Salmos 70

1 Para el músico jefe. Por David. Un recordatorio. Apresúrate, Dios, a liberarme. Ven pronto a ayudarme, Yahvé.

TO THE OVERSEER. BY DAVID. “TO CAUSE TO REMEMBER.” O God, [hurry] to deliver me, O YHWH, hurry to help me.

2 Que se decepcionen y confundan los que buscan mi alma. Que los que desean mi ruina sean devueltos en desgracia.

Let them be ashamed and confounded Who are seeking my soul, Let them be turned backward and blush Who are desiring my evil.

3 Que se conviertan a causa de su vergüenza que dicen: “¡Ajá! ¡Ajá!”

Let them turn back because of their shame, Who are saying, “Aha, aha.”

4 Que todos los que te buscan se regocijen y se alegren en ti. Que los que aman tu salvación digan continuamente, “¡Que Dios sea exaltado!”

Let all those seeking You rejoice and be glad in You, And let those loving Your salvation Continually say, “God is magnified.”

5 Pero soy pobre y estoy necesitado. Ven a mí rápidamente, Dios. Tú eres mi ayuda y mi libertador. Yahvé, no te demores.

And I [am] poor and needy, O God, hurry to me, You [are] my help and my deliverer, O YHWH, do not linger!
