Salmos 68
1 Levántese ʼElohim, sean esparcidos sus enemigos. Huyan de tu Presencia los que lo aborrecen.
TO THE OVERSEER. A PSALM. A SONG OF DAVID. God rises [and] His enemies are scattered! And those hating Him flee from His face.
2 Desvanécelos como se desvanece el humo. Como se derrite la cera ante el fuego, Perezcan así los perversos en la Presencia de ʼElohim.
You drive them away as the driving away of smoke, As the melting of wax before fire, The wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 Pero que se alegren los justos, Y sean regocijados ante ʼElohim. Que se regocijen con alegría.
And the righteous rejoice, they exult before God, And they rejoice with gladness.
4 Canten a ʼElohim. Canten salmos a su Nombre. Exalten al que cabalga sobre los cielos. YA es su Nombre. Regocíjense ante Él.
Sing to God—praise His Name, Raise up a highway for Him who is riding in deserts, In YAH [is] His Name, and exult before Him.
5 Padre de huérfanos y Juez de viudas es ʼElohim en su Santuario,
Father of the fatherless, and judge of the widows, [Is] God in His holy habitation.
6 El ʼElohim que hace un hogar a los desamparados, Quien saca los cautivos a prosperidad. Pero los rebeldes viven en tierra seca.
God—causing the lonely to dwell at home, Bringing out bound ones into prosperity, Only—the stubborn have inhabited a dry place.
7 Oh ʼElohim, cuando saliste delante de tu pueblo, Cuando anduviste por el desierto, (Selah)
O God, in Your going forth before Your people, In Your stepping through the wilderness, (Selah)
8 La tierra tembló. Los cielos también destilaron ante ʼElohim. La misma [Montaña] Sinaí tembló ante la Presencia de ʼElohim, El ʼElohim de Israel.
The earth has shaken, Indeed, the heavens have dropped before God, This Sinai—before God, the God of Israel.
9 Una lluvia abundante derramaste, oh ʼElohim. Tú reanimaste tu heredad Cuando estaba exhausta.
You shake out a shower of free-will gifts, O God. Your inheritance, when it has been weary, You have established it.
10 Tus criaturas se establecieron en ella, La que en tu bondad, oh ʼElohim, proveíste para el pobre.
Your creature has dwelt in it, You prepare for the poor in Your goodness, O God.
11 ʼAdonay da la orden, Y una gran hueste de mujeres anuncia las buenas noticias.
The Lord gives the saying, The female proclaimers [are] a numerous host.
12 Huyeron, huyeron los reyes de ejércitos, Y las que se quedaban en casa repartían los despojos.
Kings of hosts utterly flee away, And a female inhabitant of the house apportions spoil.
13 Aunque fueron echados entre los tiestos, Serán como alas de paloma cubiertas de plata Y sus plumas, con brillo de oro.
Though you lie between two boundaries, Wings of a dove covered with silver, And her pinions with yellow gold.
14 Cuando el Omnipotente esparció allí a los reyes Fue como cuando nieva en Salmón.
When the Mighty spreads kings in it, it snows in Salmon.
15 Montaña de ʼElohim es la montaña de Basán. Una montaña alta es la de Basán.
A hill of God [is] the hill of Bashan, A hill of heights [is] the hill of Bashan.
16 ¿Por qué, oh montañas de picos, Miran con envidia a la Montaña que ʼElohim deseó para su morada? Ciertamente Yavé morará en ella para siempre.
Why do you envy, O high hills, The hill God has desired for His seat? YHWH also dwells forever.
17 Las carrozas de ʼElohim son miríadas de miríadas, y millares de millares. Desde Sinaí, ʼAdonay avanza entre ellas al Santuario.
The chariots of God [are] myriads, thousands of changes, The Lord [is] among them, in Sinai, in the sanctuary.
18 Ascendiste a lo alto, Llevaste cautivos a [tus] cautivos. Recibiste dones entre los hombres, Aun de los rebeldes, Para que YA ʼElohim more allí.
