Salmos 50
1 El poderoso ʼEL, ʼElohim, Yavé habló Y convocó a la tierra desde el oriente hasta el occidente.
A Psalm. Of Asaph. God, Elohim-Jehovah, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
2 Desde Sion, perfección de hermosura, ʼElohim resplandeció.
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth.
3 Que venga nuestro ʼElohim, y no en silencio. Un fuego devorador lo precede, Y alrededor de Él ruge una gran tempestad.
Our God will come, and will not keep silence: fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
4 Desde lo alto convoca a los cielos Y a la tierra para juzgar a su pueblo:
He will call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people:
5 Júntenme a mis santos, Los que hicieron un Pacto conmigo con sacrificio.
Gather unto me my godly ones, those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice!
6 Los cielos proclamarán su justicia, Porque ʼElohim es el Juez. (Selah)
And the heavens shall declare his righteousness; for God executeth judgment himself. (Selah)
7 Escucha, pueblo mío, y hablaré. Testificaré contra ti, Israel. Yo soy ʼElohim, el ʼElohim tuyo.
Hear, my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify unto thee: I am God, thy God.
8 No te reprendo por tus sacrificios. Tus ofrendas encendidas están siempre delante de Mí.
I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices, or thy burnt-offerings, continually before me;
9 No aceptaré becerros de tu casa, Ni machos cabríos de tus corrales.
I will take no bullock out of thy house, [nor] he-goats out of thy folds:
10 Porque mía es toda bestia del bosque Y los ganados sobre 1.000 colinas.
For every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle upon a thousand hills;
11 Conozco todas las aves de las montañas, Y todo lo que se mueve en el campo es mío.
I know all the fowl of the mountains, and the roaming creatures of the field are mine:
12 Si tuviera hambre, No te lo diría a ti, Porque mío es el mundo y todo lo que contiene.
If I were hungry, I would not tell thee; for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.
13 ¿Yo como carne de becerros? ¿Bebo sangre de machos cabríos?
Should I eat the flesh of bulls, and drink the blood of goats?
14 Ofrece a ʼElohim sacrificio de acción de gracias. Paga a ʼElyón tus votos.
Offer unto God thanksgiving, and perform thy vows unto the Most High;
15 Invócame en el día de la angustia. Te libraré, Y tú me honrarás.
And call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
16 al perverso ʼElohim dice: ¿Qué derecho tienes tú para recitar mis Estatutos, Y tomar mi Pacto en tu boca?
But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant into thy mouth,
17 Porque tú aborreces la corrección, Y das tu espalda a mis Palabras.
Seeing thou hast hated correction and hast cast my words behind thee?
18 Si ves a un ladrón, te complaces con él, Y te asocias con los adúlteros.
When thou sawest a thief, thou didst take pleasure in him, and thy portion was with adulterers;
19 Permites que tu boca se pierda en lo malo, Y tu lengua trama el engaño.
Thou lettest thy mouth loose to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit;
20 Te sientas, hablas contra tu hermano, Y difamas al hijo de tu propia madre.
Thou sittest [and] speakest against thy brother, thou revilest thine own mother's son:
21 Estas cosas hiciste, Y Yo callé. Pensaste que Yo soy como tú. Pero te reprenderé y las expondré delante de tus ojos.
These [things] hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether as thyself: [but] I will reprove thee, and set [them] in order before thine eyes.
22 Entiendan esto, los que se olvidan de ʼEloah, No sea que los quebrante sin que haya quien los libre.
Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear in pieces, and there be no deliverer.
23 El que ofrece sacrificio de acción de gracias me honra, Y al que ordena rectamente su camino Le mostraré la salvación de ʼElohim.
Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me; and to him that ordereth [his] way will I shew the salvation of God.
