1 Oh ʼAdonay, Tú fuiste nuestro Refugio en todas las generaciones.

2 Antes que nacieran las montañas, O formaras la tierra y el mundo, Desde la eternidad y hasta la eternidad, Tú eres ʼEL.
Bifore that hillis weren maad, ether the erthe and the world was formed; fro the world and in to the world thou art God.
3 Devuelves el hombre al polvo, Y dices: Conviértanse, hijos de hombres.
Turne thou not awei a man in to lownesse; and thou seidist, Ye sones of men, be conuertid.
4 Porque 1.000 años delante de tus ojos son como el día de ayer que pasó, O como una de las vigilias de la noche.

5 Los arrastras con torrentes de agua. Son como un sueño. Son como la hierba que crece en la mañana.

6 En la mañana reverdece y florece, Hacia la llegada de la noche se marchita y se seca.

7 Porque somos consumidos con tu ira, Y con tu furor somos turbados.

8 Colocaste nuestras iniquidades ante Ti, Nuestras cosas ocultas a la luz de tu rostro.

9 Porque todos nuestros días declinan a causa de tu ira. Terminamos nuestros años como un suspiro.

12 Enséñanos a contar nuestros días De tal modo que traigamos al corazón sabiduría.

13 Vuélvete, oh Yavé. ¿Hasta cuándo? Ten compasión de tus esclavos.
Lord, be thou conuertid sumdeel; and be thou able to be preied on thi seruauntis.
14 En la mañana sácianos de tu misericordia, Y cantaremos y nos alegraremos todos nuestros días.

15 Alégranos según los días que nos afligiste, Y los años en los cuales vimos el mal.

16 Que tu obra aparezca en tus esclavos, Y tu majestad en sus hijos.
Lord, biholde thou into thi seruauntis, and in to thi werkis; and dresse thou the sones of hem.
17 Sea la gracia de ʼAdonay nuestro ʼElohim sobre nosotros, Y nos confirme la obra de nuestras manos. ¡Sí, confirma la obra de nuestras manos!
