Salmos 98

1 Canten a Yavé un canto nuevo, Porque Él hizo maravillosas cosas. Su mano derecha y su santo brazo ganaron la victoria para Él.

O sing to Jehovah a new song, for he has done marvelous things. His right hand, and his holy arm, has wrought salvation for him.

2 Yavé hizo notoria su salvación. Ha manifestado su justicia a la vista de las naciones.

Jehovah has made known his salvation. He has openly shown his righteousness in the sight of the nations.

3 Ha recordado su misericordia y su fidelidad a la casa de Israel. Todos los confines de la tierra vieron la salvación de nuestro ʼElohim.

He has remembered his loving kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

4 ¡Aclamen a Yavé toda la tierra! ¡Prorrumpan y canten de gozo y canten salmos!

Make a joyful noise to Jehovah, all the earth. Break forth and sing for joy, yea, sing praises.

5 Canten salmos a Yavé con arpa Y con voz de canto,

Sing praises to Jehovah with the harp. With the harp and the voice of melody,

6 Con trompetas y al sonido de la corneta. ¡Aclamen con gozo ante el Rey Yavé!

with trumpets and sound of cornet, make a joyful noise before the King-Jehovah.

7 Brame el mar y los que moran en él, El mundo, y los que en él habitan.

Let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof, the world, and those who dwell in it.

8 Batan sus manos los ríos. Que las montañas en conjunto se regocijen

Let the floods clap their hands. Let the hills sing for joy together

9 Delante de Yavé, Porque Él viene a juzgar la tierra. Juzgará al mundo con justicia, Y a los pueblos con equidad.

before Jehovah, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.
