Job 32
1 Y cesaron estos tres varones de responder a Job, por cuanto él era justo en sus ojos.
And these three men cease from answering Job, for he [is] righteous in his own eyes,
2 Y Eliú, hijo de Baraquel, Buzita, de la familia de Ram, se enojó con furor contra Job: enojóse con furor, por cuanto justificaba su vida más que a Dios.
and the anger of Elihu son of Barachel the Buzite burns, of the family of Ram; his anger has burned against Job, because of his justifying himself more than God;
3 Enojóse asimismo con furor contra sus tres amigos, por cuanto no hallaban que responder, habiendo condenado a Job.
and his anger has burned against his three friends, because that they have not found an answer, and condemn Job.
4 Y Eliú había esperado a Job en la disputa; porque todos eran más viejos de días que él.
And Elihu has waited earnestly beside Job with words, for they are older than he in days.
5 Y viendo Eliú que no había respuesta en la boca de aquellos tres varones, su furor se encendió.
And Elihu sees that there is no answer in the mouth of the three men, and his anger burns.
6 Y respondió Eliú, hijo de Baraquel, Buzita, y dijo: Yo soy menor de días, y vosotros viejos; por tanto he tenido miedo, y he temido de declararos mi opinión.
And Elihu son of Barachel the Buzite answers and says: “I [am] young in days, and you [are] aged; Therefore I have feared, And am afraid of showing you my opinion.
7 Yo decía: Los días hablarán, y la muchedumbre de años declarará sabiduría.
I said, Days speak, And a multitude of years teach wisdom.
8 Ciertamente espíritu hay en el hombre, e inspiración del Omnipotente los hace que entiendan.
Surely a spirit is in man, And the breath of the Mighty One Causes them to understand.
9 No los grandes son los sabios: ni los viejos entienden el derecho.
The multitude are not wise, Nor do the aged understand judgment.
10 Por tanto yo dije: Escuchádme, declararé mi sabiduría yo también.
Therefore I have said: Listen to me, I show my opinion—even I.
11 He aquí, yo he esperado a vuestras razones, he escuchado vuestros argumentos entre tanto que buscáis palabras.
Behold, I have waited for your words, I give ear to your reasons, Until you search out sayings.
12 Y aun os he considerado, y he aquí, que no hay de vosotros quien redarguya a Job, y responda a sus razones.
And to you I attend, And behold, there is no reasoner for Job, [Or] answerer of his sayings among you.
13 Porque no digáis: Nosotros hemos hallado sabiduría: Dios le desechó, y no hombre.
Lest you say, We have found wisdom, God thrusts him away, not man.
14 Ni tampoco Job enderezó a mi sus palabras, ni yo le responderé con vuestras razones.
And he has not set words in array for me, And I do not answer him with your sayings.
15 Espantáronse, no respondieron más, quitáronseles las hablas.
(They have broken down, They have not answered again, They removed words from themselves.
16 Y yo esperé, porque no hablaban: antes pararon, y no respondieron más.
And I have waited, but they do not speak, For they have stood still, They have not answered anymore.)
17 Responderé pues también yo mi parte, declararé también yo mi opinión:
I answer, even I—my share, I show my opinion—even I.
18 Porque estoy lleno de palabras: y el espíritu de mi vientre me constriñe.
For I have been full of words, The spirit of my breast has distressed me,
19 De cierto mi vientre es como el vino que no tiene respiradero, y se rompe como odres nuevos.
Behold, my breast [is] as wine not opened, It is broken up like new bottles.
20 Hablaré pues, y respiraré: abriré mis labios, y responderé.
I speak, and there is refreshment to me, I open my lips and answer.
21 No haré ahora acepción de personas, ni usaré con hombre de lisonjeros títulos.
Please do not let me accept the face of any, Nor give flattering titles to man,
22 Porque no sé hablar lisonjas: de otra manera en breve me consuma mi hacedor.
For I have not known to give flattering titles, My Maker takes me away in a little.”
