Apocalipsis 3

1 Escribe al ángel de la iglesia de Sardis. Estas cosas dice el que tiene los siete espíritus de Dios y las siete estrellas: Conozco tus obras, que tienes fama de que vives, pero estás muerta.

“And to the messenger of the assembly in Sardis write: These things says He who is having the Seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars: I have known your works, and that you have the name that you live, and you are dead;

2 Sé vigilante y confirma el resto de las cosas que estaban a punto de morir, porque no hallé tus obras cumplidas delante de mi Dios.

be watching, and strengthen the rest of the things that are about to die, for I have not found your works fulfilled before God.

3 Recuerda, pues, cómo recibiste y escuchaste, guarda y cambia de mente. Pues si no velas, iré como ladrón, y que de ningún modo sepas a qué hora llegaré sobre ti.

Remember, then, what you have received and heard, and keep [it] and convert: if, then, you may not watch, I will come on you as a thief, and you may not know what hour I will come on you.

4 Pero tienes unos pocos hombres en Sardis que no mancharon sus ropas, y andarán conmigo de blanco porque son dignos.

You have a few names even in Sardis who did not defile their garments, and they will walk with Me in white, because they are worthy.

5 El que así vence se cubrirá con ropas blancas, y de ningún modo borraré su nombre del rollo de la vida. Confesaré su nombre delante de mi Padre y delante de sus santos ángeles.

The [one] thus overcoming will be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Scroll of Life, and I will confess his name before My Father, and before His messengers.

6 El que tiene oído, escuche lo que dice el Espíritu a las iglesias.

He who is having an ear—let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.

7 Escribe al ángel de la iglesia de Filadelfia. Estas cosas dice el Santo, el Verdadero, el que tiene la llave de David, el que abre y ninguno cierra, y cuando cierra ninguno abre:

And to the messenger of the assembly in Philadelphia write: These things says the Holy [One], the True [One], having the key of David, the [One] opening and no one will shut, and shutting and no one opens:

8 Conozco tus obras. Observa que coloqué delante de ti una puerta abierta que nadie puede cerrar, porque tienes una pequeña fuerza. Guardaste mi Palabra y no negaste mi Nombre.

I have known your works; behold, I have set before you a door having been opened, which no one is able to shut it, because you have little power, and yet have kept My word, and have not denied My Name;

9 Como ves, te entrego [a algunos] de la congregación de Satanás, de los que dicen ser judíos y no son, sino se engañan y mienten. Afirmo que los impulsaré a que vengan y adoren delante de tus pies y reconozcan que Yo te amé.

behold, I give from the synagogue of Satan—those saying themselves to be Jews, and are not, but lie—behold, I will make them that they may come and prostrate before your feet, and may know that I loved you.

10 Puesto que guardaste la Palabra de mi paciencia, Yo también te guardaré de la hora de la prueba que viene sobre el mundo entero para probar a los que moran sobre la tierra.

Because you kept the word of My endurance, I also will keep you from the hour of the trial that is about to come on all the world, to try those dwelling on the earth.

11 ¡Vengo sin demora! Retén lo que tienes para que ninguno tome tu corona.

Behold, I come quickly, be holding fast that which you have, that no one may receive your garland.

12 Al que vence lo estableceré como columna en el Santuario de mi Dios, y que ya nunca jamás salga afuera. Y escribiré sobre él el Nombre de mi Dios y el nombre de la ciudad de mi Dios, la Nueva Jerusalén, la cual desciende del cielo de mi Dios, y mi Nombre nuevo.

He who is overcoming—I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he may not go outside anymore, and I will write on him the Name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, that comes down out of Heaven from My God—also My new Name.

13 El que tiene oído, escuche lo que dice el Espíritu a las iglesias.

He who is having an ear—let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.

14 Escribe al ángel de la iglesia de Laodicea. Estas cosas dice el Amén, el Testigo fiel y verdadero, el Principio de la creación de Dios:

And to the messenger of the assembly of the Laodiceans write: These things says the Amen, the Witness—the Faithful and True—the Chief of the creation of God:

15 Conozco tus obras, que no eres frío ni caliente. ¡Ojalá fueras frío o caliente!

I have known your works, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish you were cold or hot.

16 Así que, porque eres tibio, y no caliente ni frío, te vomitaré de mi boca.

So—because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I am about to vomit you out of My mouth;

17 Porque dices: ¡Soy rico! Y: ¡Fui enriquecido! Y: ¡De nada tengo necesidad! No sabes que tú eres el desventurado, miserable, pobre, ciego y desnudo.

because you say—I am rich, and have grown rich, and have need of nothing, and have not known that you are the wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked;

18 Te aconsejo que compres de Mí oro refinado en fuego para que seas rico, ropas blancas para que te cubras y no sea mostrada la vergüenza de tu desnudez, y colirio para ungir tus ojos a fin de que mires.

I counsel you to buy from Me gold fired by fire, that you may be rich, and white garments that you may be clothed, and the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed, and with eye-salve anoint your eyes, that you may see.

19 Yo reprendo y disciplino a todos los que amo. Por tanto, sé fervoroso y cambia de mente.

As many as I cherish, I convict and discipline; be zealous, then, and convert;

20 ¡Aquí estoy en pie a la puerta y golpeo [con la mano]! Si alguno escucha mi voz y abre la puerta, entraré a él, comeré con él y él conmigo.

behold, I have stood at the door, and I knock; if anyone may hear My voice, and may open the door, I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with Me.

21 Al que vence le concederé que se siente conmigo en mi trono, como Yo también vencí, y me senté con mi Padre en su trono.

He who is overcoming—I will give to him to sit with Me in My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father in His throne.

22 El que tiene oído, escuche lo que dice el Espíritu a las iglesias.

He who is having an ear—let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies.”
