Números 34
1 Yavé habló a Moisés:
And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
2 Manda a los hijos de Israel: Cuando entren en la tierra de Canaán, esta es la tierra que les caerá en herencia, la tierra de Canaán según sus límites.
Command the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them, When, ye, are coming into the land of Canaan, this is the land which shall fall unto you, as an inheritance, even the land of Canaan, by the boundaries thereof.
3 Su límite del sur irá desde el desierto de Sin hasta la frontera de Edom, y hasta el extremo del mar de la Sal, hacia el oriente.
Ye shall therefore have a south corner, from the desert of Zin, on the side of Edom, —so shall ye have a south boundary, from the end of the salt sea, eastward:
4 Este límite irá rodeando desde el sur hasta la colina de Acrabim, y pasará hasta Sin. Sus extremos serán desde el sur a Cades Barnea, saldrá a Hasaradar y cruzará hasta Asmón.
and the boundary shall go round for you from the south towards the cliffs of Akrabbim, then cross over towards Zin, and the extension thereof shall be from the south to Kadesh-barnea, then shall it reach out to Hazar-addar, and cross over towards Azmon;
5 Rodeará la frontera desde Asmón hasta el torrente de Egipto, y sus límites serán hasta el mar.
then shall the boundary turn round from Azmon towards the ravine of Egypt, —and the extension thereof shall be towards the sea.
6 El mar Grande será la frontera occidental, y su costa será el límite occidental.
And, for a west boundary, —ye shall have the great sea, even a boundary, this, shall serve you as west boundary.
7 Esta será la frontera norte: desde el mar Grande trazarán una línea hasta la montaña Hor.
And, this, shall serve you as a north boundary, —From the great sea, ye shall draw a line for you to Mount Hor:
8 Trazarás una frontera desde la montaña Hor hasta la entrada de Hamat, y los extremos de la frontera estarán en Sedad.
From Mount Hor, ye shall draw a line to the entering in of Hamath, —and the extension of the boundary shall be towards Zedad:
9 La frontera llegará a Zifón y terminará en Hasarenán. Esta les será la frontera norte.
then shall the boundary reach out towards Ziphron, and the extension thereof, be to Hazar-enan. This, shall serve you as a north, boundary.
10 Para el límite al oriente trazarán una línea desde Hasarenán hasta Sefam.
Then shall ye draw for yourselves a line, for an east boundary, —from Hazar-enan towards Shepham;
11 El límite bajará desde Sefam hasta Ribla, al oriente de Ain, y el término descenderá y llegará a la costa oriental del mar de Cineret.
and the boundary shall go down from Shepham towards Riblah, on the east of Ain—then shall the boundary go down and strike on the side of the Sea of Chinnereth, eastward:
12 Este límite descenderá por el Jordán y terminará en el mar de la Sal. Esta será su tierra, según sus fronteras circundantes.
then shall the boundary go down towards the Jordan, and the extension thereof be to the salt sea. This shall be your land by the boundaries thereof round about.
13 Entonces Moisés ordenó a los hijos de Israel: Esta es la tierra que les repartirán por sorteo, la cual Yavé ordenó que se dé a las nueve tribus y a la media tribu.
And Moses commanded the sons of Israel saying, —This, is the land, which ye shall inherit by lot, which Yahweh had commanded to be given to the nine tribes and the half tribe.
14 Pues la tribu de los hijos de Rubén, la tribu de los hijos de Gad y la media tribu de Manasés, cada una ya tomaron su heredad según sus casas paternas.
For the tribe of the sons of the Reubenites by their ancestral house, and the tribe of the sons of Gad, by their ancestral house, have received, and, the half tribe of Manasseh have received, their inheritance:
15 Las dos tribus y media tomaron su heredad a este lado del Jordán, al oriente de Jericó, hacia la salida del sol.
the two tribes, and the half tribe, have received their inheritance—on this side Jordan near Jericho, eastwards, towards sunrise.
16 Yavé habló a Moisés:
Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
17 Estos son los nombres de los varones que les repartirán la tierra: El sacerdote Eleazar y Josué, hijo de Nun.
These, are the names of the men who shall receive for you the land, as an inheritance, Eleazar, the priest, and Joshua, son of Nun.
18 Además escogerán un jefe de cada tribu para repartir la tierra.
Also, one prince from each tribe, shall ye take to receive the land, as an inheritance.
19 Aquí están los nombres de los varones: De la tribu de Judá, Caleb, hijo de Jefone.
These, therefore, are the names of the men, —For the tribe of Judah, Caleb son of Jephunneh;
20 De la tribu de los hijos de Simeón, Samuel, hijo de Amiud.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shemuel son of Ammihud:
21 De la tribu de Benjamín, Elidad, hijo de Quislón.
For the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad son of Chislon;
22 De la tribu de los hijos de Dan, el jefe Buqui, hijo de Jogli.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Dan, a prince—Bukki, son of Jogli:
23 En cuanto a los hijos de José, de la tribu de los hijos de Manasés, el jefe Haniel, hijo de Efod.
For the sons of Joseph, For the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, a prince, —Hanniel son of Ephod;
24 De la tribu de los hijos de Efraín, el jefe Quemuel, hijo de Siftán.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Ephraim, a prince, —Kemuel, son of Shiphtan;
25 De la tribu de los hijos de Zabulón, el jefe Elisafán, hijo de Parnac.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, a prince, —Elizaphan, son of Parnach;
26 De la tribu de los hijos de Isacar, el jefe Paltiel, hijo de Azán.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Issachar, a prince, —Paltiel son of Azzan;
27 De la tribu de los hijos de Aser, el jefe Ahiud, hijo de Selomi.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Asher, a prince, —Ahihud son of Shelomi:
28 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Neftalí, el jefe Pedael, hijo de Amiud.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, a prince, —Pedahel, son of Ammihud.
29 Estos son los que mandó Yavé que repartieran a los hijos de Israel la tierra de Canaán.
These, are they whom Yahweh hath commanded to receive for the sons of Israel their inheritance, in the land of Canaan.
