Gálatas 6
1 Mis amigos, si alguno se extravía por causa del pecado, ustedes, que son espirituales, deberían traerle de regreso con espíritu de mansedumbre. Y cuídense de no ser tentados también.
Brethren, if a man be suddenly taken in any offence, ye which are spirituall, restore such one with the spirit of meekenes, considering thy selfe, least thou also be tempted.
2 Sobrelleven unos las cargas de los otros, pues de esta manera cumplen la ley de Cristo.
Beare ye one anothers burden, and so fulfill the Lawe of Christ.
3 Los que creen que son importantes—cuando realmente no son nada—se engañan a sí mismos.
For if any man seeme to himselfe, that he is somewhat, when he is nothing, hee deceiueth himselfe in his imagination.
4 Examinen cuidadosamente sus acciones. Así podrán estar satisfechos de ustedes mismos, sin compararse con nadie más.
But let euery man prooue his owne worke: and then shall he haue reioycing in himselfe onely and not in another.
5 Debemos ser responsables de nosotros mismos.
For euery man shall beare his owne burden.
6 Aquellos que reciben enseñanza de la Palabra deben tratar bien a sus maestros, compartiendo con ellos todas las cosas buenas.
Let him that is taught in the worde, make him that hath taught him, partaker of all his goods.
7 No se dejen engañar, Dios no puede ser tratado con desacato: todo lo que siembren, eso cosecharán.
Be not deceiued: God is not mocked: for whatsoeuer a man soweth, that shall hee also reape.
8 Si ustedes siembran conforme a su naturaleza humana pecaminosa, de esa misma naturaleza segarán autodestrucción. Pero si siembran conforme al Espíritu, cosecharán vida eterna. (aiōnios g166)
For hee that soweth to his flesh, shall of the flesh reape corruption: but hee that soweth to the spirit, shall of the spirit reape life euerlasting. (aiōnios g166)
9 No nos cansemos nunca de hacer el bien, pues segaremos en el momento apropiado, si somos perseverantes.
Let vs not therefore be weary of well doing: for in due season we shall reape, if we faint not.
10 Así que mientras tengamos tiempo, hagamos bien a todos, especialmente a los que pertenecen a la familia de la fe.
While we haue therefore time, let vs doe good vnto all men, but specially vnto them, which are of the housholde of faith.
11 ¡Miren cuán grandes son las letras, ahora que les escribo con mi propia mano!
Ye see how large a letter I haue written vnto you with mine owne hand.
12 Esas personas que solo quieren dar una buena impresión los están obligando a circuncidarse para no ser perseguidos ellos por la cruz de Cristo.
As many as desire to make a faire shewe in the flesh, they constraine you to be circumcised, onely because they would not suffer persecution for the crosse of Christ.
13 Incluso los que están circuncidados no guardan la ley, pero quieren que ustedes se circunciden para poder jactarse de ustedes y decir que ustedes son sus seguidores.
For they themselues which are circumcised keepe not the law, but desire to haue you circumcised, that they might reioyce in your flesh.
14 Ojalá yo nunca me jacte de nada, excepto en la cruz de nuestro Señor Jesucristo. Por medio de esta cruz, el mundo ha sido crucificado para mí, y yo he sido crucificado en lo que tiene que ver con el mundo.
But God forbid that I should reioyce, but in ye crosse of our Lord Iesus Christ, whereby the world is crucified vnto me, and I vnto ye world.
15 La circuncisión o la incircuncisión no importan. ¡Lo que importa es que fuimos creados nuevamente!
For in Christ Iesus neither circumcision auaileth any thing, nor vncircumcision, but a newe creature.
16 ¡Paz y misericordia a todos los que siguen este principio, y al Israel de Dios!
And as many as walke according to this rule, peace shalbe vpon them, and mercie, and vpon the Israel of God.
17 Por favor, no me agobien más, porque llevo en mi cuerpo las marcas de Jesús.
From henceforth let no man put me to busines: for I beare in my body the markes of the Lord Iesus.
18 Mis hermanos y hermanas, que la gracia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo esté con el espíritu de todos ustedes. Amén.
Brethren, the grace of our Lord Iesus Christ be with your spirit, Amen. ‘Vnto the Galatians written from Rome.’
