1 El Señor les dijo a Moisés y Aarón:
And the LORD spoke unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying:
2 “Los israelitas deben establecer su campamento alrededor del Tabernáculo de Reunión pero a cierta distancia de él. Cada miembro de cada tribu acampará bajo su propia bandera y estandarte familiar.
'The children of Israel shall pitch by their fathers' houses; every man with his own standard, according to the ensigns; a good way off shall they pitch round about the tent of meeting.
3 La tribu de Judá acampará bajo su bandera en el lado este. Su líder es Naasón, hijo de Aminadab,
Now those that pitch on the east side toward the sunrising shall be they of the standard of the camp of Judah, according to their hosts; the prince of the children of Judah being Nahshon the son of Amminadab,
4 tiene 74.600 hombres.
and his host, and those that were numbered of them, threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred;
5 La tribu de Isacar acampará junto a ellos. Su líder es Natanael, hijo de Zuar,
and those that pitch next unto him shall be the tribe of Issachar; the prince of the children of Issachar being Nethanel the son of Zuar,
6 y tiene 54.400 hombres.

12 La tribu de Simeón acampará junto a ellos. Su líder es Selumiel, hijo de Zurisadai,
and those that pitch next unto him shall be the tribe of Simeon; the prince of the children of Simeon being Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai,
13 y cuenta con 59.300 hombres.
and his host, and those that were numbered of them, fifty and nine thousand and three hundred;
14 La siguiente es la tribu de Gad. Su líder es Eliasaph, hijo de Deuel,
and the tribe of Gad; the prince of the children of Gad being Eliasaph the son of Reuel,
15 y cuenta con 45.650 hombres.
and his host, even those that were numbered of them, forty and five thousand and six hundred and fifty;
16 Así que el número total de hombres en el área del campamento de Rubén es de 151.450. Ellos marcharán en segundo lugar.
all that were numbered of the camp of Reuben being a hundred thousand and fifty and one thousand and four hundred and fifty, according to their hosts; and they shall set forth second.
17 “El Tabernáculo de Reunión que está en el centro del campamento acompañará a los levitas. Deben marchar en el mismo orden en que levantaron el campamento, cada uno en el lugar que le corresponde, bajo su bandera.
Then the tent of meeting, with the camp of the Levites, shall set forward in the midst of the camps; as they encamp, so shall they set forward, every man in his place, by their standards.
18 “La tribu de Efraín acampará bajo su bandera en el lado oeste. Su líder es Elisama, hijo de Amiud,
On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their hosts; the prince of the children of Ephraim being Elishama the son of Ammihud,
19 y cuenta con 40.500 hombres.
and his host, and those that were numbered of them, forty thousand and five hundred;
20 La tribu de Manasés acampará junto a ellos. Su líder es Gamaliel, hijo de Pedasur,
and next unto him shall be the tribe of Manasseh; the prince of the children of Manasseh being Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur,
21 y cuenta con 32.200 hombres.
and his host, and those that were numbered of them, thirty and two thousand and two hundred;
22 La siguiente es la tribu de Benjamín. Su líder es Abidán, hijo de Gedeoni,
and the tribe of Benjamin; the prince of the children of Benjamin being Abidan the son of Gideoni,
23 y cuenta con 35.400 hombres.
and his host, and those that were numbered of them, thirty and five thousand and four hundred;
24 Así que el número total de hombres en el área del campamento de Efraín es de 108.100. Ellos marcharán en tercer lugar.

25 “La tribu de Dan acampará bajo su bandera en el lado norte. Su líder es Ajiezer, hijo de Amisadai,
On the north side shall be the standard of the camp of Dan according to their hosts; the prince of the children of Dan being Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai,
26 y cuenta con 62.700 hombres.
and his host, and those that were numbered of them, threescore and two thousand and seven hundred;
27 La tribu de Aser acampará junto a ellos. Su líder es Pagiel, hijo de Ocrán,
and those that pitch next unto him shall be the tribe of Asher; the prince of the children of Asher being Pagiel the son of Ochran,
28 y cuenta con 41.500 hombres.
and his host, and those that were numbered of them, forty and one thousand and five hundred;
29 A continuación estará la tribu de Neftalí. Su líder es Ajirá, hijo de Enán,
and the tribe of Naphtali; the prince of the children of Naphtali being Ahira the son of Enan,
30 y cuenta con 53.400 hombres.
and his host, and those that were numbered of them, fifty and three thousand and four hundred;
31 Así que el total de hombres en el área del campamento de Dan es de 157.600. Ellos marcharán en último lugar, con sus banderas”.
all that were numbered of the camp of Dan being a hundred thousand and fifty and seven thousand and six hundred; they shall set forth hindmost by their standards.'
32 Este es un resumen del censo de los israelitas, hecho por familia. El total final de los contados en los campamentos por tribus fue de 603.550.
These are they that were numbered of the children of Israel by their fathers' houses; all that were numbered of the camps according to their hosts were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.
33 Sin embargo, los levitas no fueron contados entre los demás israelitas, siguiendo las instrucciones que el Señor le dio a Moisés.
But the Levites were not numbered among the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses.
34 Los israelitas hicieron todo lo que el Señor le ordenó a Moisés. Establecieron sus campamentos bajo sus banderas en sus posiciones asignadas, y marchaban en el mismo orden, cada uno con su propia tribu y familia.
Thus did the children of Israel: according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so they pitched by their standards, and so they set forward, each one according to its families, and according to its fathers' houses.
