2 Crónicas 4
1 Luego hizo un altar de bronce de veinte codos de largo, veinte codos de ancho y diez codos de alto.
And he maketh an altar of brass, twenty cubits its length, and twenty cubits its breadth, and ten cubits its height.
2 También hizo el mar fundido de diez codos de borde a borde. Era redondo, de cinco codos de altura y de treinta codos de circunferencia.
And he maketh the molten sea; ten by the cubit, from its edge unto its edge, round in compass, and five by the cubit its height, and a line of thirty by the cubit doth compass it, round about.
3 Debajo de él había figuras de bueyes que lo rodeaban por diez codos, rodeando el mar. Los bueyes estaban en dos hileras, fundidos cuando fue fundido.
And the likeness of oxen [is] under it, all round about encompassing it, ten in the cubit, compassing the sea round about; two rows of oxen are cast in its being cast.
4 Estaba sobre doce bueyes, tres que miraban hacia el norte, tres que miraban hacia el occidente, tres que miraban hacia el sur y tres que miraban hacia el oriente; y el mar estaba puesto sobre ellos por encima, y todos sus cuartos traseros estaban hacia adentro.
It is standing on twelve oxen, three facing the north, and three facing the west, and three facing the south, and three facing the east, and the sea [is] upon them above, and all their hinder parts [are] within.
5 Su grosor era de un palmo. Su borde estaba hecho como el borde de una copa, como la flor de un lirio. Recibía y contenía tres mil baños.
And its thickness [is] a handbreadth, and its lip as the work of the lip of a cup flowered with lilies; taking hold — baths three thousand it containeth.
6 También hizo diez pilas, y puso cinco a la derecha y cinco a la izquierda, para lavar en ellas. En ellas se lavaban las cosas que pertenecían al holocausto, pero el mar era para que se lavaran los sacerdotes.
And he maketh ten lavers, and putteth five on the right, and five on the left, to wash with them; the work of the burnt-offering they purge with them; and the sea [is] for priests to wash with.
7 Hizo los diez candelabros de oro, según la ordenanza relativa a ellos, y los puso en el templo, cinco a la derecha y cinco a la izquierda.
And he maketh the ten candlesticks of gold, according to their ordinance, and placeth in the temple, five on the right, and five on the left.
8 Hizo también diez mesas y las colocó en el templo, cinco a la derecha y cinco a la izquierda. Hizo cien pilas de oro.
And he maketh ten tables, and placeth in the temple, five on the right, and five on the left; and he maketh bowls of gold a hundred.
9 Además, hizo el atrio de los sacerdotes, el gran atrio, y las puertas para el atrio, y recubrió sus puertas con bronce.
And he maketh the court of the priests, and the great court, and doors for the court, and their doors he hath overlaid with brass.
10 Colocó el mar en el lado derecho de la casa, al este, hacia el sur.
And the sea he hath placed on the right shoulder eastward, over-against the south.
11 Huram hizo las ollas, las palas y las cuencas. Entonces Huram terminó de hacer el trabajo que hizo para el rey Salomón en la casa de Dios:
And Huram maketh the pots, and the shovels, and the bowls, and Huram finisheth to make the work that he made for king Solomon in the house of God;
12 las dos columnas, las copas, los dos capiteles que estaban en la parte superior de las columnas, las dos redes para cubrir las dos copas de los capiteles que estaban en la parte superior de las columnas,
two pillars, and the bowls, and the crowns on the heads of the two pillars, and the two wreaths to cover the two bowls of the crowns that [are] on the heads of the pillars;
13 y las cuatrocientas granadas para las dos redes — dos filas de granadas para cada red, para cubrir las dos copas de los capiteles que estaban en las columnas.
and the pomegranates four hundred to the two wreaths, two rows of pomegranates to the one wreath, to cover the two bowls of the crowns that [are] on the front of the pillars.
14 También hizo las bases, y sobre ellas hizo las cuencas —
And the bases he hath made; and the lavers he hath made on the bases;
15 un mar, y los doce bueyes debajo de él.
the one sea, and the twelve oxen under it,
16 Huram-abi hizo también las ollas, las palas, los tenedores y todos sus recipientes para el rey Salomón, para la casa de Yahvé, de bronce brillante.
and the pots, and the shovels, and the forks, and all their vessels, hath Huram his father made for king Solomon, for the house of Jehovah, of brass purified.
17 El rey los fundió en la llanura del Jordán, en la tierra arcillosa entre Sucot y Zereda.
In the circuit of the Jordan hath the king cast them, in the thick soil of the ground, between Succoth and Zeredathah.
18 Así Salomón hizo todos estos recipientes en gran cantidad, de tal manera que no se podía determinar el peso del bronce.
And Solomon maketh all these vessels in great abundance, that the weight of the brass hath not been searched out.
19 Salomón hizo todos los utensilios que había en la casa de Dios: el altar de oro, las mesas con el pan de la función sobre ellas,
And Solomon maketh all the vessels that [are for] the house of God, and the altar of gold, and the tables, and on them [is] bread of the presence;
20 y los candelabros con sus lámparas para arder según la ordenanza ante el santuario interior, de oro puro;
and the candlesticks, and their lamps, for their burning according to the ordinance, before the oracle, of gold refined;
21 y las flores, las lámparas y las tenazas de oro purísimo;
and the flowers, and the lamps, and the tongs of gold — it [is] the perfection of gold;
22 y los apagavelas, las palanganas, las cucharas y los recipientes para el fuego, de oro puro. En cuanto a la entrada de la casa, sus puertas interiores para el lugar santísimo y las puertas de la sala principal del templo eran de oro.
and the snuffers, and the bowls, and the spoons, and the censers, of gold refined, and the opening of the house, its innermost doors to the holy of holies, and the doors of the house to the temple, of gold.
