Números 34
1 El Señor le dijo a Moisés,
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
2 “Dales esta orden a los israelitas: Cuando entren en el país de Canaán, se les asignarán las posesiones con los siguientes límites:
Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, when ye come into the land of Canaan, shall this be the land that shall fall unto you for an inheritance: The land of Canaan according to its boundaries.
3 “La extensión sur de su país será desde el desierto de Zin a lo largo de la frontera de Edom. Su frontera sur correrá hacia el este desde el final del Mar Muerto,
And the southern side shall be unto you from the wilderness of Zin along by the boundary of Edom, and your southern border shall commence at the outmost edge of the Salt Sea on its east side.
4 cruzará al sur del Paso del Escorpión, hasta Zin, y alcanzará su límite sur al sur de Cades-barnea. Luego irá a Hazar-addar y a Azmon.
And the border shall turn for you from the south of the ascent of 'Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin; and its terminating points shall be to the south of Kadesh-barnea', and shall go on to Chazar-addar, and pass on to Azmon;
5 Allí la frontera girará desde Azmon hasta el Wadi de Egipto, terminando en el Mar Mediterráneo.
And the border shall turn from 'Azmon unto the river of Egypt, and its terminating points shall be at the sea.
6 “Su frontera occidental será la costa del Mar Mediterráneo. Este será su límite al oeste.
And as the western border, shall ye have the Great Sea for a border: this shall be your western border.
7 “Tu frontera norte irá desde el Mar Mediterráneo hasta el Monte Hor.
And this shall be unto you the northern border: from the Great Sea shall ye mark out for you [the boundary to] mount Hor;
8 Desde el Monte Hor la frontera irá a Lebo-hamat, luego a Zedad,
From mount Hor shall ye mark out [the boundary] unto the entrance of Chamath; and the terminations of the border shall be toward Zedad;
9 a Zifrón, terminando en Hazar-enan. Este será su límite al norte.
And the border shall go on to Ziphron, and its terminating points shall be at Chazar'-enan: this shall be unto you the northern border.
10 “Su frontera oriental irá directamente de Hazar-enan a Sefan.
And ye shall turn yourselves to the eastern border, from Chazar-'enan to Shepham;
11 Luego la frontera bajará de Sefam a Ribla en el lado este de Aín. Pasará a lo largo de las laderas al este del Mar de Galilea.
And the boundary shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, to the eastward of 'Ayin; and the boundary shall descend, and shall touch upon the coast of the sea of Kinnereth, eastward;
12 Luego el límite bajará a lo largo del Jordán, terminando en el Mar Muerto. Esta será su tierra con sus fronteras circundantes”.
And the border shall go down to the Jordan, and its terminating points shall be at the Salt Sea: this shall be your land after its boundaries round about.
13 Moisés dio la orden a los israelitas, “Asignen la propiedad de esta tierra por sorteo. El Señor ha ordenado que sea entregada a las nueve tribus y media.
And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall divide among yourselves by lot, which the Lord hath commanded to give unto the nine tribes, and to the half tribe.
14 Las tribus de Rubén y Gad, junto con la media tribu de Manasés, ya han recibido su asignación.
For the tribe of the children of Reuben according to their family divisions, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to their family divisions, have received, —and the half of the tribe of Menasseh have received their inheritance;
15 Estas dos tribus y media han recibido su asignación en el lado este del Jordán, frente a Jericó”.
The two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side of the Jordan opposite Jericho eastward, toward the rising of the sun.
16 El Señor le dijo a Moisés,
And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying,
17 “Estos son los nombres de los hombres que se encargarán de asignar la propiedad de la tierra para ustedes: Eleazar el sacerdote y Josué, hijo de Nun.
These are the names of the men who shall parcel out unto you the land: Elazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
18 Que un líder de cada tribu ayude en la distribución de la tierra.
And one prince each from every tribe shall ye take to parcel out the land.
19 Estos son sus nombres: “De la tribu de Judá: Caleb, hijo de Jefone.
And these are the names of the men: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Yephunneh:
20 De la tribu de Simeón: Semuel, hijo de Amiud.
And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of 'Ammihud;
21 De la tribu de Benjamín: Elidad, hijo de Quislón.
Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Kisslon;
22 Un líder de la tribu de Dan: Buqui, hijo de Jogli.
And of the tribe of the children of Dan the prince, Bukki the son of Yogli;
23 Un líder de la tribu de Manasés, hijo de José: Haniel, hijo de Efod.
Of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Menasseh the prince, Channiel the son of Ephod;
24 Un líder de la tribu de Efraín: Kemuel, hijo de Siftán.
And of the tribe of the children of Ephraim the prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan;
25 Un líder de la tribu de Zabulón: Eli-zafán, hijo de Parnac.
And of the tribe of the children of Zebulun the prince, Elizaphan the son of Parnach;
26 Un líder de la tribu de Isacar: Paltiel, hijo de Azán.
And of the tribe of the children of Issachar the prince, Paltiel the son of 'Azzan;
27 Un líder de la tribu de Aser: Ahiud, hijo de Selomi.
And of the tribe of the children of Asher the prince, Achihud the son of Shelomi;
28 Un líder de la tribu de Neftalí: Pedael, hijo de Amiud”.
And of the tribe of the children of Naphtali the prince, Pedahel the son of 'Ammihud.
29 Estos son los nombres de los que el Señor puso a cargo de la asignación de la propiedad de la tierra en el país de Canaán.
These are they whom the Lord hath commanded to divide out the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan.
