Isaías 29

1 La tragedia llega a ti Ariel, Ariel la ciudad donde vivió David. Año tras año tienes tus fiestas.

Woe to! Ariel Ariel [the] town [where] he camped David add year to year festivals let them go around.

2 Pero yo voy a causarle problemas a Ariel; la ciudad llorará y se lamentará, será como el crisol del altar para mí.

And I will bring distress to Ariel and it will be mourning and lamentation and it will be to me like Ariel.

3 Te rodearé, te asediaré con torres y construiré rampas para atacarte.

And I will encamp like circle on you and I will lay siege on you siege-works and I will raise on you fortifications.

4 Serás derribado, hablarás desde el suelo, murmurando en el polvo. Tus palabras saldrán como un fantasma de la tumba; tu voz será un susurro desde el polvo.

And you will become low from [the] ground you will speak and from [the] dust it will be humbled utterance your and it will be like a necromancer from [the] ground voice your and from [the] dust utterance your it will whisper.

5 Pero entonces todos tus enemigos serán como polvo fino; todos tus crueles opresores, como paja que se lleva el viento. Entonces, de repente, en un abrir y cerrar de ojos,

And it will be like dust fine [the] multitude of strangers your and like chaff [which] passes away [the] multitude of ruthless [people] and it will happen to suddenness suddenly.

6 el Señor Todopoderoso llegará con truenos, terremotos y tremendos ruidos, con torbellinos, tormentas y llamas de fuego que lo abrasarán todo.

From with Yahweh of hosts you will be visited with thunder and with earthquake and noise great a storm-wind and a tempest and a flame of fire devouring.

7 Las naciones que asedien a Ariel, que ataquen sus fortificaciones y que atormenten al pueblo, ¡desaparecerán como si fuera un sueño!

And it will be like a dream a vision of [the] night [the] multitude of all the nations which wage war on Ariel and all [those who] wage war against it and stronghold its and those [who] bring distress to it.

8 Será como alguien hambriento que sueña que está comiendo pero que se despierta todavía con hambre. Será como alguien sediento que sueña que bebe pero que se despierta todavía débil y sediento. Así será para todos tus enemigos, los que atacan el monte Sión.

And it will be just as he dreams the hungry [person] and there! [he is] eating and he awakes and [is] empty appetite his and just as he dreams the thirsty [person] and there! [he is] drinking and he awakes and there! [he is] faint and throat his [is] longing so it will be [the] multitude of all the nations which wage war on [the] mountain of Zion.

9 ¡Sorpréndanse y asómbrense! ¡Háganse los ciegos para que no puedan ver! Embriáguese, pero no de vino. Tambaléense, pero no por la cerveza.

Delay and be astounded blind yourselves and be blind people have become drunk and not wine people have staggered and not strong drink.

10 Porque el Señor los ha adormecido mucho, y ha cerrado los ojos y cubierto las cabezas de los que hablan por Dios y ven visiones.

For he has poured out on you Yahweh a spirit of deep sleep and he has shut eyes your the prophets and heads your the seers he has covered.

11 Toda esta visión es como las palabras de un pergamino que está sellado. Si se lo das a alguien que sabe leer y le dices: “Por favor, léelo”, te dirá: “No puedo leerlo porque está sellado”.

And it has become for you [the] vision of the whole like [the] words of the scroll sealed which people give it to [one who] knows (writing *Q(K)*) saying read aloud please this and he says not I am able for [is] sealed it.

12 Si se lo das a alguien que no sabe leer y le dices: “Por favor, léelo”, te dirá: “No sé leer”.

And it is given the scroll to [one] who not he knows writing saying read aloud please this and he says not I know writing.

13 El Señor dice: “Este pueblo viene a alabarme con sus palabras, y me honran con sus labios, pero sus pensamientos están muy lejos. Su culto a mí sólo consiste en que siguen reglas que la gente les ha enseñado.

And he said [the] Lord because for it has drawn near the people this with mouth its and with lips its they have honored me and heart its it has made far away from me and it has been fear their [of] me a commandment of people [which] has been taught.

14 Así que una vez más sorprenderé a este pueblo con un milagro tras otro. La sabiduría de los sabios morirá, y la perspicacia de los perspicaces desaparecerá”.

Therefore here I he will repeat to deal wonderfully with the people this highly and a wonder and it will perish [the] wisdom of wise [people] its and [the] understanding of understanding [people] its it will hide itself.

15 La tragedia llega a la gente que se toma tantas molestias para ocultar sus planes al Señor. Trabajan en la oscuridad y se dicen a sí mismos: “Nadie puede vernos, ¿verdad? Nadie lo sabrá, ¿verdad?”

Woe to! those [who] make deep from Yahweh to hide a plan and it is in a dark place deeds their and they have said who? [is] seeing us and who? [is] perceiving us.

16 ¡Qué perversos son! ¡Es como si se pensara que el barro hace al alfarero! Debe algo hecho decir a su hacedor: “Tú no me hiciste?” ¿Puede la vasija decirle al alfarero: “Tú no sabes nada?”

Perversity your? like [the] clay of the potter will he be regarded that it will say a thing made to [the] [one who] made it not he made me and a pot it said to potter its not he has understood.

17 No pasará mucho tiempo y los bosques del Líbano se convertirán en un campo productivo, y el campo productivo parecerá un bosque.

¿ Not yet a little of a little and it will turn Lebanon into orchard and the orchard to forest it will be considered.

18 En aquel tiempo los sordos oirán las palabras del rollo, y los ojos de los ciegos verán a través de la oscuridad lo que allí está escrito.

And they will hear in the day that the deaf [people] [the] words of a scroll and from gloom and from darkness [the] eyes of blind [people] they will see.

19 Los humildes serán aún más felices en el Señor, y los pobres encontrarán su alegría en el Santo de Israel.

And they will add humble [people] in Yahweh joy and needy [people] of humankind in [the] holy [one] of Israel they will be glad.

20 Los crueles ya no existirán, los despreciadores desaparecerán, y los que buscan hacer el mal serán destruidos:

For he will come to an end [the] ruthless person and he will come to an end [the] mocker and they will be cut off all [those who] lie in wait wickedness.

21 los que dicen cosas para engañar a otros y hacerlos pecar, los que atrapan a la gente con argumentos legales en los tribunales, los que mienten para engañar a los inocentes.

[those who] cause to sin a person With a word and for the [one who] adjudicates in the gate they lay a trap! and they have turned aside with emptiness [the] righteous [person].

22 Esto es lo que el Señor, que redimió a Abraham, dice a los descendientes de Jacob: Ya no tendrán que avergonzarlos; sus rostros ya no palidecerán de miedo.

Therefore thus he says Yahweh to [the] house of Jacob who he redeemed Abraham not now it will be ashamed Jacob and not now face its they will grow pale.

23 Cuando vean a todos sus hijos y todo lo que he hecho por ustedes, entonces se darán cuenta de que mi carácter es santo, y respetarán al Santo de Jacob. Tendrán reverencia por el Dios de Israel.

For when sees it children its [the] work of hands my in midst its they will regard as holy name my and they will regard as holy [the] holy [one] of Jacob and [the] God of Israel they will regard with awe.

24 Los que se han extraviado comprenderán sus errores; los que refunfuñan aprenderán a recibir instrucción.

And they will know [those who] go astray of spirit understanding and murmurers they will learn instruction.
