Levítico 9
1 Y fue en el día octavo que Moisés llamó a Aarón y a sus hijos, y a los ancianos de Israel;
And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called for Aaron, and for his sons, —and for the elders of Israel;
2 Y dijo a Aarón: Tómate un becerro, hijo de vaca, para expiación; y un carnero para holocausto, sin tacha, y ofréce los delante de Jehová.
and said unto Aaron—Take for thyself a choice calf, as a sin-bearer, and a ram for an ascending-sacrifice, each without defect, —and bring them near before Yahweh;
3 Y a los hijos de Israel hablarás, diciendo: Tomád un macho de cabrío para expiación, y un becerro, y un cordero de un año perfectos para holocausto:
and unto the sons of Israel, shalt thou speak, saying, —Take ye a he-goat, as a sin-bearer, and a calf and a young sheep, each a year old, without defect for an ascending-sacrifice;
4 Asimismo un buey, y un carnero para sacrificio de paces, que sacrifiqueis delante de Jehová, y un presente amasado en aceite, porque Jehová se apareció hoy a vosotros.
and an ox and a ram for peace-offerings, to sacrifice before Yahweh, and a meal-offering overflowed with oil, —for, to-day, doth, Yahweh, appear unto you.
5 Y tomaron lo que mandó Moisés delante del tabernáculo del testimonio, y llegóse toda la congregación, y pusiéronse delante de Jehová.
So they brought that which Moses commanded before the tent of meeting, —and all the assembly drew near, and stood before Yahweh.
6 Entonces Moisés dijo: Esto es lo que mandó Jehová que hagáis, y la gloria de Jehová se os aparecerá.
And Moses said—This, is the thing which Yahweh hath commanded that ye shall do, —that the glory of Yahweh may appear unto you.
7 Y dijo Moisés a Aarón: Llégate al altar, y haz tu expiación, y tu holocausto: y haz la reconciliación por ti y por el pueblo: y haz la ofrenda del pueblo, y haz la reconciliación por ellos, como ha mandado Jehová.
and Moses said unto Aaron—Draw near unto the altar, and offer thy sin-bearer and thine ascending-sacrifice, and put a propitiatory-covering about thyself and about the people, —and offer the oblation of the people and put a propitiatory-covering about them, As Yahweh hath commanded.
8 Entonces llegóse Aarón al altar, y degolló su becerro de la expiación que era por él.
So Aaron drew near unto the altar, —and slew the sin-bearing calf which was for himself;
9 Y los hijos de Aarón le llegaron la sangre, y él mojó su dedo en la sangre, y puso sobre los cuernos del altar: y la otra sangre derramó al cimiento del altar.
and the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him, and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put [thereof] upon the horns of the altar, —and the [remainder of the] blood, poured he out at the base of the altar;
10 Y del sebo, y riñones, y redaño del hígado de la expiación hizo perfume sobre el altar; como Jehová lo había mandado a Moisés.
and with the fat and the kidneys and the caul a from the liver, of the sin-bearer, made he a perfume at the altar, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.
11 Mas la carne y cuero quemó en fuego fuera del real.
But, the flesh and the skin, consumed he with fire, outside the camp.
12 Degolló asimismo el holocausto, y los hijos de Aarón le llegaron la sangre, la cual él esparció sobre el altar al derredor.
Then slew he the ascending-sacrifice, —and the sons of Aaron presented unto him the blood, and he dashed it against the altar round about.
13 Después le llegaron el holocausto por sus piezas, y la cabeza; y él hizo perfume sobre el altar.
And the ascending-sacrifice, presented they unto him piece by piece thereof also the head, —and he made a perfume upon the altar:
14 Después lavó los intestinos, y las piernas, y quemólo con el holocausto sobre el altar.
and he bathed the inwards and the legs, —and made a perfume upon the ascending-sacrifice at the altar.
15 Ofreció también la ofrenda del pueblo, y tomó el macho cabrío de la expiación, que era del pueblo, y degollólo, y limpiólo como al primero.
Then brought he near the oblation of the people, —and took the sin-bearing goat which pertained to the people, and slew it and made therewith a sin-bearer, like the first.
16 Y ofreció el holocausto, e hizo según el rito.
Then brought he near the ascending-sacrifice, —and offered it, according to the regulation,
17 Ofreció también el presente, e hinchió su mano de él, e hizo perfume sobre el altar allende del holocausto de la mañana.
Then brought he near the meal-offering, and filled his hand therefrom, and made a perfume upon the altar, —in addition to the ascending-sacrifice of the morning.
18 Degolló asimismo el buey y el carnero, que era del pueblo, en sacrificio de paces: y los hijos de Aarón le llegaron la sangre, la cual él esparció sobre el altar al derredor.
Then slew he the ox, and the ram, as a peace-offering, which pertained unto the people, —and the sons of Aaron presented the blood unto him, and he dashed it against the altar, round about;
19 Y los sebos del buey, y del carnero, la cola, y la cubierta, y los riñones, y el redaño del hígado.
and the portions of fat from the ox, —and from the ram, the fat-tail, and the covering, and the kidneys, and the caul of the liver;
20 Y pusieron los sebos sobre los pechos, y él quemó los sebos sobre el altar.
and they put the portions of fat upon the breasts, —and he made a perfume with the fat at the altar;
21 Empero los pechos y la espalda derecha meció Aarón con mecimiento delante de Jehová, como Jehová lo había mandado a Moisés.
but the breasts and the right shoulder, did Aaron wave as a wave-offering, before Yahweh, —as Moses commanded,
22 Después Aarón alzó sus manos al pueblo y bendíjolos: y descendió de hacer la expiación, y el holocausto, y el sacrificio de las paces.
Then Aaron lifted up his hands towards the people, and blessed them, —and he came down from offering the sin-bearer, and the ascending-sacrifice and the peace-offering.
23 Y vinieron Moisés y Aarón al tabernáculo del testimonio, y salieron, y bendijeron al pueblo: y la gloria de Jehová se apareció a todo el pueblo.
And when Moses and Aaron had entered into the tent of meeting, —and had come forth, and blessed the people, then appeared the glory of Yahweh, unto all the people;
24 Y salió fuego de delante de Jehová, el cual consumió el holocausto y los sebos sobre el altar; y viéndolo todo el pueblo alabaron, y cayeron sobre sus faces.
yea, there came forth fire from before Yahweh, and consumed upon the altar, the ascending-sacrifice and the portions of fat, —and all the people beheld and shouted, and fell down upon their faces.
