Ezequiel 30

1 Y fue palabra de Jehová a mí, diciendo:

The word of Jehovah came again to me, saying:

2 Hijo del hombre, profetiza, y dí: Así dijo el Señor Jehová: Aullád, ¡ay del día!

Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Howl ye, Alas! alas for the day!

3 Porque cerca está el día, que cerca está el día del Señor; día de nublado: día de las gentes será.

For the day is near, the day of Jehovah is near! A day of clouds, the time of the nations is come.

4 Y vendrá espada en Egipto, y habrá miedo en Etiopía, cuando caerán heridos en Egipto, y tomarán su multitud, y serán destruidos sus fundamentos.

The sword shall come upon Egypt, and anguish shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be destroyed.

5 Etiopía, y Libia, y Lidia, y todo el vulgo, y Cub, y los hijos de la tierra de la liga caerán con ellos a cuchillo.

Ethiopia, and Lybia, and Lydia, and all her auxiliaries, and Chub, and the men of every country that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.

6 Así dijo Jehová: También caerán los que sustentan a Egipto; y la altivez de su fortaleza caerá: desde la torre de Sevené caerán en él a cuchillo, dijo el Señor Jehová.

Thus saith Jehovah: They that uphold Egypt shall fall, and the pride of her power shall come down; from Migdol to Syene shall they fall in her by the sword, saith the Lord Jehovah.

7 Y serán asolados entre las tierras asoladas; y sus ciudades serán entre las ciudades desiertas.

And they shall be laid waste in the midst of the lands that are laid waste, and her cities shall be amongst the cities that are desolate.

8 Y sabrán que yo soy Jehová, cuando yo pusiere fuego a Egipto, y fueren quebrantados todos sus ayudadores.

And they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I have brought a fire into Egypt, and all her helpers shall be destroyed.

9 En aquel tiempo saldrán mensajeros de delante de mí en navíos a espantar a Etiopía la confiada; y tendrán espanto como en el día de Egipto; porque he aquí que viene.

In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships, to make the confident Ethiopians afraid; and anguish shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt; for behold, it cometh!

10 Así dijo el Señor Jehová: Haré cesar la multitud de Egipto por mano de Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia:

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon.

11 El, y su pueblo con él, los más fuertes de las naciones serán traídos a destruir la tierra; y desvainarán sus espadas sobre Egipto; y henchirán la tierra de muertos.

He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought to make the land desolate; and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain.

12 Y secaré los ríos, y entregaré la tierra en mano de malos, y destruiré la tierra y su plentitud por mano de extranjeros: yo Jehová he hablado.

And I will make the rivers dry, and I will sell the land into the hand of evil men; and I will lay waste the land and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers; I, Jehovah, have spoken it.

13 Así dijo el Señor Jehová: Y destruiré las imágenes, y haré cesar los ídolos de Mémfis, y no habrá más capitán de la tierra de Egipto, y pondré temor en la tierra de Egipto.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: I will destroy the idols, and cause the images to cease out of Noph; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt; and I will bring fear upon the land of Egypt:

14 Y asolaré a Patures, y pondré fuego a Tafnes, y haré juicios en No.

And I will lay waste Pathros, and bring a fire upon Zoan, and execute judgments upon No.

15 Y derramaré mi ira sobre Pelusio, la fuerza de Egipto, y talaré la multitud de No.

And I will pour out my fury upon Sin, the strength of Egypt, and I will cut off the multitude of No.

16 Y pondré fuego a Egipto: Pelusio tendrá gran dolor, y No será rota, y Mémfis tendrá continas angustias.

And I will bring a fire upon Egypt; Sin shall tremble, and No shall be broken through, and Noph shall be plundered by day.

17 Los mancebos de Heliópolis y de Pubasti caerán a cuchillo, y ellas irán en cautividad.

The young men of On and of Pibeseth shall fall by the sword, and the women shall go into captivity.

18 Y en Tafnes será prohibido el día, quebrantando yo allí las barras de Egipto; y allí cesará la soberbia de su fortaleza: nublado la cubrirá, y los moradores de sus aldeas irán en cautividad.

At Tahpanhes also the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the yoke of Egypt, and the pride of her strength shall cease within her. A cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity.

19 Y haré juicios en Egipto; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.

Thus will I execute judgments upon Egypt; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.

20 Y aconteció en el año undécimo, en el mes primero, a los siete del mes, que fue palabra de Jehová a mí, diciendo:

Now it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, on the seventh day of the month, that the word of Jehovah came to me, saying:

21 Hijo del hombre, yo he quebrantado el brazo de Faraón, rey de Egipto; y he aquí que no ha sido vendado, para que se le pongan medicinas, para que se lo ponga venda para ligarle, para esforzarle a que pueda tener espada.

Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and lo, it is not bound up, so as to have medicines applied to it; a bandage is not applied to it, to make it strong to hold the sword.

22 Por tanto así dijo el Señor Jehová: He aquí que yo vengo a Faraón, rey de Egipto, y quebraré sus brazos fuertes; y quebrado es; y haré que la espada se le caiga de la mano.

Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against Pharaoh, the king of Egypt; and I will break his arms, both the strong one, and that which was broken, and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.

23 Y esparciré entre las naciones a Egipto, y aventarlos he por las tierras.

And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them through the countries.

24 Y fortificaré los brazos del rey de Babilonia, y daré mi espada en su mano; y quebraré los brazos de Faraón, y delante de él gemirá con gemidos de herido de muerte.

But I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and will put my sword into his hand, and break the arms of Pharaoh, so that he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man.

25 Y fortificaré los brazos del rey de Babilonia, y los brazos de Faraón caerán; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová, cuando yo diere mi espada en la mano del rey de Babilonia, y él la extendiere sobre la tierra de Egipto.

Yea, I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am Jehovah, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt.

26 Y esparciré a Egipto entre las naciones, y aventarlos he por las tierras; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.

And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and disperse them among the countries, and they shall know that I am Jehovah.
