Éxodo 29
1 Esto es lo que les harás para consagrarlos a fin de que sean mis sacerdotes: Toma un becerro de la manada de ganado vacuno, dos carneros sin defecto,
“But you shall also do this, so that they may be consecrated to me in the priesthood: Take a calf from the herd, and two immaculate rams,
2 Panes sin Levadura, tortas sin levadura amasadas con aceite y hojaldres sin levadura untados con aceite. Los harás de flor de harina de trigo
and unleavened bread, and a crust without leaven that has been sprinkled with oil, likewise, unleavened cakes smeared with oil. You shall make them all from the same wheat flour.
3 y los pondrás en un canastillo. En el canastillo los ofrecerás con el becerro y los dos carneros.
And, having placed them in baskets, you shall offer them, along with the calf and the two rams.
4 Harás que Aarón y sus hijos se acerquen a la entrada del Tabernáculo de Reunión, y los lavarás con agua.
And you shall bring forward Aaron and his sons, to the door of the tabernacle of the testimony. And when you will have washed the father with his sons in water,
5 Tomarás las ropas y vestirás a Aarón con la túnica, el manto del efod, el efod y el pectoral. Lo atarás con la faja del efod.
you shall clothe Aaron in his vestments, that is, with the linen, and the tunic, and the ephod, and the breastplate, which you shall draw together with the wide belt.
6 Pondrás el turbante sobre su cabeza. Sobre el turbante pondrás la diadema sagrada.
And you shall place the headdress on his head and the holy plate upon the headdress.
7 Luego lo ungirás: Tomarás el aceite de la unción y lo derramarás sobre su cabeza.
And you shall pour the oil of unction over his head. And so, by this rite, he shall be consecrated.
8 Después harás que sus hijos se acerquen y pondrás las túnicas sobre ellos.
Likewise, you shall bring forward his sons, and you shall clothe them in the linen tunics, and wrap them with the wide belt:
9 Les atarás el cinturón a Aarón y a sus hijos, y les atarás los turbantes. Tendrán el sacerdocio como estatuto perpetuo. Así consagrarás a Aarón y a sus hijos.
Aaron, certainly, as well as his sons. And you shall impose headdresses upon them. And they shall be priests to me by a perpetual ordinance. After you have initiated their hands,
10 Después harás acercar el becerro adelante del Tabernáculo de Reunión. Aarón y sus hijos pondrán sus manos sobre la cabeza del becerro.
you shall bring forward also the calf, in the presence of the tabernacle of the testimony. And Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon its head.
11 Luego degollarás el becerro en la Presencia de Yavé en la entrada del Tabernáculo de Reunión.
And you shall sacrifice it in the sight of the Lord, beside the door of the tabernacle of the testimony.
12 Tomarás de la sangre del becerro y la aplicarás con tu dedo sobre los cuernos del altar. Derramarás todo el resto de la sangre al pie del altar.
And taking some of the blood of the calf, you shall place it upon the horns of the altar with your finger, but the remainder of the blood you shall pour next to its base.
13 Tomarás también toda la grasa que cubre las vísceras, la grasa que está sobre el hígado y los dos riñones con la grasa que está sobre ellos, y los quemarás sobre el altar.
And you shall take all the fat which covers its intestines, and the mesh of the liver, as well as the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, and you shall offer them as a burnt offering upon the altar.
14 Pero la carne del becerro con su piel y su estiércol los quemarás al fuego fuera del campamento. Es ofrenda por el pecado.
Yet truly, the flesh of the calf, and the hide and the dung, you shall burn outside, beyond the camp, because it is for sin.
15 También tomarás uno de los carneros. Aarón y sus hijos pondrán sus manos sobre la cabeza del carnero
Likewise, you shall take one ram, and upon its head Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands.
16 y degollarás el carnero. Tomarás su sangre y la rociarás alrededor del altar.
And when you will have sacrificed it, you shall take from its blood and pour it around the altar.
17 Después descuartizarás el carnero en trozos, lavarás sus intestinos y sus patas y los pondrás sobre sus trozos y sobre su cabeza.
