Salmos 46
1 ʼElohim es nuestro Refugio y Fortaleza, Un auxilio muy presente en la tribulación.
To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth. God [is] our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
2 Por tanto, no temeremos aunque la tierra sea removida, Y las montañas se traspasen al corazón del mar,
Therefore will we not fear, though the earth shall be removed, and though the mountains shall be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Aunque bramen y espumen sus aguas, Y tiemblen las montañas a causa de su ímpetu. (Selah)
[Though] its waters shall roar [and] be disturbed, [though] the mountains shake with the swelling of it. (Selah)
4 Hay un río cuyas corrientes alegran la ciudad de ʼElohim, El Santuario, morada del ʼElyón.
[There is] a river, the streams of which shall make glad the city of God, the holy [place] of the tabernacles of the Most High.
5 ʼElohim está en medio de ella. No será conmovida. ʼElohim la ayudará al clarear la mañana.
God [is] in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, [and that] right early.
6 Braman las naciones, Se tambalean los reinos. Él emite su voz. Se derrite la tierra.
The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
7 Yavé de las huestes está con nosotros. Nuestro Refugio es el ʼElohim de Jacob. (Selah)
The LORD of hosts [is] with us; the God of Jacob [is] our refuge. (Selah)
8 Vengan y miren las obras de Yavé, Quien causó asolamientos en la tierra,
Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9 Quien hace cesar las guerras hasta el fin de la tierra, Quien quiebra el arco, rompe la lanza Y quema los carruajes en el fuego.
He maketh wars to cease to the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear asunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
10 Estén quietos y reconozcan que Yo soy ʼElohim. Seré exaltado entre las naciones. Seré enaltecido en la tierra.
Be still, and know that I [am] God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
11 Yavé de las huestes está con nosotros. Nuestra Fortaleza es el ʼElohim de Jacob. (Selah)
The LORD of hosts [is] with us; the God of Jacob [is] our refuge. (Selah)
