1 Crónicas 26
1 La distribución de los porteros fue así: de los coreítas, Meselemías, hijo de Coré, de los hijos de Asaf.
The divisions of the doorkeepers. Of the Korahites: Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.
2 Meselemías tuvo hijos: Zacarías el primogénito, Jediael el segundo, Zebadías el tercero, Jatniel el cuarto,
And Meshelemiah had sons: Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 Elam el quinto, Johanán el sexto, Elioenai el séptimo.
Elam the fifth, Johanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.
4 También Obed-edom tuvo hijos: Semaías el primogénito, Jozabad el segundo, Joa el tercero, Sacar el cuarto, Natanael el quinto;
— And the sons of Obed-Edom: Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth,
5 Amiel el sexto, Isacar el séptimo y Peultai el octavo, porque ʼElohim lo bendijo.
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peulthai the eighth: for God had blessed him.
6 También a su hijo Semaías le nacieron hijos que fueron jefes en sus casas paternas, porque eran varones valientes y esforzados.
And to Shemaiah his son were sons born, who were rulers in their father's house; for they were mighty men of valour.
7 Los hijos de Semaías: Otni, Rafael, Obed, Elzabad, y sus hermanos, hombres esforzados; también Eliú y Samaquías.
The sons of Shemaiah: Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, [and] Elzabad, whose brethren were valiant men, Elihu and Semachiah.
8 Todos éstos fueron de los hijos de Obed-edom, ellos con sus hijos y sus hermanos, hombres robustos y fuertes para el servicio: 62, de Obed-edom.
All these were of the sons of Obed-Edom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men in strength for the service, were sixty-two of Obed-Edom.
9 Los hijos de Meselemías y sus hermanos: 18 hombres valientes.
— And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, men of valour, eighteen.
10 También Hosa, uno de los hijos de Merari, tuvo hijos: Simri el jefe. Aunque no era el primogénito, su padre lo colocó de jefe,
— And Hosah, of the sons of Merari, had sons: Shimri the head, for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him the head;
11 Hilcías el segundo, Tebalías el tercero, Zacarías el cuarto. Todos los hijos de Hosa y sus hermanos fueron 13.
Hilkijah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth: all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.
12 Entre éstos se hizo la distribución de los porteros, y se alternaban los principales de los varones en la guardia con sus hermanos, para ministrar en la Casa de Yavé.
Among these were the divisions of the doorkeepers, among the head-men, as to the charges together with their brethren, for performing the service in the house of Jehovah.
13 Echaron suertes para cada puerta: el pequeño con el grande, según sus casas paternas.
And they cast lots, the small as well as the great, according to their fathers' houses, for every gate.
14 La suerte para la oriental cayó a Selemías. Metieron en las suertes a Zacarías su hijo, consejero entendido. La suerte suya salió para la del norte.
And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah; and they cast lots for Zechariah his son, a wise counsellor, and his lot came out northward;
15 Para Obed-edom la puerta del sur, y a sus hijos la casa de provisiones del Templo.
to Obed-Edom southward; and to his sons the storehouse.
16 Para Supim y Hosa, la del occidente, junto a la puerta de Salequet, en el camino de la subida. Guardia con guardia se correspondían.
To Shuppim and Hosah westward, with the gate Shallecheth, by the causeway of the ascent, watch against watch.
17 Al oriente seis levitas, al norte cuatro de día, al sur cuatro de día, y en los almacenes de dos en dos.
Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and in the storehouse two [and] two.
18 En el patio, al occidente, cuatro en el camino, y dos en el mismo patio.
At the portico westward, four at the causeway, two at the portico.
19 Tales fueron las distribuciones de los porteros de los hijos de Coré y de Merari.
These are the divisions of the doorkeepers among the sons of the Korahites and among the sons of Merari.
20 De los levitas, Ahías estaba encargado de los tesoros de la Casa de ʼElohim y de los tesoros de las cosas consagradas.
And the Levites: Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.
21 Los hijos de Laadán, los hijos de los gersonitas de Laadán, es decir, los jehielitas, eran los jefes de las casas paternas de Laadán gersonita.
The sons of Laadan, the sons of the Gershonites of Laadan, chief fathers of Laadan the Gershonite: Jehieli;
22 Los hijos de Jehieli, Zetam y Joel su hermano, estaban a cargo de los tesoros de la Casa de Yavé.
the sons of Jehieli: Zetham, and Joel his brother, over the treasures of the house of Jehovah.
23 De entre los amramitas, de los izharitas, de los hebronitas y de los uzielitas:
As to the Amramites, the Jizharites, the Hebronites, the Uzzielites....
24 Sebuel, hijo de Gersón, hijo de Moisés, era jefe de los tesoros.
And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was overseer of the treasures.
25 En cuanto a su hermano Eliezer, cuyo hijo era Rehabías, del cual fue hijo Jesaías, hijo de éste Joram, cuyo hijo era Zicri, del cual fue hijo Selomit.
And his brethren, of Eliezer: Rehabiah his son, and Isaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.
26 Este Selomit y sus hermanos estaban a cargo de todos los tesoros y de todas las cosas sagradas que el rey David, los jefes de las casas paternas, junto con los jefes de millares y de centenas y jefes del ejército,
This Shelomith and his brethren were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which king David, and the chief fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated
27 consagraron de las guerras y del botín para el mantenimiento de la Casa de Yavé.
(from the wars and out of the spoils had they dedicated [them], to maintain the house of Jehovah),
28 Estaba a cargo de Selomit y sus hermanos todo lo que consagró el vidente Samuel, Saúl, hijo de Cis, Abner, hijo de Ner, y Joab, hijo de Sarvia. [También estaba a su cargo] todo lo que cualquiera consagraba.
and all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah had dedicated: all that was dedicated was under the hand of Shelomith and of his brethren.
29 En cuanto a los izharitas, Quenanías y sus hijos fueron encargados de la administración externa de Israel como oficiales y jueces.
Of the Jizharites, Chenaniah and his sons were over Israel, for the outward business for officers and judges.
30 Con respecto a los hebronitas, Hasabías y sus hermanos, 1.600 hombres valientes, fueron asignados para los negocios de Israel al occidente del Jordán, de toda la obra de Yavé y del servicio del rey.
Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand and seven hundred, for the administration of Israel on this side Jordan westward, for all the business of Jehovah, and for the service of the king.
31 El año 40 del reinado de David Jerías era el jefe de los hebronitas según sus generaciones por sus casas paternas. Entre ellos fueron hallados hombres de extraordinario valor en Jazer de Galaad.
Of the Hebronites was Jerijah the head; (as to the Hebronites, according to their families according to the fathers: in the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valour at Jaazer in Gilead; )
32 Sus hermanos, hombres valientes, eran 2.700 jefes de casas paternas. El rey David los constituyó [como] oficiales de los rubenitas, los gaditas y la media tribu de Manasés, para todas las cosas de ʼElohim y todo asunto del rey.
and his brethren, men of valour, two thousand seven hundred chief fathers, whom king David made rulers over the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half tribe of the Manassites, for every matter pertaining to God, and the affairs of the king.
