Apocalipsis 7
1 Después de esto, vi a cuatro ángeles puestos en pie sobre los cuatro puntos [cardinales] de la tierra, los cuales detenían los cuatro vientos de la tierra para que no soplara viento sobre la tierra, ni sobre el mar, ni sobre algún árbol.
And after these things I saw four messengers, standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind may not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree;
2 Vi también a otro ángel que subía del nacimiento del sol. Tenía un sello del Dios viviente, y clamó a gran voz a los cuatro ángeles, a quienes se les encomendó dañar la tierra y el mar.
and I saw another messenger going up from the rising of the sun, having a seal of the living God, and he cried with a great voice to the four messengers, to whom it was given to injure the land and the sea, saying,
3 Y ordenó: ¡No dañen la tierra ni el mar ni los árboles, hasta que sellemos en sus frentes a los esclavos de nuestro Dios!
“Do not injure the land, nor the sea, nor the trees, until we may seal the servants of our God on their foreheads.”
4 Escuché el número de los sellados: 144.000 sellados de toda tribu de [los] hijos de Israel.
And I heard the number of those sealed—one hundred forty-four thousand, having been sealed out of every tribe of the sons of Israel:
5 De [la] tribu de Judá 12.000 sellados, de [la] tribu de Rubén 12.000, de [la ]tribu de Gad 12.000,
of the tribe of Judah twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Reuben twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Gad twelve thousand were sealed;
6 de [la ]tribu de Aser 12.000, de [la ]tribu de Neftalí 12.000, de [la ]tribu de Manasés 12.000,
of the tribe of Asher twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Naphtali twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Manasseh twelve thousand were sealed;
7 de [la ]tribu de Simeón 12.000, de [la ]tribu de Leví 12.000, de [la ]tribu de Isacar 12.000,
of the tribe of Simeon twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Levi twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Issachar twelve thousand were sealed;
8 de [la ]tribu de Zabulón 12.000, de [la ]tribu de José 12.000, de [la ]tribu de Benjamín 12.000 sellados.
of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand were sealed.
9 Después de estas cosas miré, y ahí estaba una gran multitud de toda nación, tribus, pueblos y lenguas que nadie podía contar. Estaban delante del trono y del Cordero, vestidos con mantos blancos. [Tenían] palmas en sus manos y
After these things I saw, and behold, a great multitude, which no one was able to number, out of all nations, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, having been clothed [in] white robes, and palms in their hands,
10 clamaban a gran voz: ¡La salvación sea [atribuida] a nuestro Dios, Quien está sentado en el trono, y al Cordero!
and crying with a great voice, saying, “Salvation to our God, the [One] sitting on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
11 Todos los ángeles que estaban en pie alrededor del trono, de los ancianos y de los cuatro seres vivientes cayeron sobre sus rostros delante del trono. Adoraron a Dios
And all the messengers stood around the throne, and the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces and worshiped God,
12 y decían: ¡Amén! ¡La bendición, la gloria, la sabiduría, la acción de gracias, el honor, el poder y la fortaleza sean [atribuidos] A nuestro Dios por los siglos de los siglos! Amén. (aiōn g165)
saying, “Amen! The blessing, and the glory, and the wisdom, and the thanksgiving, and the honor, and the power, and the strength, [are] to our God through the ages of the ages! Amen!” (aiōn g165)
13 Entonces uno de los ancianos me preguntó: ¿Quiénes son los que están cubiertos con mantos blancos y de dónde vinieron?
And one of the elders answered, saying to me, “These having been clothed with the white robes, who are they, and from where have they come?”
14 Y le contesté: Señor mío, tú sabes. Y me dijo: Éstos son los que salen de la gran tribulación, lavaron sus mantos y los blanquearon en la sangre del Cordero.
And I have said to him, “Lord, you have known”; and he said to me, “These are those who are coming out of the Great Tribulation, and they washed their robes, and they made their robes white in the blood of the Lamb;
15 Por esto están delante del trono de Dios y le rinden culto de día y de noche en su Santuario. Y el que está sentado en el trono extenderá su Tabernáculo sobre ellos.
because of this they are before the throne of God, and they do service to Him day and night in His temple, and He who is sitting on the throne will dwell over them;
16 Ya no tendrán hambre, ni sed, y que de ningún modo caiga sobre ellos el sol, ni calor alguno,
they will not hunger anymore, nor may the sun fall on them, nor any heat,
17 porque el Cordero que está en [el] trono los pastoreará y los guiará a fuentes de aguas vivas. Dios enjugará toda lágrima de sus ojos.
because the Lamb that [is] in the midst of the throne will feed them, and will lead them to living fountains of waters, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
