Miqueas 4
1 En los últimos días, la montaña donde se erige el Templo del Señor será conocida como la más alta de las montañas que sobresale entre las otras colinas. Multitudes de personas viajarán a ella.
And in the laste of daies the hil of the hous of the Lord schal be maad redi in the cop of hillis, and hiy ouer smale hillis. And puplis schulen flete to him, and many puplis schulen haaste,
2 Muchas naciones dirán: “Subamos a la cima del monte del Señor, al Templo del Dios de Jacob. Allí Dios nos enseñará sus caminos y seguiremos sus enseñanzas”. Las enseñanzas de Dios se esparcirán desde Sión y su palabra desde Jerusalén.
and shulen seie, Come ye, stie we til to the hil of the Lord, and to the hous of God of Jacob; and he schal teche vs of hise weies, and we schulen go in hise pathis. For lawe schal go out fro Syon, and the word of the Lord fro Jerusalem;
3 El Señor será el juez que decida el caso de las naciones, él resolverá los conflictos entre naciones poderosas distantes. Ellos forjarán sus espadas y las convertirán en arados, y transformarán sus lanzas en podaderas. Las naciones ya no pelearán unas con otras, in usarán estrategias de guerra.
and he schal deme bitwixe many puplis, and schal chastise stronge folkis til in to fer. And thei schulen bete togidere her swerdis in to scharis, and her speris in to picoisis; a folc schal not take swerd ayens folc, and thei schulen no more lerne for to fiyte.
4 Todos podrán sentarse bajo sus viñedos y sus higueras, pues no habrá quien los atemorice. ¡Yo, el Señor Todopoderoso he hablado!
And a man schal sitte vndur his vyneyerd, and vndur his fige tree; and ther schal not be that schal make aferd, for the mouth of the Lord of oostis spak.
5 Aunque todas las demás naciones siguen a sus propios dioses, nosotros seguiremos al Señor nuestro Dios por siempre y para siempre.
For alle puplis schulen go, ech man in the name of his Lord God; but we schulen walke in the name of oure Lord God in to the world, and ouer.
6 Ese día, declara el Señor, yo reuniré a los que están cojos, y a los que han sido esparcidos por causa del exilio, a esos a quienes he castigado.
In that dai, seith the Lord, Y schal gadere the haltynge, and Y schal gadere hir that Y castide awei, and whom Y turmentide Y schal coumforte.
7 Yo haré de los que quedan y de los inválidos una nación fuerte, y el Señor los gobernará desde el Monte de Sión por siempre y para siempre.
And Y schal putte the haltynge in to relifs, ether remenauntis, and hir that trauelide, in a strong folc. And the Lord schal regne on hem in the hil of Sion, fro this now and til in to with outen ende.
8 Y en cuanto a ti, Jeruslén, atalaya del rebaño, recobrarás tu gobierno y poder: el reino se le devolverá a Jerusalén.
And thou, `derk tour of the floc of the douyter of Sion, `til to thee he schal come, and the first power schal come, the rewme of the douytir of Jerusalem.
9 ¿Por qué gritan entonces? ¿Acaso no tienen un rey? ¿Acaso ha muerto tu rey para que sientas dolor como una mujer en proceso de parto?
Now whi art thou drawun togidere with mournyng? whether a kyng is not to thee, ether thi counselour perischide? for sorowe hath take thee, as a womman trauelinge of child.
10 Retuércete en agonía como la mujer al dar a luz, pueblo de Sión, porque serás expulsado de la ciudad, y obligado a acampar a las afueras, y deportado a Babilonia. Pero el Señor te traerá de regreso y te rescatará del poder de tus enemigos.
Thou douyter of Sion, make sorewe, and haaste, as a womman trauelynge of child; for now thou schalt go out of the citee, and schalt dwelle in cuntree, and schalt come `til to Babiloyne; there thou schalt be delyuered, there the Lord schal ayen bie thee, fro the hond of thin enemyes.
11 Ahora mismo muchos enemigos se han reunido contra ti, y dicen: “¡Vamos a atacarla y violarla, y nos alegraremos de la ruina de Sión!”
And now many folkis ben gaderid on thee, whiche seien, Be it stonyd, and oure iye biholde in to Sion.
12 ¡Pero ellos no conocen el pensamientos del Señor, y no entienden sus planes. El Señor los ha reunido como manojos de trigo a la era.
Forsothe thei knewen not the thouytis of the Lord, and vndurstoden not the councel of hym, for he gaderide hem as the hei of feeld.
13 Pueblo de Sión, levántate y comienza a trillar, porque yo haré para ti bocinas de hierro, y pezuñas de bronce para que hagas pedazos muchas naciones. Tu presentarás el botín y su riqueza al Señor de toda la tierra.
Rise thou, douyter of Sion, and threische, for Y schal putte thin horn of irun, and Y schal putte thi nailis brasun; and thou schalt make lesse, ether waste, many puplis, and schalt sle to the Lord the raueyns of hem, and the strengthe of hem to the Lord of al erthe.