You have ascended on high, You have taken captivity captive, You have taken gifts for men, That even the stubborn may rest, O YAH God.
19 Bendito sea ʼAdonay, Quien diariamente lleva nuestra carga, El ʼEL de nuestra salvación. (Selah)
Blessed [is] the Lord, day by day He lays on us. God Himself [is] our salvation. (Selah)
20 Nuestro ʼEL es el ʼEL de salvación. A Yavé nuestro ʼAdonay corresponde el librar de la muerte.
God Himself [is] to us a God for deliverances, And YHWH Lord has the outgoings of death.
21 Ciertamente ʼElohim herirá la cabeza de sus enemigos, La coronilla cabelluda del que anda en sus transgresiones.
Only—God strikes The head of His enemies, The hairy crown of a habitual walker in his guilt.
22 ʼAdonay dijo: De Basán los devolveré. Los devolveré de las profundidades del mar,
The Lord said: “From Bashan I bring back, I bring back from the depths of the sea.
23 Para que tu pie los aplaste en sangre, Y la lengua de tus perros tenga su porción de tus enemigos.
So that you dash your foot In the blood of enemies—the tongue of Your dogs.”
24 Vieron tu cortejo, oh ʼElohim, El cortejo de mi ʼEL, mi Rey en el Santuario.
They have seen Your goings, O God, Goings of my God, my king, in the sanctuary.
25 Los cantores van adelante, Los músicos detrás. Entre unos y otros van las doncellas que tocan panderetas.
Singers have been before, Behind [are] players on instruments, Virgins playing with timbrels in the midst.
26 Bendigan a ʼElohim en las congregaciones, Al ʼAdonay de la fuente de Israel.
In assemblies bless God, The Lord—from the fountain of Israel.
27 Allí está Benjamín, el menor, quien los dirige, Los jefes de Judá con su multitud, Los jefes de Zabulón, Los jefes de Neftalí.
There [is] little Benjamin, their ruler, Heads of Judah their defense, Heads of Zebulun—heads of Naphtali.
28 Tu ʼElohim comandó tu fuerza. Oh ʼElohim, Tú actuaste por nosotros. Muéstrate fuerte.
Your God has commanded your strength, Be strong, O God, You have worked this for us.
29 Por causa de tu Templo en Jerusalén los reyes te traerán regalos.
Because of Your temple at Jerusalem, Kings bring a present to You.
30 Reprende las bestias salvajes que están entre los juncos, La manada de toros con los becerros de los pueblos, Que pisotean las piezas de plata. Esparce a los pueblos que se complacen en la guerra.
Rebuke a beast of the reeds, a herd of bulls, With calves of the peoples, Each humbling himself with pieces of silver, You scatter peoples delighting in conflicts.
31 Embajadores vendrán de Egipto. Etiopía extenderá sus manos a ʼElohim.
Fat ones come out of Egypt, Cush causes her hands to run to God.
32 Oh reinos de la tierra, canten a ʼElohim. Canten salmos a ʼAdonay. (Selah)
Kingdoms of the earth, sing to God, Praise the Lord! (Selah)
33 Al que cabalga sobre el cielo de los cielos, Que son desde la antigüedad, Ciertamente emite su voz, su poderosa voz.
To Him who is riding on the heavens of the heavens of old, Behold, He gives with His voice a strong voice.
34 Atribuyan fortaleza a ʼElohim. Su magnificencia es sobre Israel Y su poder está en las nubes.
Ascribe strength to God, His excellence [is] over Israel, and His strength in the clouds.
35 ¡Oh ʼElohim, Tú eres asombroso desde tu Santuario! El mismo ʼEL de Israel da vigor y poder al pueblo. ¡Bendito sea ʼElohim!
Fearful, O God, out of Your sanctuaries, The God of Israel Himself, Giving strength and might to the people. Blessed [is] God!
