Levítico 27

1 Yavé habló a Moisés:

And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

2 Habla a los hijos de Israel: Cuando alguno haga un voto especial a Yavé, con motivo del rescate de personas, lo valorarás así:

Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, When a man shall make a difficult vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

3 Al hombre entre 20 y 60 años lo valorarás en 550 gramos de plata, según el valor que tiene en el Santuario.

And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

4 Si es mujer, la valorarás en 330 gramos de plata.

And if it shall be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

5 De cinco a 20 años, tu valoración para el varón será de 220 gramos de plata, y para la mujer, de 110 gramos de plata.

And if it shall be from five years old even to twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

6 Si es de un mes hasta cinco años, tu valoración será de 55 gramos de plata para el varón, y para la mujer, de 33 gramos de plata.

And if it shall be from a month old even to five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

7 Si es de 60 años o más, tu valoración por el varón será de 165 gramos de plata, y por la mujer, de 110 gramos de plata.

And if it shall be from sixty years old and above; if a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

8 Pero si [la persona] es demasiado pobre para su valoración, entonces comparecerá ante el sacerdote, quien lo valorará según los recursos del que hizo el voto. Así el sacerdote lo tasará.

But if he shall be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

9 Si es ganado apto para el sacrificio a Yavé, todo lo que de él se dé a Yavé será sagrado.

And if it shall be a beast, of which men bring an offering to the LORD, all that any man giveth of such to the LORD shall be holy.

10 No será cambiado ni sustituido uno bueno por uno malo, ni uno malo por uno bueno. Si se sustituye un animal por otro, éste y el sustituido serán sagrados.

He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange of it shall be holy.

11 Si se trata de un animal impuro, de la clase que no se debe presentar como sacrificio ante Yavé, entonces el animal será puesto delante del sacerdote,

And if it shall be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice to the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

12 y el sacerdote lo valorará, sea bueno o sea malo. Conforme a la valoración del sacerdote, así será.

And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

13 Si uno quiere rescatarlo, añadirá un quinto a su valoración.

But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part of it to thy estimation.

14 Cuando alguno haga consagrar su casa para dedicarla a Yavé, el sacerdote la valorará, tanto en lo bueno como en lo malo. Según el sacerdote la valore, así quedará.

And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy to the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

15 Pero si el que consagró su casa quiere rescatarla, añadirá la quinta parte de su valor y será suya.

And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation to it, and it shall be his.

16 Si alguno consagra a Yavé una parte del campo de su propiedad, tu valoración será conforme a la semilla requerida para la siembra. 220 litros de semilla de cebada se valorarán en 550 gramos de plata.

And if a man shall sanctify to the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed of it: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

17 Si consagra su campo desde el año del jubileo, tu valoración se mantendrá.

If he shall sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

18 Pero si consagra su campo después del jubileo, entonces el sacerdote le calculará el dinero según los años que queden hasta el año del otro jubileo, y se rebajará de tu valoración.

But if he shall sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain, even to the year of the jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

19 Si el que consagró su campo quiere rescatarlo, añadirá una quinta parte de su valor, y será suyo.

And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation to it, and it shall be assured to him.

20 Pero si no rescata el campo, o el campo se vende a otro hombre, ya no lo podrá rescatar.

And if he will not redeem the field, or if he shall have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

21 Cuando ese campo quede libre en el jubileo, será consagrado para Yavé. Será propiedad del sacerdote como un campo separado.

But the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession of it shall be the priest’s.

22 Si alguno consagra a Yavé un campo comprado, que no era campo de su herencia,

And if a man shall sanctify to the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

23 el sacerdote calculará con él la suma de su valoración hasta el año del jubileo y ese día le dará su valoración como cosa consagrada a Yavé.

Then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of thy estimation, even to the year of the jubilee: and he shall give thy estimation in that day, as a holy thing to the LORD.

24 El año del jubileo, el campo volverá a aquél de quien se compró, al que tiene la propiedad de la tierra.

In the year of the jubilee the field shall return to him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belonged.

25 Toda valoración se hará conforme al valor en gramos de plata del Santuario, [la medida] 11 gramos de plata.

And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26 El primerizo de los animales, que por su primogenitura pertenece a Yavé, sea becerro o cordero, nadie lo consagrará. Es de Yavé.

Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD’S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether ox, or sheep: it is the LORD’S.

27 Pero si es animal impuro, entonces será rescatado según su valoración, y añadirá a ella una quinta parte. Si no es rescatado, se venderá según su valoración.

And if it shall be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thy estimation, and shall add to it a fifth part of it: or if it shall be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

28 No obstante, ninguna cosa de su propiedad que alguno consagre a Yavé podrá venderse o redimirse, sea hombre, animal o campo. Todo lo consagrado será cosa santísima a Yavé.

However no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to the LORD.

29 Ninguna persona que fue separada para Yavé podrá ser rescatada. Ciertamente morirá.

None devoted, which shall be devoted by men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

30 Todo el diezmo de la tierra, tanto de la semilla de la tierra como del suelo y del fruto de los árboles, es de Yavé. Está consagrado a Yavé.

And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’S: it is holy to the LORD.

31 Si alguno quiere rescatar algo de su diezmo, le añadirá la quinta parte de su valor.

And if a man will at all redeem any of his tithes, he shall add to it the fifth part of it.

32 Todo diezmo de ganado vacuno o del rebaño, de todo lo que pasa bajo la vara, será consagrado a Yavé.

And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to the LORD.

33 No se observará si es bueno o malo. No se cambiará, y si de alguna manera se cambia, tanto el animal que se cambió como el otro serán sagrados. No podrán redimirse.

He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he shall change it at all, then both it and its substitute shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

34 Estos son los Mandamientos que Yavé ordenó a Moisés para los hijos de Israel en la Montaña Sinaí.

These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