Then you shall cut the ram into pieces, and, having washed its intestines and feet, you shall place these upon the cut-up flesh and upon its head.
18 Quemarás todo el carnero sobre el altar. Es el holocausto a Yavé, olor que apacigua, ofrenda quemada para Yavé.
And you shall offer the entire ram as a burnt offering upon the altar. It is an oblation to the Lord, a most sweet odor of the victim of the Lord.
19 Tomarás luego el otro carnero. Aarón y sus hijos pondrán sus manos sobre la cabeza del carnero.
Likewise, you shall take the other ram, upon whose head Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands.
20 Luego degollarás el carnero. Tomarás de su sangre y la pondrás en el lóbulo de la oreja derecha de Aarón y de sus hijos y en el pulgar de sus manos derechas y de sus pies derechos. Y esparcirás la sangre alrededor del altar.
And when you will have immolated it, you shall take of its blood, and place it on the tip of the right ear of Aaron and his sons, and on the thumbs and big toes of their right hand and right foot, and you shall pour the blood upon the altar, all around.
21 Tomarás de la sangre que hay sobre el altar y del aceite de la unción. Los rociarás sobre Aarón y sobre sus ropas, y sobre sus hijos y sus ropas. Él y sus ropas y sus hijos y sus ropas quedarán consagrados.
And when you have taken from the blood that is on the altar, and from the oil of unction, you shall sprinkle Aaron and his vestment, his sons and their vestments. And after they and their vestments have been consecrated,
22 Tomarás luego la grasa, la cola del carnero, la grasa que hay en sus vísceras, la grasa que está sobre el hígado, los dos riñones y la grasa que hay sobre ellos, y la pierna derecha, pues es un carnero de consagración,
you shall take the fat of the ram, and the rump, and the lard that covers the internal organs, and the mesh of the liver, and the two kidneys along with the fat that is on them, and the right shoulder, because it is the ram of consecration,
23 con una hogaza de pan, una torta de pan con aceite y un hojaldre del canastillo de los Panes sin Levadura que está en la Presencia de Yavé.
and one turn of bread, a crust sprinkled with oil, and a cake from the basket of unleavened bread, which was placed in the sight of the Lord.
24 Lo pondrás todo en las manos de Aarón y de sus hijos. Lo mecerán delante de Yavé como una ofrenda mecida.
And you shall place all these in the hands of Aaron and his sons, and you shall sanctify them, lifting them up in the sight of the Lord.
25 Después lo tomarás de sus manos y lo quemarás en el altar sobre el holocausto, un olor que apacigua delante de Yavé. Es ofrenda quemada a Yavé.
And you shall take all these things from their hands and burn them upon the altar as a holocaust, as a most sweet odor in the sight of the Lord, because it is his oblation.
26 Tomarás de Aarón el pecho del carnero de la consagración y lo mecerás. Es ofrenda mecida delante de Yavé, y será tu porción.
Likewise, you shall take the chest of the ram, with which Aaron was initiated, and you shall sanctify it, lifting it up in the sight of the Lord, and it will fall to your share.
27 Consagrarás el pecho y la pierna de la ofrenda mecida y lo que fue alzado del carnero de la consagración de Aarón y de sus hijos.
And you shall sanctify both the consecrated chest and the shoulder that you separated from the ram,
28 Es ofrenda por estatuto perpetuo de parte de los hijos de Israel para Aarón y sus hijos. Será una ofrenda alzada de los hijos de Israel a Yavé, de los sacrificios de sus ofrendas de paz.
with which Aaron was initiated with his sons, and these will fall to the share of Aaron and his sons, as a perpetual oath by the sons of Israel. For these are the greatest and the first of their victims of peace, which they offer to the Lord.
29 Las ropas sagradas de Aarón serán para sus hijos después de él, para que con ellas sean ungidos y consagrados.
But the holy vestment, which Aaron shall use, his sons shall possess after him, so that they may be anointed in it and their hands may be consecrated.
30 Durante siete días el sacerdote que sea su sucesor de entre sus hijos las vestirá cuando entre en el Tabernáculo de Reunión para ministrar en el Santuario.
