Salmos 82

1 ʼElohim toma su posición en la asamblea de los ʼelohim. Juzga en medio de los ʼelohim.

A Psalme committed to Aspah. God standeth in the assemblie of gods: hee iudgeth among gods.

2 ¿Hasta cuándo juzgarán injustamente, Y mostrarán parcialidad a los perversos? (Selah)

How long wil ye iudge vniustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? (Selah)

3 Defiendan al débil y al huérfano. Hagan justicia al afligido y al menesteroso.

Doe right to the poore and fatherlesse: doe iustice to the poore and needie.

4 Rescaten al débil y al necesitado. Líbrenlos de mano de los perversos.

Deliuer the poore and needie: saue them from the hand of the wicked.

5 No saben ni entienden. Andan en la oscuridad. Son conmovidos todos los cimientos de la tierra.

They knowe not and vnderstand nothing: they walke in darkenes, albeit all the foundations of the earth be mooued.

6 Yo dije: Ustedes son ʼelohim. Todos ustedes son hijos del ʼElyón.

I haue said, Ye are gods, and ye all are children of the most High.

7 Sin embargo, como hombres morirán. Caerán como cualquiera de los gobernantes.

But ye shall die as a man, and yee princes, shall fall like others.

8 Levántate, oh ʼElohim, juzga la tierra, Porque Tú posees todas las naciones.

O God, arise, therefore iudge thou the earth: for thou shalt inherite all nations.
