Salmos 113

1 ¡Alaben, esclavos de Yavé! ¡Alaben el Nombre de Yavé!

Hallelujah. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise ye the name of the Lord.

2 ¡Bendito sea el Nombre de Yavé Desde ahora y para siempre!

Let the name of the Lord be blessed from this time forth and for evermore.

3 Desde el nacimiento del sol hasta su ocaso Sea alabado el Nombre de Yavé.

From the rising of the sun unto his going down the name of the Lord is praised.

4 Yavé es excelso sobre todas las naciones, Sobre el cielo su gloria.

High above all nations is the Lord, above the heavens is his glory.

5 ¿Quién es como Yavé, nuestro ʼElohim, Quien está entronizado en las alturas,

Who is like the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high?

6 Quien se humilla para mirar en el cielo y en la tierra?

Who condescendeth to view what is done in the heavens, and on the earth?

7 Él levanta del polvo al pobre Y saca del basurero al indigente,

He raiseth up out of the dust the poor, from the dunghill he lifteth up the needy:

8 Para hacerlos sentar con líderes, Con los líderes de su pueblo.

That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

9 Él coloca en la casa a la estéril Como madre gozosa de hijos. ¡Aleluya!

He causeth the barren woman to dwell in the midst of [her] household, the joyful mother of children. Hallelujah.
