 Y en Siceleg, y en Meconac, y en sus aldeas,

And in Ziklag, and in Mechonah, and in the villages thereof,

29 Y en En-rimmón, y en Sora, y en Jermut,

And in En-rimmon, and in Zareah, and in Iarmuth,

30 Zanoa, Adullam, y en sus aldeas, Laquis, y en sus tierras, Azeca y sus aldeas; y habitaron desde Beer-seba hasta Gehinnom.

Zanoah, Adullam, and in their villages, in Lachish, and in the fieldes thereof, at Azekah, and in the villages thereof: and they dwelt from Beer-sheba, vnto the valley of Hinnom.

31 Y los hijos de Ben-jamín, desde Giba, Macmas, y Aia, y Bet-el, y sus aldeas,

And the sonnes of Beniamin from Geba, in Michmash, and Aiia, and Beth-el, and in the villages thereof,

32 Anatot, Nob, Ananía,

Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,

33 Hasor, Rama, Gittaim,

Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,

34 Hadid, Seboim, Neballat,

Hadid, Zeboim, Nebalat,

35 Lod, y Ono, en el valle de los artífices.

Lod and Ono, in the carpenters valley.

36 Y algunos de los Levitas en los repartimientos de Judá y de Ben-jamín.

And of the Leuites were diuisions in Iudah and in Beniamin.
