Josué 12

1 Éstos son los reyes de aquella tierra que los hijos de Israel derrotaron, cuyo territorio conquistaron al otro lado del Jordán, hacia el sol naciente, desde el arrollo Arnón hasta la montaña Hermón, y todo el Arabá hacia el oriente:

Now these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land beyond Jordan toward the sunrising, from the valley of Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the Arabah eastward:

2 Sehón, rey de los amorreos, quien vivía en Hesbón y dominaba desde Aroer, que está en la orilla del arrollo Arnón, y desde la mitad del arrollo hasta Galaad, y hasta el arroyo de Jaboc, que es el límite de los hijos de Amón;

Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of Arnon, and [the city that is in] the middle of the valley, and half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, the border of the children of Ammon;

3 y el Arabá hasta el mar de Cineret por el oriente, y hasta el mar del Arabá, mar de la Sal, al oriente hacia Bet-hayesimot, y al sur hasta el pie de la montaña Pisga;

and the Arabah unto the sea of Chinneroth, eastward, and unto the sea of the Arabah, even the Salt Sea, eastward, the way to Beth-jeshimoth; and on the south, under the slopes of Pisgah:

4 y el territorio de Og, rey de Basán, uno de los que quedaba de los refaítas que vivía en Astarot y en Edrei,

and the border of Og king of Bashan, of the remnant of the Rephaim, who dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,

5 y dominaba en la montaña Hermón, en Salca y en todo Basán, hasta el límite del gesurita, del maaquita y la mitad de Galaad, hasta el límite de Sehón, rey de Hesbón.

and ruled in mount Hermon, and in Salecah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.

6 Éstos fueron derrotados por Moisés, esclavo de Yavé, y los hijos de Israel. Moisés, esclavo de Yavé, entregó aquella tierra en posesión a los rubenitas, a los gaditas y a la media tribu de Manasés.

Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel smote them: and Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.

7 Estos son los reyes de la tierra que Josué y los hijos de Israel derrotaron a este lado del Jordán, al occidente, desde Baal-gad en el valle del Líbano hasta la montaña de Halac, que sube a Seír. Josué la dio en posesión a las tribus de Israel según sus divisiones:

And these are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the children of Israel smote beyond Jordan westward, from Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon even unto mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; and Joshua gave it unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;

8 la región montañosa, la Sefela, el Arabá, las laderas, el desierto y el Neguev; el heteo, el amorreo y el cananeo, el ferezeo, el heveo y el jebuseo;

in the hill country, and in the lowland, and in the Arabah, and in the slopes, and in the wilderness, and in the South; the Hittite, the Amorite, and the Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:

9 primero, el rey de Jericó, otro, el rey de Hai, que está junto a Bet-ʼEl,

the king of Jericho, one; the king of Ai, which is beside Beth-el, one;

10 otro, el rey de Jerusalén, otro, el rey de Hebrón,

the king of Jerusalem, one; the king of Hebron, one;

11 otro, el rey de Jarmut, otro, el rey de Laquis,

the king of Jarmuth, one; the king of Lachish, one;

12 otro, el rey de Eglón, otro, el rey de Gezer,

the king of Eglon, one; the king of Gezer, one;

13 otro, el rey de Debir, otro, el rey de Geder,

the king of Debir, one; the king of Geder, one;

14 otro, el rey de Horma, otro, el rey de Arad,

the king of Hormah, one; the king of Arad, one;

15 otro, el rey de Libna, otro, el rey de Adullam,

the king of Libnah, one; the king of Adullam, one;

16 otro, el rey de Maceda, otro, el rey de Bet-ʼEl,

the king of Makkedah, one; the king of Beth-el, one;

17 otro, el rey de Tapúa, otro, el rey de Hefer,

the king of Tappuah, one; the king of Hepher, one;

18 otro, el rey de Afec, otro, el rey del Sarón,

the king of Aphek, one; the king of Lassharon, one;

19 otro, el rey de Madón, otro, el rey de Hazor,

the king of Madon, one; the king of Hazor, one;

20 otro, el rey de Simrón-merón, otro, el rey de Acsaf,

the king of Shimron-meron, one; the king of Achshaph, one;

21 otro, el rey de Taanac, otro, el rey de Meguido,

the king of Taanach, one; the king of Megiddo, one;

22 otro, el rey de Kedes, otro, el rey de Yocneam (de la montaña Carmelo),

the king of Kedesh, one; the king of Jokneam in Carmel, one;

23 otro, el rey de Dor (de la región de Dor), otro, el rey de Goim (en Gilgal),

the king of Dor in the height of Dor, one; the king of Goiim in Gilgal, one;

24 otro, el rey de Tirsa. 31 reyes en total.

the king of Tirzah, one: all the kings thirty and one.
