Isaías 29
1 ¡Ay Ariel, Ariel, ciudad donde acampó David! Añadan un año a otro, sigan su curso las solemnidades.
Woe to! Ariel Ariel [the] town [where] he camped David add year to year festivals let them go around.
2 Pero Yo pondré a Ariel en apuro. Será una ciudad de lamento y llanto, y me será como Ariel.
And I will bring distress to Ariel and it will be mourning and lamentation and it will be to me like Ariel.
3 Porque acamparé alrededor de ti. Te sitiaré con campamentos y levantaré empalizadas contra ti.
And I will encamp like circle on you and I will lay siege on you siege-works and I will raise on you fortifications.
4 Entonces serás humillada. Hablarás desde el suelo, y tu voz también será como si fuera de un espíritu que habla desde el polvo. Tu lenguaje susurrará desde el polvo.
And you will become low from [the] ground you will speak and from [the] dust it will be humbled utterance your and it will be like a necromancer from [the] ground voice your and from [the] dust utterance your it will whisper.
5 La multitud de tus enemigos será como granos de polvo fino, la multitud de tus agresores, como nube de pasto seco. Pero de repente, en un momento,
And it will be like dust fine [the] multitude of strangers your and like chaff [which] passes away [the] multitude of ruthless [people] and it will happen to suddenness suddenly.
6 serás castigada de parte de Yavé de las huestes con terremotos y el estruendo de grandes truenos, gran ruido, huracán, tempestad y llama de fuego consumidor.
From with Yahweh of hosts you will be visited with thunder and with earthquake and noise great a storm-wind and a tempest and a flame of fire devouring.
7 Entonces la multitud de todas las naciones que combaten contra Ariel, que pelean contra ella y su fortaleza y la afligen, serán como un sueño, como una visión nocturna,
And it will be like a dream a vision of [the] night [the] multitude of all the nations which wage war on Ariel and all [those who] wage war against it and stronghold its and those [who] bring distress to it.
8 como el hambriento sueña que come y se despierta con el estómago vacío, o como el sediento sueña que bebe. Pero cuando despierta está cansado y tiene sed. Así será la multitud de todas las naciones que pelean contra la Montaña Sion.
And it will be just as he dreams the hungry [person] and there! [he is] eating and he awakes and [is] empty appetite his and just as he dreams the thirsty [person] and there! [he is] drinking and he awakes and there! [he is] faint and throat his [is] longing so it will be [the] multitude of all the nations which wage war on [the] mountain of Zion.
9 ¡Asómbrense y maravíllense! ¡Deslúmbrense y queden ciegos! Embriáguense, pero no con vino. Tambaléense, pero no por el licor.
Delay and be astounded blind yourselves and be blind people have become drunk and not wine people have staggered and not strong drink.
10 Porque Yavé derramó sobre ustedes, oh profetas, un espíritu de letargo. Cerró sus ojos, oh videntes, y cubrió sus cabezas.
For he has poured out on you Yahweh a spirit of deep sleep and he has shut eyes your the prophets and heads your the seers he has covered.
11 Así, toda visión les es como palabras de un rollo sellado. Si se da a uno que sabe leer y se le dice: Lee ahora esto, él responde: No puedo, porque está sellado.
And it has become for you [the] vision of the whole like [the] words of the scroll sealed which people give it to [one who] knows (writing *Q(K)*) saying read aloud please this and he says not I am able for [is] sealed it.
12 Luego se da el rollo al que no sabe leer y se le dice: Lee ahora esto. Y él responde: No sé leer.
And it is given the scroll to [one] who not he knows writing saying read aloud please this and he says not I know writing.
13 ʼAdonay dice: Ya que este pueblo se me acerca con la boca y me honra con sus labios, pero su corazón está lejos de Mí. Su temor hacia Mí no es más que un mandamiento de hombres que les fue enseñado.
And he said [the] Lord because for it has drawn near the people this with mouth its and with lips its they have honored me and heart its it has made far away from me and it has been fear their [of] me a commandment of people [which] has been taught.
14 Por tanto Yo ciertamente volveré a excitar la admiración de este pueblo con un prodigio grande y espantoso. Porque perecerá la sabiduría de sus sabios y se desvanecerá la inteligencia de sus entendidos.
Therefore here I he will repeat to deal wonderfully with the people this highly and a wonder and it will perish [the] wisdom of wise [people] its and [the] understanding of understanding [people] its it will hide itself.
15 ¡Ay de los que esconden sus planes profundamente de Yavé! Hacen sus obras en la oscuridad y dicen: ¿Quién nos ve? ¿Quién nos conoce?
Woe to! those [who] make deep from Yahweh to hide a plan and it is in a dark place deeds their and they have said who? [is] seeing us and who? [is] perceiving us.
16 Su perversidad ciertamente será estimada como la arcilla del alfarero. ¿Dirá la obra a su hacedor: No me hiciste? ¿Dirá la vasija al que la formó: No me entendiste?
Perversity your? like [the] clay of the potter will he be regarded that it will say a thing made to [the] [one who] made it not he made me and a pot it said to potter its not he has understood.
17 ¿No se convertirá el Líbano en un campo fructífero dentro de poco tiempo, y el campo fructífero será considerado como un bosque?
¿ Not yet a little of a little and it will turn Lebanon into orchard and the orchard to forest it will be considered.
18 Aquel día los sordos oirán las Palabras del Rollo, y los ojos de los ciegos verán desde su neblina y oscuridad.
And they will hear in the day that the deaf [people] [the] words of a scroll and from gloom and from darkness [the] eyes of blind [people] they will see.
19 Los humildes crecerán en alegría de Yavé, y los necesitados de la humanidad se regocijarán con el Santo de Israel.
And they will add humble [people] in Yahweh joy and needy [people] of humankind in [the] holy [one] of Israel they will be glad.
20 Porque no quedarán tiranos, y el burlador será exterminado. Ciertamente todos los que intentan hacer el mal serán destruidos.
For he will come to an end [the] ruthless person and he will come to an end [the] mocker and they will be cut off all [those who] lie in wait wickedness.
21 Los que inducen al hombre a pecar con palabras, ponen trampas al que reprende en la puerta y pervierten la causa del justo con falsos argumentos.
[those who] cause to sin a person With a word and for the [one who] adjudicates in the gate they lay a trap! and they have turned aside with emptiness [the] righteous [person].
22 Por tanto Yavé, Quien redimió a Abraham, dice a la casa de Jacob: Ya no se avergonzará Jacob. Tampoco volverá a palidecer su semblante.
Therefore thus he says Yahweh to [the] house of Jacob who he redeemed Abraham not now it will be ashamed Jacob and not now face its they will grow pale.
23 Porque verá en medio de ellos a sus hijos, obra de mis manos, quienes santificarán mi Nombre. Sí, santificarán al Santo de Jacob, y temerán al ʼElohim de Israel.
For when sees it children its [the] work of hands my in midst its they will regard as holy name my and they will regard as holy [the] holy [one] of Jacob and [the] God of Israel they will regard with awe.
24 Los extraviados de espíritu tendrán entendimiento, y los murmuradores aprenderán la lección.
And they will know [those who] go astray of spirit understanding and murmurers they will learn instruction.