For seven days, he who is high priest in his place and who enters the tabernacle of the testimony to minister in the Sanctuary shall use it.
31 Tomarás el carnero de la consagración y cocerás su carne en un Lugar Santo.
But you shall take the ram of consecration and cook its flesh in the holy place.
32 Aarón y sus hijos comerán la carne del carnero y el pan que está en el canastillo en la entrada del Tabernáculo de Reunión.
And Aaron and his sons shall feed on it. Likewise, the loaves which are in the basket, they shall consume in the vestibule of the tabernacle of the testimony,
33 Comerán aquellas cosas con las cuales se hizo el acto de apaciguar para santificar sus manos y consagrarlos. Pero el extraño no comerá de ellas, porque son sagradas.
so that it may be an appeasing sacrifice, and so that the hands of those who offer may be sanctified. A stranger shall not eat from these, for they are holy.
34 Si sobra de la carne o del pan de la consagración hasta la mañana, quemarás lo que sobre en el fuego. No se comerá, porque está consagrado.
And what may remain until morning, of the consecrated flesh or of the bread, you shall burn these remnants with fire. These shall not be eaten, because they have been sanctified.
35 Así harás a Aarón y a sus hijos, conforme a todas las cosas que Yo te ordené. Durante siete días los consagrarás.
All that I have instructed you concerning Aaron and his sons, you shall do. For seven days shall you consecrate their hands,
36 Sacrificarás diariamente el becerro que apacigua por el pecado. Purificarás el altar al hacer este sacrificio que apacigua sobre él y lo ungirás para consagrarlo.
and you shall offer a calf for sin on each day, as an atonement. And you shall cleanse the altar when you will have immolated the victim of expiation, and you shall anoint it for sanctification.
37 Harás sacrificio que apacigua por el altar durante siete días. Lo santificarás, y será un altar santísimo. Todo lo que toque al altar será santificado.
For seven days, you shall expiate and sanctify the altar, and it shall be the Holy of holies. All those who will touch it must be sanctified.
38 Esto es lo que ofrecerás continuamente cada día sobre el altar: dos corderos añales.
This is what you shall acquire for the altar: Two one-year-old lambs, each day continually,
39 Ofrecerás un cordero por la mañana y el otro en el crepúsculo.
one lamb in the morning, and the other in the evening;
40 Además con el primer cordero ofrecerás 2,2 litros de flor de harina, amasada con 9,15 centímetros de aceite de olivas machacadas, y 9,15 centímetros de vino para libación.
for the one lamb, a tenth part of fine flour sprinkled with crushed oil, which shall have the measure of the fourth part of a hin, and wine for a libation, of the same measure;
41 El segundo cordero lo ofrecerás en el crepúsculo. Lo harás conforme a la ofrenda de la mañana y conforme a su libación, ofrenda quemada a Yavé, de olor que apacigua.
truly, the other lamb you shall offer in the evening, according to the ritual of the morning oblation, and according to what we have said, as an odor of sweetness.
42 Éste será el holocausto perpetuo durante sus generaciones, el cual será ofrecido en la entrada del Tabernáculo de Reunión, en la Presencia de Yavé, donde me reuniré contigo para hablarte.
It is a sacrifice to the Lord, by a perpetual oblation among your generations, at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony before the Lord, where I resolve to speak to you.
43 Allí me reuniré con los hijos de Israel. El lugar será santificado con mi gloria,
And there I will instruct the sons of Israel, and the altar shall be sanctified by my glory.
44 con la cual santificaré el Tabernáculo de Reunión y el altar. También santificaré a Aarón y a sus hijos para que sean mis sacerdotes.
I will also sanctify the tabernacle of the testimony with the altar, and Aaron with his sons, to exercise the priesthood for me.
45 Viviré en medio de los hijos de Israel, y seré su ʼElohim.
And I will live in the midst of the sons of Israel, and I will be their God.
46 Ellos entenderán que Yo soy Yavé su ʼElohim, Quien los sacó de la tierra de Egipto para vivir en medio de ellos. Yo, Yavé su ʼElohim.
And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who led them away from the land of Egypt, so that I might dwell among them. I am the Lord their God.”
