Salmos 98

1 Un salmo. Cantad a Yahvé un cántico nuevo, porque ha hecho cosas maravillosas. Su mano derecha y su brazo santo han obrado la salvación para él.

A psalm. Oh, sing to Yahweh a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have given him victory.

2 Yahvé ha dado a conocer su salvación. Ha mostrado abiertamente su justicia a la vista de las naciones.

Yahweh has made known his salvation; he has openly showed his justice to all the nations.

3 Se ha acordado de su amorosa bondad y de su fidelidad hacia la casa de Israel. Todos los confines de la tierra han visto la salvación de nuestro Dios.

He calls to mind his covenant loyalty and faithfulness for the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth will see the victory of our God.

4 ¡Aclamad a Yahvé, toda la tierra! Estalla y canta de alegría, sí, ¡canta alabanzas!

Shout for joy to Yahweh, all the earth; burst into song, sing for joy, and sing praises.

5 Canten alabanzas a Yahvé con el arpa, con el arpa y la voz de la melodía.

Sing praises to Yahweh with the harp, with the harp and melodious song.

6 Con trompetas y sonido de cuerno de carnero, hagan un ruido alegre ante el Rey, Yahvé.

With trumpets and the sound of the horn, make a joyful noise before the King, Yahweh.

7 Que el mar ruja con su plenitud; el mundo y los que lo habitan.

Let the sea shout and everything in it, the world and those who live in it!

8 Que los ríos aplaudan. Que las montañas canten juntas de alegría.

Let the rivers clap their hands, and let the mountains shout for joy.

9 Quecanten ante Yahvé, porque viene a juzgar la tierra. Él juzgará al mundo con justicia, y los pueblos con equidad.

Yahweh is coming to judge the earth; he will judge the world with righteousness and the nations with fairness.
