Deuteronomio 31
1 Cuando Moisés terminó de darles estas instrucciones a todos los israelitas,
And he went Moses and he spoke the words these to all Israel.
2 les dijo: “ahora tengo ciento veinte años. No puedo moverme como antes, y el Señor me ha dicho: ‘No deben cruzar el Jordán’”.
And he said to them [am] a son of one hundred and twenty year[s] I this day not I am able still to go out and to come and Yahweh he has said to me not you will pass over the Jordan this.
3 El Señor tu Dios en persona te va a guiar a través. Él destruirá estas naciones a medida que avancen, y se apoderará de su tierra. Josué cruzará delante de ustedes, como dijo el Señor.
Yahweh God your he - [is] about to pass over before you he he will destroy the nations these from to before you and you will dispossess them Joshua he [is] about to pass over before you just as he spoke Yahweh.
4 El Señor hará con ellos lo que hizo con Sehón y Og, los reyes de los amorreos, y su tierra cuando los destruyó.
And he will do Yahweh to them just as he did to Sihon and to Og [the] kings of the Amorite[s] and to land their whom he destroyed them.
5 El Señor se los entregará, y harán con ellos exactamente como se los he dicho.
And he will deliver up them Yahweh before you and you will do to them according to all the commandment which I have commanded you.
6 ¡Sean fuertes! Sean valientes! No tengan miedo ni terror, porque el Señor su Dios irá con ustedes. No los dejará ni los abandonará nunca.
Be strong and be bold may not you be afraid and may not you be terrified of them for - Yahweh God your he [is] the [one who] goes with you not he will abandon you and not he will forsake you.
7 Moisés llamó a Josué y le dijo delante de todos los israelitas: “¡Sé fuerte! ¡Sé valiente! Acompañarás a este pueblo al país que el Señor prometió darles a sus antepasados, y se los asignarás como propio.
And he summoned Moses Joshua and he said to him to [the] eyes of all Israel be strong and be bold for you you will go with the people this into the land which he swore Yahweh to ancestors their to give to them and you you will give as an inheritance it them.
8 El Señor mismo va delante de ti. Él estará con ustedes. No te dejará ni te abandonará nunca. No tengas miedo y no te desanimes”.
And Yahweh he - [is] the [one who] goes before you he he will be with you not he will abandon you and not he will forsake you not you must be afraid and not you must be dismayed.
9 Moisés escribió esta ley y la dio a los sacerdotes, los hijos de Leví, que llevaban el Arca del pacto del Señor, y a todos los ancianos israelitas.
And he wrote down Moses the law this and he gave it to the priests [the] sons of Levi who carry [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh and to all [the] elders of Israel.
10 Moisés les dio estas órdenes: “Cada siete años, el año en que se cancelan las deudas durante la Fiesta de los Tabernáculos,
And he commanded Moses them saying from [the] end of - seven years at [the] appointed time of [the] year of the remission at [the] festival of the booths.
11 y cuando todos los israelitas se presenten ante el Señor su Dios en el lugar que él elija, deben leer esta ley para que todos la escuchen.
When comes all Israel to appear with [the] presence of Yahweh God your in the place which he will choose you will read aloud the law this before all Israel in ears their.
12 “Haz que el pueblo se reúna – hombres, mujeres, niños y extranjeros que viven contigo – para que escuchen y aprendan a respetar al Señor tu Dios y a observar cuidadosamente todas las instrucciones de esta ley.
Assemble the people the men and the women and the little one[s] and sojourner your who [is] in gates your so that they may hear and so that they may learn and they will fear Yahweh God your and they will take care to do all [the] words of the law this.
13 Entonces sus hijos que no conocen la ley escucharán y aprenderán a respetar al Señor tu Dios durante todo el tiempo que vivas en el país del que te harás cargo después de que cruces el Jordán”.
And children their who not they have known they will hear and they will learn to fear Yahweh God your all the days which you [will be] alive on the land where you [are] about to pass over the Jordan there towards to take possession of it.
14 Entonces el Señor le dijo a Moisés: “Escucha, pronto vas a morir. Dile a Josué que se reúna contigo, y luego los dos vendrán y se presentarán ante mí en el Tabernáculo de Reunión, para que yo lo designe a él como líder”. Moisés y Josué fueron a presentarse ante el Señor en el Tabernáculo de Reunión.
And he said Yahweh to Moses here! they have drawn near days your to die summon Joshua and present yourselves at [the] tent of meeting so I may commission him and he went Moses and Joshua and they presented themselves at [the] tent of meeting.
15 El Señor se apareció allí en la tienda en una columna de nube. La nube estaba a la entrada de la tienda.
And he appeared Yahweh at the tent in a pillar of cloud and it stood [the] pillar of cloud over [the] entrance of the tent.
