Salmos 99

1 ¡Yavé reina! ¡Tiemblen los pueblos! Él mora entre los querubines. ¡Que se conmueva la tierra!

Adonai reigns! Let the peoples tremble. He sits enthroned among the cherubim. Let the earth be moved.

2 Yavé es grande en Sion, Y Él es exaltado sobre todos los pueblos.

Adonai is great in Zion [Mountain ridge, Marking]. He is high above all the peoples.

3 Que alaben tu grande y asombroso Nombre. ¡Santo es Él!

Let them yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to your great and awesome name. He is Holy!

4 La fuerza del Rey ama la justicia. Tú has ejecutado equidad y justicia en Jacob.

The King’s strength also 'ahav ·affectionately loves· mishpat ·justice·. You do establish equity. You execute mishpat ·justice· and righteousness in Jacob [Supplanter].

5 Exalten a Yavé nuestro ʼElohim, Y póstrense ante el estrado de sus pies, ¡Santo es Él!

Exalt Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God]. Hawa ·Bow low, prostrate· to worship at his footstool. He is Holy!

6 Moisés y Aarón estuvieron entre sus sacerdotes, Y Samuel estuvo entre los que invocaron su Nombre. Invocaban a Yavé, y Él les respondía.

Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer] were among his priests, Samuel among those who call on his name; they called on Adonai, and he answered them.

7 En la columna de nube hablaba con ellos. Ellos guardaron sus Testimonios y el estatuto que Él les dio.

He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud. They kept his testimonies, the statute that he gave them.

8 Oh Yavé, ʼElohim nuestro, Tú les respondías. Fuiste para ellos un ʼEL perdonador, Aunque vindicador de sus [malas] obras.

You answered them, Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God]. You are a God who forgave them, although you took vengeance for their doings.

9 Exalten a Yavé nuestro ʼElohim Y póstrense hacia su Montaña Santa, Porque Yavé nuestro ʼElohim es santo.

Exalt Adonai, our God. Hawa ·Bow low, prostrate· to worship at his holy hill, for Adonai, our God, is holy!
