Salmos 7
1 Un salmo (Sigaión) de David, el cual cantó al Señor refiriéndose a Cus, de la tribu de Benjamín. Señor, mi Dios, tu eres mi protección. Sálvame de los que me persiguen. ¡Por favor, rescátame!
For the ignoraunce of Dauid, which he songe to the Lord on the wordis of Ethiopien, the sone of Gemyny. Mi Lord God, Y haue hopid in thee; make thou me saaf fro alle that pursuen me, and delyuere thou me.
2 De lo contrario, me devorarán como a un león, y me harán trizas sin nadie que me salve.
Lest ony tyme he as a lioun rauysche my soule; the while noon is that ayenbieth, nether that makith saaf.
3 Si he hecho aquello de lo que me acusan, si mis manos son culpables,
Mi Lord God, if Y dide this thing, if wickidnesse is in myn hondis;
4 si he pagado mal a un amigo, si le he robado a mi enemigo sin razón,
if Y `yeldide to men yeldynge to me yuels, falle Y `bi disseruyng voide fro myn enemyes;
5 entonces deja que mis enemigos me alcancen, y déjalos que me atrapen hasta llevarme al suelo y que arrastren mi reputación en el polvo. (Selah)
myn enemy pursue my soule, and take, and defoule my lijf in erthe; and brynge my glorie in to dust.
6 Levántate, Señor, y en tu ira álzate contra mis enemigos. ¡Despiértate, Señor, y hazme justicia!
Lord, rise thou vp in thin ire; and be thou reysid in the coostis of myn enemyes.
7 Junta a las naciones delante de ti, gobiérnalas desde tu trono que está en lo alto.
And, my Lord God, rise thou in the comaundement, which thou `hast comaundid; and the synagoge of puplis schal cumpasse thee.
8 El Señor juzga a todos los pueblos. Defiéndeme, Señor, conforme a mi rectitud e integridad.
And for this go thou ayen an hiy; the Lord demeth puplis. Lord, deme thou me bi my riytfulnesse; and bi myn innocence on me.
9 Por favor, ponle fin a todo el mal hecho por los malvados. Vindica a los que hacen el bien, porque tú eres el Señor de justicia que examina las mentes y los corazones.
The wickidnesse of synneris be endid; and thou, God, sekyng the hertis and reynes, schalt dresse a iust man.
10 El Altísimo es mi defensa. Es el que salva a los que viven en justicia.
Mi iust help is of the Lord; that makith saaf riytful men in herte.
11 Dios es un juez justo que se enoja con los que hacen el mal.
The Lord is a iust iuge, stronge and pacient; whether he is wrooth bi alle daies?
12 Si no se arrepienten, él afilará su espada. Ya tiene armado su arco.
If ye ben `not conuertid, he schal florische his swerd; he hath bent his bouwe, and made it redi.
13 Ha preparado armas mortales, y tiene preparadas flechas ardientes.
And therynne he hath maad redi the vessels of deth; he hath fulli maad his arewis with brennynge thingis.
14 ¡Miren cómo los malvados conciben el mal! Se embarazan con maldad, y dan a luz al engaño.
Lo! he conseyuede sorewe; he peynfuli brouyte forth vnriytfulnesse, and childide wickidnesse.
15 Cavan un pozo profundo para hacer caer a la gente, pero son ellos mismos quienes caen en él.
He openide a lake, and diggide it out; and he felde in to the dich which he made.
16 La maldad que hacen rebota y cae sobre sus cabezas; y su violencia caerá sobre sus propios cráneos.
His sorewe schal be turned in to his heed; and his wickidnesse schal come doun in to his necke.
17 Agradeceré al Señor porque él hace justicia; cantaré alabanzas al nombre del Altísimo.
I schal knouleche to the Lord bi his riytfulnesse; and Y schal synge to the name of the hiyeste Lord.