16 El Señor le dijo a Moisés, “Te unirás a tus ancestros en la muerte, y este pueblo se prostituirá adorando a los dioses extranjeros del país en el que están por entrar. Me abandonarán y romperán el pacto que he hecho con ellos.
And he said Yahweh to Moses here you [are] about to lie down with ancestors your and it will arise the people this and it will act as a prostitute - after - [the] gods of foreignness of the land where it [is] about to go there towards in midst its and it will forsake me and it will break covenant my which I made with it.
17 Entonces los abandonaré y me alejaré de ellos, por lo tanto serán destruidos, y experimentarán muchos desastres y problemas. “En ese momento dirán: ‘¡Estamos sufriendo estos desastres porque nuestro Dios nos ha abandonado!’”
And it will burn anger my on it on the day that and I will forsake them and I will hide face my from them and it will be for devouring and they will come upon it calamities many and troubles and it will say on the day that ¿ not on for not God my [is] in midst my have they come upon me the calamities these.
18 “Entonces definitivamente los ignoraré por todo el mal que han hecho al adorar a otros dioses.
And I certainly I will hide face my on the day that on all the evil which it has done for it has turned to gods other.
19 “Así que escribe esta canción y enséñasela a los israelitas. Ayúdalos a aprender a cantarla, así tendré pruebas contra ellos.
And therefore write down for yourselves the song this and teach it [the] people of Israel put it in mouth their so that it may become for me the song this a witness on [the] people of Israel.
20 Una vez que los hayas llevado al país que prometí darles a sus antepasados, una tierra que fluye leche y miel, tendrán mucho que comer y les irá bien. Entonces irán a adorar a otros dioses, y me abandonarán y romperán mi acuerdo.
If I will bring it into the land - which I swore to ancestors its flowing of milk and honey and it will eat and it will be satisfied and it will grow fat and it will turn to gods other and they will serve them and they will spurn me and it will break covenant my.
21 Una vez que hayan experimentado muchos problemas y sufrimientos, esta canción testificará en su contra, porque sus descendientes no olvidarán las palabras. Sé cómo son, incluso antes de llevarlos al país que prometí darles”.
And it will be that they will come upon it calamities many and troubles and it will testify the song this before it to a witness for not it will be forgotten from [the] mouth of offspring its for I know intention its which it [is] making this day before I will bring it into the land which I swore.
22 Entonces Moisés escribió esta canción y se la enseñó a los israelitas.
And he wrote down Moses the song this on the day that and he taught it [the] people of Israel.
23 Entonces el Señor designó a Josué hijo de Nun como líder, y le dijo: “¡Sé fuerte! ¡Sé valiente! Porque vas a llevar a los israelitas al país que prometí darles, y yo estaré contigo”.
And he commissioned Joshua [the] son of Nun and he said be strong and be bold for you you will bring [the] people of Israel into the land which I swore to them and I I will be with you.
24 Cuando Moisés terminó de escribir esta Ley en un libro de principio a fin,
And it was - when finished Moses to write down [the] words of the law this on a book until were complete they.
25 ordenó a los levitas que llevaban el Arca del Acuerdo del Señor:
And he commanded Moses the Levites [who] carry [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh saying.
26 “Pongan este libro de la Ley junto al Arca del Pacto del Señor su Dios, para que se guarde allí como testimonio contra ustedes.
Take [the] book of the law this and you will put it from [the] side of [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh God your and it will become there on you a witness.
27 Sé lo obstinado y rebelde que son. Si ya han empezado a rebelarse contra el Señor mientras yo estoy vivo, ¿cuánto peor les irá después de que yo muera?
For I I know rebellion your and neck your stiff here! when still I [am] alive with you this day rebellious you have been with Yahweh and indeed? for after death my.
28 “Convoca a todos los ancianos de tus tribus y a todos tus oficiales para que se reúnan aquí ante mí para que pueda decirles esto directamente y llamar al cielo y a la tierra como testigos contra ellos.
Assemble to me all [the] elders of tribes your and officials your and let me speak in ears their the words these so I may call as witnesses against them the heavens and the earth.
29 Sé que después de mi muerte se volverán completamente inmorales, abandonando el camino que les he ordenado seguir. En el futuro, te sucederán cosas malas por los pecados malvados que cometas a los ojos del Señor, haciéndole enojar por lo que hagas”.
For I know after death my that certainly you will act corruptly! and you will turn aside from the way which I have commanded you and it will happen to you evil at [the] end of the days for you will do the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh to provoke to anger him by [the] work of hands your.
30 Entonces Moisés recitó todas las palabras de esta canción mientras los israelitas escuchaban.
And he spoke Moses in [the] ears of all [the] assembly of Israel [the] words of the song this until were complete they.
